Odlazak frizerki ili frizeru može biti više ili manje ugodno iskustvo, ali malo tko misli da on može biti opasno po život.
Upravo to je bio odlazak u frizerski salon za 26-godišnju djevojku iz Tunisa. Ona je u lipnju 2020., travnju 2021. i srpnju 2022. godine odlazila u jedan frizerski salon na "brazilsko" ravnanje kose, koje utječe na to da se kosu ne mora svaki put fenirati ili peglati.
Poslje svakog od tih odlazaka osjetila je bolove u leđima i temperaturu, borila se i s napadajima povraćanja i proljevom, a pretrpjela je akutno oštećenje bubrega, piše The Sun, prenosi Mondo.
Liječnici su rekli da je jedan od proizvoda korištenih tijekom tretmana kose vjerojatno oštetio njezine organe. Otkrili su da ima i povišenu razinu kreatinina u krvi, što je znak da joj bubrezi ne rade. Također je imala krvi u mokraći, ali nije pokazivala druge znakove infekcije. Srećom, djevojci su se bubrezi vratili u normalu i ona je ozdravila.

Prema The New England Journal of Medicine, njezina je kosa bila tretirana kremom za ravnanje koja je sadržavala glioksilnu kiselinu. Autori studije istaknuli su da je kiselina apsorbirana kroz njezinu kožu došla do njezinih bubrega te uzrokovala štetu kada se razgradila.
"Derivati glikolne kiseline sadržani u proizvodima za ravnanje kose mogu se apsorbirati kroz kožu i metabolizirati u oksalat u jetri, što dovodi do nefropatije kalcijevog oksalata", napisali su liječnici.
Tretmani koje je koristila mlada djevojka uključivali su formaldehid, koja je zabranjeni u Velikoj Britaniji, kao i u Europi. Smatra se da je glioksilna kiselina potencijalno sigurnija alternativa za proizvode za ravnanje kose, iako nedavna studija sugerira da kemikalija možda nije najbolje rješenje.

Odlazak frizerki ili frizeru može biti više ili manje ugodno iskustvo, ali malo tko misli da on može biti opasno po život.
Upravo to je bio odlazak u frizerski salon za 26-godišnju djevojku iz Tunisa. Ona je u lipnju 2020., travnju 2021. i srpnju 2022. godine odlazila u jedan frizerski salon na "brazilsko" ravnanje kose, koje utječe na to da se kosu ne mora svaki put fenirati ili peglati.
Poslje svakog od tih odlazaka osjetila je bolove u leđima i temperaturu, borila se i s napadajima povraćanja i proljevom, a pretrpjela je akutno oštećenje bubrega, piše The Sun, prenosi Mondo.
Liječnici su rekli da je jedan od proizvoda korištenih tijekom tretmana kose vjerojatno oštetio njezine organe. Otkrili su da ima i povišenu razinu kreatinina u krvi, što je znak da joj bubrezi ne rade. Također je imala krvi u mokraći, ali nije pokazivala druge znakove infekcije. Srećom, djevojci su se bubrezi vratili u normalu i ona je ozdravila.

Prema The New England Journal of Medicine, njezina je kosa bila tretirana kremom za ravnanje koja je sadržavala glioksilnu kiselinu. Autori studije istaknuli su da je kiselina apsorbirana kroz njezinu kožu došla do njezinih bubrega te uzrokovala štetu kada se razgradila.
"Derivati glikolne kiseline sadržani u proizvodima za ravnanje kose mogu se apsorbirati kroz kožu i metabolizirati u oksalat u jetri, što dovodi do nefropatije kalcijevog oksalata", napisali su liječnici.
Tretmani koje je koristila mlada djevojka uključivali su formaldehid, koja je zabranjeni u Velikoj Britaniji, kao i u Europi. Smatra se da je glioksilna kiselina potencijalno sigurnija alternativa za proizvode za ravnanje kose, iako nedavna studija sugerira da kemikalija možda nije najbolje rješenje.
