Protekla godina promijenila je naše navike, čak i u nekim naoko nevidljivim stvarima. Primjerice, žene masovno napuštaju ređipete, pogotovo one sa žicom, a o push-up verzijama gotovo nijedna više i ne razmišlja, piđame su od odjeće za spavanje postale odjeća za cjelodnevni život, a prodaja haljina i hlača ozbiljno je opala. Štikle su ostavljene 'na čekanje', a prodaja svečane odjeće kao i odjeće za zabave je drastično opala. Povećana je potražnja za dnevnom, kućnom odjećom, odjećom za vježbanje i odjećom za svakodnevni izlazak do mesnice ili do pazara. Nedavno istraživanje je otkrilo da je svaka peta Francuskinja između 18 i 24 godine potpuno odustala od nošenja grudnjaka, a u Velikoj Britaniji se ukupan broj prodanih ređipeta smanjio za preko 25 posto.

Samo u drugom tromesečju prošle godine prodaja elegantnih cipela, a to su one čija je potpetica viša od sedam centimetara, smanjila se za 64 posto, muške elegantne cipele su 'posrnule' za 77 posto, ali je zato prodaja papuča porasla za čak 53 posto kod muških i 28 posto kod ženskih kupaca.

- Visoke potpetice su vrlo, vrlo out i pitanje je hoće li se ikada oporaviti, kazala je za Washington Post Beth Goldstein, analitičarka obuće za američku istraživačku skupinu NPD. Oni su utvrdili da je prodaja pidžama lani porasla za 143 posto, dok je prodaja hlača pala za 13 posto.

Čitava modna industrija zabilježila je zastrašujuće gubitke i ostat će zapamćena kao najgora godina za modni biznis u povijesti. Još prošlog proljeća je počela serija problema pa je ukupno osam velikih njemačkih trgovačkih modnih lanaca otišlo u stečaj već u prvih devet mjeseci pa se procjenjuje kako će gubitak prometa u godini korone biti samo u toj zemlji oko 12 milijardi eura. Pred sam berlinski virtualni Tjedan mode koji je upravo završen u stečaj je otišla i tvrtka Adlermode, koja je držala lanac od 172 trgovine i zapošljavala oko 3.350 ljudi... Globalno, luksuzno će tržište vjerojatno izgubiti između 65 i 75 milijardi dolara, navodi se u izvješću koje je prošlog tjedna objavila tvrtka Bain & Company.

Po pitanju rublja stvar je 'pomaknuta'. Globalno tržište ženskog rublja vrijedno 73 milijarde dolara na samom početku pandemije činilo se da će odoliti krizi. Prvo su mnoge žene, od kojih je dobar dio tek u karanteni naučio kupovati preko interneta, navalile na fine grudnjake i gaćice. No kako je korona napredovala, žene je optimizam napuštao. Kome uopće pokazati seksi rublje kad izlazaka nema, udvarači su online ili ih nema, a hoteli i ljetovališta tek su sanak pusti? Ne čudi stoga što je lani i kultni brend Victoria’s Secret trajno zatvorio čak 250 svojih trgovina. Soozie Jenkinson, voditeljica dizajna u tvrtki M&S, vodećem britanskom prodavaču ženskog rublja potvrdila je da su žene tijekom korone postepeno, ali masovno prešle na udobne ređipete i rublje. M&S, je prošlog mjeseca zabilježio prvi gubitak u 136 godina dugoj povijesti, usprkos 157-postotnom porastu sportskih grudnjaka preko interneta. Nisu žene masovno prešle na bavljenje sportom, ali jednostavni, bešavni, udobni grudnjaci su im se omilili jer, između ostaloga, nisu skupi i - ne žuljaju niti najprsatije dame.

No i u pitanju mode, baš kao i po pitanju pandemije, Kina je pokazala nevjerojatnu žilavost. Dok je ljetos čitava zemaljska kugla bila u karanteni, Kina je zabilježila 0,5 posto veću modnu potrošnju nego u istom razdoblju 2019. godine. Dakako, kineski oporavak, barem onaj u smislu potrošnje, navela je luksuzne brendove da im se približe tako da sada „Bain & Co” predviđa da će Kina biti jedina regija koja će, kad se svi rezultati zbroje, u prošloj godini zabilježiti rast, da će postati najveće luksuzno tržište na svijetu do 2025. godine, te da će pola sve svetske luksuzne robe biti prodano upravo u Kini.

Promjena na težištu mode već se ogleda u novom pogledu na raspored modnih revija, koji se decenijama vrtio oko New Yorka, Londona, Milana i Pariza. Međutim, kolekcija muške odjeće kompanije „Louis Vuitton” za proljeće 2021. godine, koja je izostala sa pariškog rasporeda u lipnju, prikazana je umjesto toga u Šangaju u kolovozu te u rujnu u Tokiju. Šangajska revija privukla je 100 milijuna gledatelja na mrežama širom svijeta, što je uspjeh za koji je izvršni direktor „Louis Vuittona”, Michael Burke, rekao: „Ako publika nije mogla u Pariz, onda kolekciju nosimo publici i mislim da će to tako i ostati.”

Ovakva kretanja, kažu analitičari, mogla bi donijeti još neke promjene, a europske žene najviše bi mogle zabrinuti promjene u standardima modnih veličina. Azijatkinje su znatno sitnije građe od Europljanki i Amerikanki. Pritom, Azijatkinje se skoro uopće nisu u posljednjih dvadeset godina tjelesno mijenjale dok je prosječna Europljanka u zadnja dva desetljeća u struku, a i u poprsju dobila najmanje deset centimetara. Budu li brojevi prilagođeni Kineskinjama, i najžgoljavijim među nama će trebati XXXXL ređipeti da bismo u njima uopće mogle disati...

Protekla godina promijenila je naše navike, čak i u nekim naoko nevidljivim stvarima. Primjerice, žene masovno napuštaju ređipete, pogotovo one sa žicom, a o push-up verzijama gotovo nijedna više i ne razmišlja, piđame su od odjeće za spavanje postale odjeća za cjelodnevni život, a prodaja haljina i hlača ozbiljno je opala. Štikle su ostavljene 'na čekanje', a prodaja svečane odjeće kao i odjeće za zabave je drastično opala. Povećana je potražnja za dnevnom, kućnom odjećom, odjećom za vježbanje i odjećom za svakodnevni izlazak do mesnice ili do pazara. Nedavno istraživanje je otkrilo da je svaka peta Francuskinja između 18 i 24 godine potpuno odustala od nošenja grudnjaka, a u Velikoj Britaniji se ukupan broj prodanih ređipeta smanjio za preko 25 posto.

Samo u drugom tromesečju prošle godine prodaja elegantnih cipela, a to su one čija je potpetica viša od sedam centimetara, smanjila se za 64 posto, muške elegantne cipele su 'posrnule' za 77 posto, ali je zato prodaja papuča porasla za čak 53 posto kod muških i 28 posto kod ženskih kupaca.

- Visoke potpetice su vrlo, vrlo out i pitanje je hoće li se ikada oporaviti, kazala je za Washington Post Beth Goldstein, analitičarka obuće za američku istraživačku skupinu NPD. Oni su utvrdili da je prodaja pidžama lani porasla za 143 posto, dok je prodaja hlača pala za 13 posto.

Čitava modna industrija zabilježila je zastrašujuće gubitke i ostat će zapamćena kao najgora godina za modni biznis u povijesti. Još prošlog proljeća je počela serija problema pa je ukupno osam velikih njemačkih trgovačkih modnih lanaca otišlo u stečaj već u prvih devet mjeseci pa se procjenjuje kako će gubitak prometa u godini korone biti samo u toj zemlji oko 12 milijardi eura. Pred sam berlinski virtualni Tjedan mode koji je upravo završen u stečaj je otišla i tvrtka Adlermode, koja je držala lanac od 172 trgovine i zapošljavala oko 3.350 ljudi... Globalno, luksuzno će tržište vjerojatno izgubiti između 65 i 75 milijardi dolara, navodi se u izvješću koje je prošlog tjedna objavila tvrtka Bain & Company.

Po pitanju rublja stvar je 'pomaknuta'. Globalno tržište ženskog rublja vrijedno 73 milijarde dolara na samom početku pandemije činilo se da će odoliti krizi. Prvo su mnoge žene, od kojih je dobar dio tek u karanteni naučio kupovati preko interneta, navalile na fine grudnjake i gaćice. No kako je korona napredovala, žene je optimizam napuštao. Kome uopće pokazati seksi rublje kad izlazaka nema, udvarači su online ili ih nema, a hoteli i ljetovališta tek su sanak pusti? Ne čudi stoga što je lani i kultni brend Victoria’s Secret trajno zatvorio čak 250 svojih trgovina. Soozie Jenkinson, voditeljica dizajna u tvrtki M&S, vodećem britanskom prodavaču ženskog rublja potvrdila je da su žene tijekom korone postepeno, ali masovno prešle na udobne ređipete i rublje. M&S, je prošlog mjeseca zabilježio prvi gubitak u 136 godina dugoj povijesti, usprkos 157-postotnom porastu sportskih grudnjaka preko interneta. Nisu žene masovno prešle na bavljenje sportom, ali jednostavni, bešavni, udobni grudnjaci su im se omilili jer, između ostaloga, nisu skupi i - ne žuljaju niti najprsatije dame.

No i u pitanju mode, baš kao i po pitanju pandemije, Kina je pokazala nevjerojatnu žilavost. Dok je ljetos čitava zemaljska kugla bila u karanteni, Kina je zabilježila 0,5 posto veću modnu potrošnju nego u istom razdoblju 2019. godine. Dakako, kineski oporavak, barem onaj u smislu potrošnje, navela je luksuzne brendove da im se približe tako da sada „Bain & Co” predviđa da će Kina biti jedina regija koja će, kad se svi rezultati zbroje, u prošloj godini zabilježiti rast, da će postati najveće luksuzno tržište na svijetu do 2025. godine, te da će pola sve svetske luksuzne robe biti prodano upravo u Kini.

Promjena na težištu mode već se ogleda u novom pogledu na raspored modnih revija, koji se decenijama vrtio oko New Yorka, Londona, Milana i Pariza. Međutim, kolekcija muške odjeće kompanije „Louis Vuitton” za proljeće 2021. godine, koja je izostala sa pariškog rasporeda u lipnju, prikazana je umjesto toga u Šangaju u kolovozu te u rujnu u Tokiju. Šangajska revija privukla je 100 milijuna gledatelja na mrežama širom svijeta, što je uspjeh za koji je izvršni direktor „Louis Vuittona”, Michael Burke, rekao: „Ako publika nije mogla u Pariz, onda kolekciju nosimo publici i mislim da će to tako i ostati.”

Ovakva kretanja, kažu analitičari, mogla bi donijeti još neke promjene, a europske žene najviše bi mogle zabrinuti promjene u standardima modnih veličina. Azijatkinje su znatno sitnije građe od Europljanki i Amerikanki. Pritom, Azijatkinje se skoro uopće nisu u posljednjih dvadeset godina tjelesno mijenjale dok je prosječna Europljanka u zadnja dva desetljeća u struku, a i u poprsju dobila najmanje deset centimetara. Budu li brojevi prilagođeni Kineskinjama, i najžgoljavijim među nama će trebati XXXXL ređipeti da bismo u njima uopće mogle disati...

Pandemija ‘oslobodila‘ žene: svaka peta više ne nosi ređipet! Neočekivane modne posljedice koronavirusa

Protekla godina promijenila je naše navike, čak i u nekim naoko nevidljivim stvarima. Primjerice, žene masovno napuštaju ređipete, pogotovo one sa žicom, a o push-up verzijama gotovo nijedna više i ne razmišlja, piđame su od odjeće za spavanje postale odjeća za cjelodnevni život, a prodaja haljina i hlača ozbiljno je opala. Štikle su ostavljene 'na čekanje', a prodaja svečane odjeće kao i odjeće za zabave je drastično opala. Povećana je potražnja za dnevnom, kućnom odjećom, odjećom za vježbanje i odjećom za svakodnevni izlazak do mesnice ili do pazara. Nedavno istraživanje je otkrilo da je svaka peta Francuskinja između 18 i 24 godine potpuno odustala od nošenja grudnjaka, a u Velikoj Britaniji se ukupan broj prodanih ređipeta smanjio za preko 25...
