Tjestenina, pašta, njoki... dio su naše svakodnevice. Bilo na hrvatskom ili svjetskom stolu, ili u bogatoj restoranskoj ponudi. Ona je ljubimac gurmana, i bogatih i siromašnih, ona je srce kulinarstva. Istaknuto je to na 1. festivalu hrvatske tjestenine održanom u srijedu u vodičkom hotelu “Punta”.

Na festivalu su pravo sudjelovanja imali samo domaći proizvođači, budući da mu je cilj bio početak brendiranja hrvatske tjestenine.

U Vodicama su tjesteninu domaćih proizvođača pripremali šefovi kuhinja hotela i restorana iz cijele Dalmacije. Posjetitelji su mogli kušati oko 120 jela od šurlica, njoka, rezanaca, fuža, taškrla, pljukanaca...

- Hrvatska pašta dolazi sve više na stolove naših hotela i restorana. Otprilike, omjer je 60:40 posto u korist hrvatske pašte u odnosu na uvoznu. U zadnjih 15 godina kvaliteta domaće tjestenine silno je porasla, tako da može parirati i čuvenoj talijanskoj - kazao nam je Branko Čukelj, šef kuhinje zagrebačkog hotela “Westin”.

U trgovinama je, pak, više od polovine uvezene tjestenine, od čega 80 posto iz Italije. No, i na tom polju stvari se mijenjaju:

- U zadnjih pet godina uvoz stagnira, a domaća proizvodnja raste. To je pozitivan znak koji sugerira domaćim prozivođačima da još više trebaju “stisnuti gas”. Inače, u posljednjem desetljeću potrošnja tjestenine porasla je za 85 posto.

Takav rast karakterističan je za informatičku tehnologiju, a vrlo rijedak u prehrambenoj industriji. Razloge treba tražiti u promjeni načina življenja, sklonosti jednostavnijoj hrani i većoj brizi za prehranu - rekao nam je Zoran Šimunić, direktor tvrtke “Naše klasje” koja se bavi proizvodnjom tjestenine.

Hrvati jedu 40 tisuća tona tjestenine godišnje

Prema posljednjim podacima, Hrvati godišnje konzumiraju blizu 40.000 tona tjestenine, ili 7,3 kilograma po glavi stanovnika.

Potrošnja bilježi trend porasta. No, to je još uvijek premalo u odnosu na razvijene europske zemlje. Primjerice, Slovenci jedu tri puta više tjestenine od Hrvata.

Tjestenina, pašta, njoki... dio su naše svakodnevice. Bilo na hrvatskom ili svjetskom stolu, ili u bogatoj restoranskoj ponudi. Ona je ljubimac gurmana, i bogatih i siromašnih, ona je srce kulinarstva. Istaknuto je to na 1. festivalu hrvatske tjestenine održanom u srijedu u vodičkom hotelu “Punta”.

Na festivalu su pravo sudjelovanja imali samo domaći proizvođači, budući da mu je cilj bio početak brendiranja hrvatske tjestenine.

U Vodicama su tjesteninu domaćih proizvođača pripremali šefovi kuhinja hotela i restorana iz cijele Dalmacije. Posjetitelji su mogli kušati oko 120 jela od šurlica, njoka, rezanaca, fuža, taškrla, pljukanaca...

- Hrvatska pašta dolazi sve više na stolove naših hotela i restorana. Otprilike, omjer je 60:40 posto u korist hrvatske pašte u odnosu na uvoznu. U zadnjih 15 godina kvaliteta domaće tjestenine silno je porasla, tako da može parirati i čuvenoj talijanskoj - kazao nam je Branko Čukelj, šef kuhinje zagrebačkog hotela “Westin”.

U trgovinama je, pak, više od polovine uvezene tjestenine, od čega 80 posto iz Italije. No, i na tom polju stvari se mijenjaju:

- U zadnjih pet godina uvoz stagnira, a domaća proizvodnja raste. To je pozitivan znak koji sugerira domaćim prozivođačima da još više trebaju “stisnuti gas”. Inače, u posljednjem desetljeću potrošnja tjestenine porasla je za 85 posto.

Takav rast karakterističan je za informatičku tehnologiju, a vrlo rijedak u prehrambenoj industriji. Razloge treba tražiti u promjeni načina življenja, sklonosti jednostavnijoj hrani i većoj brizi za prehranu - rekao nam je Zoran Šimunić, direktor tvrtke “Naše klasje” koja se bavi proizvodnjom tjestenine.

Hrvati jedu 40 tisuća tona tjestenine godišnje

Prema posljednjim podacima, Hrvati godišnje konzumiraju blizu 40.000 tona tjestenine, ili 7,3 kilograma po glavi stanovnika.

Potrošnja bilježi trend porasta. No, to je još uvijek premalo u odnosu na razvijene europske zemlje. Primjerice, Slovenci jedu tri puta više tjestenine od Hrvata.
