Grudnjaci su naše najbolje prijateljice. Unatoč tome što pružaju podršku, grudnjaci su često zanemareni kada je u pitanju čišćenje. Stoga se postavlja se pitanje: Koliko često trebate prati grudnjak?

Doći ćemo do toga, ali prvo ćete htjeti naučiti što se događa kada preskočite pranje (ili desetak pranja). Informacije u nastavku bit će vam motivacija da operete svoj omiljeni grudnjak odmah, piše Jutarnji list.

Osim ako ne nosite pogrešnu veličinu grudnjaka, vaš bi grudnjak trebao dobro pristajati uz tijelo. To uzrokuje nakupljanje tjelesne topline, koja proizvodi znoj. I budimo iskreni: znoj smrdi, pogotovo ako ostane na komadu odjeće za opetovano nošenje.

Ljudi mogu izgubiti 500 milijuna stanica kože dnevno. Neke stanice, poput onih na rukama, otpadaju prilikom pranja. One na grudima, međutim, nemaju kamo otići osim na grudnjak koji ih podupire. Prianjaju uz tkaninu koja se svakim sljedećim nošenjem nakuplja u više slojeva.

Bakterije

Dok se znoj, mrtve stanice kože i tjelesna masnoća nakupljaju, bakterije rastu. To je dobar razlog kao i svaki drugi da dobro operete svoj grudnjak. Važno je često prati grudnjake kako bi se spriječio rast gljivica i bakterija koje rastu u mračnim, vlažnim okruženjima. Posebno ljeti, znojenje i vrućina mogu zadržati vlagu u području grudi/ grudnjaka te uzrokovati infekcije i osipe.

Problemi s kožom

Pranje sportske opreme odmah nakon treninga može biti naporno, ali je jako bitno. Stoga svakako skinite mokri grudnjak nakon vježbanja ili aktivnosti na otvorenom. Dugotrajna vlaga i trenje mogu oštetiti kožu i stvoriti lak pristup bakterijama.

Znači li to da uvijek morate oprati grudnjak nakon nošenja? Nije nužno. Dobro je pravilo prati grudnjak svaka tri do četiri nošenja. (Nošenje obično znači cijeli dan ili veći dio dana.) Izuzetak je ako sudjelujete u aktivnosti u kojoj se dodatno znojite, onda ga želite oprati odmah nakon toga.

Pitanje je koliko često prosječna osoba pere svoje grudnjake. U anketi (vrlo neformalnoj i neznanstvenoj) autora Slatea, otprilike trećina ispitanica rekla je da peru grudnjake svaka dva tjedna.

Trebate li grudnjake prati ručno?

Uvijek se preporučuje ručno pranje grudnjaka. To je način da svojim intimnim komadima pružite najduži mogući život.

Ako inzistirate na strojnom pranju nekih grudnjaka, to je u redu. Ali znajte da u stroju za pranje rublja oblikovani grudnjaci mogu postati deformirani, a grudnjaci sa žicama mogu se saviti, uvrnuti ili pomaknuti na načine koji ih čine neudobnima za nošenje.

Kada je riječ o proizvodima za pranje grudnjaka, preporučuje se korištenje onih posebno napravljenih za donje rublje (iako je sve što je dovoljno nježno za dječju odjeću dobro i za donje rublje), piše Jutarnji list.

Grudnjaci su naše najbolje prijateljice. Unatoč tome što pružaju podršku, grudnjaci su često zanemareni kada je u pitanju čišćenje. Stoga se postavlja se pitanje: Koliko često trebate prati grudnjak?

Doći ćemo do toga, ali prvo ćete htjeti naučiti što se događa kada preskočite pranje (ili desetak pranja). Informacije u nastavku bit će vam motivacija da operete svoj omiljeni grudnjak odmah, piše Jutarnji list.

Smrad

Osim ako ne nosite pogrešnu veličinu grudnjaka, vaš bi grudnjak trebao dobro pristajati uz tijelo. To uzrokuje nakupljanje tjelesne topline, koja proizvodi znoj. I budimo iskreni: znoj smrdi, pogotovo ako ostane na komadu odjeće za opetovano nošenje.

Ljudi mogu izgubiti 500 milijuna stanica kože dnevno. Neke stanice, poput onih na rukama, otpadaju prilikom pranja. One na grudima, međutim, nemaju kamo otići osim na grudnjak koji ih podupire. Prianjaju uz tkaninu koja se svakim sljedećim nošenjem nakuplja u više slojeva.

Bakterije

Dok se znoj, mrtve stanice kože i tjelesna masnoća nakupljaju, bakterije rastu. To je dobar razlog kao i svaki drugi da dobro operete svoj grudnjak. Važno je često prati grudnjake kako bi se spriječio rast gljivica i bakterija koje rastu u mračnim, vlažnim okruženjima. Posebno ljeti, znojenje i vrućina mogu zadržati vlagu u području grudi/ grudnjaka te uzrokovati infekcije i osipe.

Problemi s kožom

Pranje sportske opreme odmah nakon treninga može biti naporno, ali je jako bitno. Stoga svakako skinite mokri grudnjak nakon vježbanja ili aktivnosti na otvorenom. Dugotrajna vlaga i trenje mogu oštetiti kožu i stvoriti lak pristup bakterijama.

Znači li to da uvijek morate oprati grudnjak nakon nošenja? Nije nužno. Dobro je pravilo prati grudnjak svaka tri do četiri nošenja. (Nošenje obično znači cijeli dan ili veći dio dana.) Izuzetak je ako sudjelujete u aktivnosti u kojoj se dodatno znojite, onda ga želite oprati odmah nakon toga.

Pitanje je koliko često prosječna osoba pere svoje grudnjake. U anketi (vrlo neformalnoj i neznanstvenoj) autora Slatea, otprilike trećina ispitanica rekla je da peru grudnjake svaka dva tjedna.

Trebate li grudnjake prati ručno?

Uvijek se preporučuje ručno pranje grudnjaka. To je način da svojim intimnim komadima pružite najduži mogući život.

Ako inzistirate na strojnom pranju nekih grudnjaka, to je u redu. Ali znajte da u stroju za pranje rublja oblikovani grudnjaci mogu postati deformirani, a grudnjaci sa žicama mogu se saviti, uvrnuti ili pomaknuti na načine koji ih čine neudobnima za nošenje.

Kada je riječ o proizvodima za pranje grudnjaka, preporučuje se korištenje onih posebno napravljenih za donje rublje (iako je sve što je dovoljno nježno za dječju odjeću dobro i za donje rublje), piše Jutarnji list.
