Ma, nije mi ništa, to je od podvarka, malo me žiga... Ma samo sam premoren, to mi je od stresa, nisam bolestan, ne želim ležati u bolnici.

Koliko ste puta čuli takve izgovore od ljudi čije je zdravstveno stanje ugroženo, a zbog straha ne žele otići kod liječnika? Ja, jesam, od oca. Noć pred smrt žalio se na bolove, a za sve je krivio podvarak "jer se prejeo". Sutradan je preminuo zbog masovnih infarkta na stolu urgentnog centra. Imao je 58 godina.

Upravo zato, priča liječnika iz Srbije, prisjetila me je na mog oca, a korisnike društvenih mreža da se zapitaju - jesmo li prijatelji ili neprijatelji sebi samima? Naime, kroz primjer, kako će se ispostaviti, mlađeg susjeda, on je kroz niz tweetova predstavio slučaj pacijenta koji odbija medicinsku pomoć, iako je doživio infarkt. Usprkos činjenici da se nalazi tu gdje se nalazi, uprkos tome što su na njegove oči liječnici oživljavali ženu koju su samo sekunde dijelile od smrti, piše Blic.

Ovako je priču na Twitteru iznio liječnik:

"Dolazim na posao popodne. Kažu mi da u KJ leži mlađi pacijent, primljen to jutro u edemu pluća, kao posljedica infarkta. Dobro reagirao na terapiju. Još mi kažu da je prije desetak dana bio u bolnici, također zbog infarkta i da je poslije 24 sata napustio bolnicu, pa da obratim pažnju.

Odmah ga prepoznam. Susjed. Prvo me pita kada može kući. Nakon 10-ak minuta razgovora obeća mi da će biti poslušan. Nedugo zatim pacijentica preko puta njega upada u srčani zastoj. Masaža srca i 1 DC udar bili su dovoljni da se povrati. Naš "junak" sve to gleda.

Nije mu dobro. Uskoro dolazi sestra da me obavijesti kako se moj susjed spakirao, pozvao je sestru i oca i napušta bolnicu. Nova priča ne pomaže, čak ni uz upozorenje da se sve može završiti na najgori način. Nemam zakonske mogućnosti da ga zadržim. Na odlasku mu, ljutit, kažem, vidimo se ubrzo, ako uspiješ stići do bolnice.

Pacijenta vraćaju u bolnicu, a da nije prošlo ni 30 minuta. U tako teškom edemu pluća slobodno mogu tvrditi da je bio među tri najteža u mojoj karijeri, a vidio sam ih na tisuće. Zovnem sve sestre da dođu. Jednu braunilu ima, tražim da se stave još dvije, da mi nađu jednu dobru venu i da je čuvaju. U startu dobiva šest ampula, nakon 15 min dobio je još četiri, prenosi Blic.

Prikopčava se na aparat za neinvazivnu ventilaciju. Istovremeno dobiva morfij, druga sestra uključuje infuziju (i.v. nitroglicerin), treća infuziju s lijekom protiv aritmije (ima malignu aritmiju), prva već daje drugi lijek. A dok sve to dobiva iz vene koju smo čuvali, radimo vdnepunkciju (300 ml krvi). Netko je već postavio kateter.

Dodajemo još dvije ampule, tko zna što još. Sve ovo je, skoro, dobio odjednom; nije bilo vremena za čekanje. Njegova sreća da je imao povišen krvni tlak, pa smo mogli forsirati diuretike i ostale lijekove. Nakon nekih 45 minuta stanje se počelo vidljivo popravljati. Kad se stanje stabiliziralo, pitao sam ga želi li opet ići kući.

P.S. Liječnici Hitne pomoći i liječnici u drugim urgentnim službama često se susreću s ovakvim situacijama. Iz kojih često izlaze kao pobjednici. To uglavnom ne zna nitko, ali svi znaju kad su neki dr. ili sestra bili nedovoljno ljubazni i prema tome ocjenjuju njihov rad. Jednog dana kad napustim ovaj svijet to će biti barem godinu dana ranije nego što treba, zbog stresa i nervoze koju sam doživio toga dana. I, na kraju, savjet za mlade liječnike i studente: Jedini točan odgovor na pitanje koliko se daje ampula odgovarajućeg lijeka u edemu pluća je sljedeći: "Koliko treba". Mi smo dali 12. Dao bih još. Koliko treba.

P.S.2. Naš pacijent je dobio 3 by passa. Nažalost, veliki infarkt i veliko oštećenje srca trajno će mu narušiti kvalitetu života, zapisao je liječnik na Twitteru, prenosi Blic.

Ma, nije mi ništa, to je od podvarka, malo me žiga... Ma samo sam premoren, to mi je od stresa, nisam bolestan, ne želim ležati u bolnici.

Koliko ste puta čuli takve izgovore od ljudi čije je zdravstveno stanje ugroženo, a zbog straha ne žele otići kod liječnika? Ja, jesam, od oca. Noć pred smrt žalio se na bolove, a za sve je krivio podvarak "jer se prejeo". Sutradan je preminuo zbog masovnih infarkta na stolu urgentnog centra. Imao je 58 godina.

Upravo zato, priča liječnika iz Srbije, prisjetila me je na mog oca, a korisnike društvenih mreža da se zapitaju - jesmo li prijatelji ili neprijatelji sebi samima? Naime, kroz primjer, kako će se ispostaviti, mlađeg susjeda, on je kroz niz tweetova predstavio slučaj pacijenta koji odbija medicinsku pomoć, iako je doživio infarkt. Usprkos činjenici da se nalazi tu gdje se nalazi, uprkos tome što su na njegove oči liječnici oživljavali ženu koju su samo sekunde dijelile od smrti, piše Blic.

Ovako je priču na Twitteru iznio liječnik:

"Dolazim na posao popodne. Kažu mi da u KJ leži mlađi pacijent, primljen to jutro u edemu pluća, kao posljedica infarkta. Dobro reagirao na terapiju. Još mi kažu da je prije desetak dana bio u bolnici, također zbog infarkta i da je poslije 24 sata napustio bolnicu, pa da obratim pažnju.

Odmah ga prepoznam. Susjed. Prvo me pita kada može kući. Nakon 10-ak minuta razgovora obeća mi da će biti poslušan. Nedugo zatim pacijentica preko puta njega upada u srčani zastoj. Masaža srca i 1 DC udar bili su dovoljni da se povrati. Naš "junak" sve to gleda.

Nije mu dobro. Uskoro dolazi sestra da me obavijesti kako se moj susjed spakirao, pozvao je sestru i oca i napušta bolnicu. Nova priča ne pomaže, čak ni uz upozorenje da se sve može završiti na najgori način. Nemam zakonske mogućnosti da ga zadržim. Na odlasku mu, ljutit, kažem, vidimo se ubrzo, ako uspiješ stići do bolnice.

Pacijenta vraćaju u bolnicu, a da nije prošlo ni 30 minuta. U tako teškom edemu pluća slobodno mogu tvrditi da je bio među tri najteža u mojoj karijeri, a vidio sam ih na tisuće. Zovnem sve sestre da dođu. Jednu braunilu ima, tražim da se stave još dvije, da mi nađu jednu dobru venu i da je čuvaju. U startu dobiva šest ampula, nakon 15 min dobio je još četiri, prenosi Blic.

Prikopčava se na aparat za neinvazivnu ventilaciju. Istovremeno dobiva morfij, druga sestra uključuje infuziju (i.v. nitroglicerin), treća infuziju s lijekom protiv aritmije (ima malignu aritmiju), prva već daje drugi lijek. A dok sve to dobiva iz vene koju smo čuvali, radimo vdnepunkciju (300 ml krvi). Netko je već postavio kateter.

Dodajemo još dvije ampule, tko zna što još. Sve ovo je, skoro, dobio odjednom; nije bilo vremena za čekanje. Njegova sreća da je imao povišen krvni tlak, pa smo mogli forsirati diuretike i ostale lijekove. Nakon nekih 45 minuta stanje se počelo vidljivo popravljati. Kad se stanje stabiliziralo, pitao sam ga želi li opet ići kući.

P.S. Liječnici Hitne pomoći i liječnici u drugim urgentnim službama često se susreću s ovakvim situacijama. Iz kojih često izlaze kao pobjednici. To uglavnom ne zna nitko, ali svi znaju kad su neki dr. ili sestra bili nedovoljno ljubazni i prema tome ocjenjuju njihov rad. Jednog dana kad napustim ovaj svijet to će biti barem godinu dana ranije nego što treba, zbog stresa i nervoze koju sam doživio toga dana. I, na kraju, savjet za mlade liječnike i studente: Jedini točan odgovor na pitanje koliko se daje ampula odgovarajućeg lijeka u edemu pluća je sljedeći: "Koliko treba". Mi smo dali 12. Dao bih još. Koliko treba.

P.S.2. Naš pacijent je dobio 3 by passa. Nažalost, veliki infarkt i veliko oštećenje srca trajno će mu narušiti kvalitetu života, zapisao je liječnik na Twitteru, prenosi Blic.
