Stiglo je proljeće, a s njim, među ostalim, nekima dolazi i do promjena u spavanju. Noći su kraće, dani topliji, energija prirode intenzivnija. Kada se tome doda i pomicanje sata ovaj vikend, situacija sa spavanjem se usložnjava.

Neki se ujutro bude mamurni iako su naoko spavali dovoljan broj sati. Zato je dobro znati koliko je sna potrebno za određenu dobnu skupinu. Na Instagramu je objavljena idealna količina sna za dobne skupine za optimalno zdravlje.

Prva tri mjeseca života potrebno je od 14 do 17 sati sna, od četiri do jedanaest mjeseci života 12 do 16 sati, od jedne do dvije godine života 11 do 14 sati, od tri do pet godina 10 do 13 sati, šest do 12 godina života devet do 12 sati sna, od 12 do 18 godina osam do deset sati, od 18 do 64 godina sedam do devet sati sna, dok starijima od 65 godina života treba sedam do sam sati sna.

Iako se u objavi na Instagramu kaže da su ovi podaci potkrijepljeni istraživanjima, u objavi se ipak upućuje na individualne razlike i potrebe za snom unutar iste dobne skupine te da je važno obratiti pozornost na to kako se osjećate pri različitim količinama sna.

Objava je potaknula i dosta komentara. "Kad bi samo američki školski sustavi omogućili da preporučena količina sna postane dostižna", jedan je od njih. "Nitko od 65 i više godina ne spava 7-8 sati! ", drugi je komentar. "Uopće ne zvuči loše biti petogodišnjak", treći je od njih.

Stiglo je proljeće, a s njim, među ostalim, nekima dolazi i do promjena u spavanju. Noći su kraće, dani topliji, energija prirode intenzivnija. Kada se tome doda i pomicanje sata ovaj vikend, situacija sa spavanjem se usložnjava.

Neki se ujutro bude mamurni iako su naoko spavali dovoljan broj sati. Zato je dobro znati koliko je sna potrebno za određenu dobnu skupinu. Na Instagramu je objavljena idealna količina sna za dobne skupine za optimalno zdravlje.

Prva tri mjeseca života potrebno je od 14 do 17 sati sna, od četiri do jedanaest mjeseci života 12 do 16 sati, od jedne do dvije godine života 11 do 14 sati, od tri do pet godina 10 do 13 sati, šest do 12 godina života devet do 12 sati sna, od 12 do 18 godina osam do deset sati, od 18 do 64 godina sedam do devet sati sna, dok starijima od 65 godina života treba sedam do sam sati sna.

Iako se u objavi na Instagramu kaže da su ovi podaci potkrijepljeni istraživanjima, u objavi se ipak upućuje na individualne razlike i potrebe za snom unutar iste dobne skupine te da je važno obratiti pozornost na to kako se osjećate pri različitim količinama sna.

Objava je potaknula i dosta komentara. "Kad bi samo američki školski sustavi omogućili da preporučena količina sna postane dostižna", jedan je od njih. "Nitko od 65 i više godina ne spava 7-8 sati! ", drugi je komentar. "Uopće ne zvuči loše biti petogodišnjak", treći je od njih.
