Europska agencija za lijekove u srijedu je na konferenciji za novinare izvijestila kako postoji veza između cjepiva AstraZenece i stvaranja krvnih ugrušaka, te da bi ugrušci trebali biti navedeni kao rijetka nuspojava tog cjepiva. Građani se slabo odazivaju na cijepljenje AstraZenecom u Zagrebu, do je u Rijeci, koja je također organizirala masovno cijepljeno, isto AstraZenecom, rezultat puno bolji - prenosi N1.

O toj su temi u Novom danu razgovarali s virusnim imunologom Stipanom Jonjićem.

“EMA nije rekla ništa novo, ona nema nikakve čvrste argumente za njihov stav za krvne ugruške koje su spominjali. Nije pronađena nikakva uzročno-posljedična veza, nema znanstvenih argumenata da bi netko rekao da nešto preporuče jer je nešto pronašao. Ostali smo na razini špekulacija u javnosti. Opasnost je velika, jer je građanstvo jako ugroženo. Svi ćemo, prije ili poslije, koronu dobiti, ako se ne cijepimo”, rekao je Jonjić.

“Na 25 milijuna ljudi bilo je 86 tromboza, dakle 3.4 tromboze na milijun ljudi. Svaki je čovjek vrijedan. Oni su naveli da je 18 završilo smrtno. Smrtnost je 0.72, manje od čovjeka na milijun ljudi… Koronavirus je teška bolest. Ako dođe do teških slučajeva, a ako netko završi teško, 25 posto je šansa za trombozu. Mnoge manifestacije na periferiji centralnog živčanog sustava pojavile su se kod onih koji su preboljeli koronu, kazao je.

EMA oprala ruke

EMA nije imala drugi argument, oprala je ruke i rekla ono što smo svi već znali. Jednog dana netko će usporediti komplikacije kod drugih cjepiva… Nemam ništa da dodam za ono što su moje kolege ranije govorile o ovoj temi”, rekao je Stipan Jonjić.

“Mi ne znamo jedan na milijun smrtnih slučajeva je li izazvan cjepivom – moguće je da jeste, a i da nije. Za ovakve je faktore rizik kontracepcija, a nisam vidio koliko je žena koristilo kontracepciju… Drago mi je da ljudi polako shvaćaju da je cijepljenje esencijalno ako ne želimo dobiti tešku bolest. Potencijalni rizik uvijek postoji, no nema znanstveno utemeljenih argumenata. Vlada radi na dolasku novih cjepiva. Ljude treba uvjeriti da je rizik od bolesti nesrazmjeran onome što se može dogoditi pri cijepljenju. Komplikacije su nesrazmjerno gore i dugotrajnije ako se bolest dobije”, rekao je Jonjić.

“Spominjala su se antitijela i postoji mogućnost da su se ljudi inficirali, da je neki imuni odgovor kod rijetkih pojedinaca doveo do lančane reakcije. Ona je ekstremno rijetka i EMA je postupila zdravorazumski, da ne mogu reći je li netko imao problema, no i dalje se smatra da je cijepljenje mnogo bolja opcija”, rekao je.

Nije isto cijepiti se i preboljeti infekciju

“Liječnici moraju shvatiti da je na njima velika odgovornost, oni znaju svoje pacijente. Oni kroz komunikaciju s HZJZ-om, epidemiolozima, moraju učiniti što više i pomoći pacijentima. Liječnici moraju računati i na one pacijente koji nisu samo starije dobi. To mogu biti i mlađi ljudi koji imaju neke rizike.

“Kaić je lijepo rekao. S tim moramo živjeti i boriti se, no lijeka nemamo, svi ćemo oboljeti prije ili kasnije, ako se ne cijepimo. Zdravstveni se sustav relativno dobro snalazi i ostaje nam da se štitimo mjerama. Nije isto cijepiti se i preboljeti infekciju. Oni koji su preboljeli trebali bi isto poslije nekog vremena primiti cjepivo”, rekao je Jonjić.

Moramo biti jako oprezni

Kazao je kako sumnja da će i ovo ljeto biti takvo da će dnevno biti samo 20-ak slučajeva dnevno.

“Jasna je želja za otvaranjem, no realnost je drugo. Oni koji donose odluke moraju donijeti manje loše od mogućih rješenja.

Moramo biti jako oprezni, i ne mogu reći hoćemo li na ljeto imati manje slučajeva nego prošle godine. Ne usudim se prognozirati. Neke mjere koje nas ne ugrožavaju mogu nam puno pomoći. Uvažavanjem onoga što nam se u medijima govori možemo puno učiniti”, rekao je Stipan Jonjić.

Europska agencija za lijekove u srijedu je na konferenciji za novinare izvijestila kako postoji veza između cjepiva AstraZenece i stvaranja krvnih ugrušaka, te da bi ugrušci trebali biti navedeni kao rijetka nuspojava tog cjepiva. Građani se slabo odazivaju na cijepljenje AstraZenecom u Zagrebu, do je u Rijeci, koja je također organizirala masovno cijepljeno, isto AstraZenecom, rezultat puno bolji - prenosi N1.

O toj su temi u Novom danu razgovarali s virusnim imunologom Stipanom Jonjićem.

“EMA nije rekla ništa novo, ona nema nikakve čvrste argumente za njihov stav za krvne ugruške koje su spominjali. Nije pronađena nikakva uzročno-posljedična veza, nema znanstvenih argumenata da bi netko rekao da nešto preporuče jer je nešto pronašao. Ostali smo na razini špekulacija u javnosti. Opasnost je velika, jer je građanstvo jako ugroženo. Svi ćemo, prije ili poslije, koronu dobiti, ako se ne cijepimo”, rekao je Jonjić.

“Na 25 milijuna ljudi bilo je 86 tromboza, dakle 3.4 tromboze na milijun ljudi. Svaki je čovjek vrijedan. Oni su naveli da je 18 završilo smrtno. Smrtnost je 0.72, manje od čovjeka na milijun ljudi… Koronavirus je teška bolest. Ako dođe do teških slučajeva, a ako netko završi teško, 25 posto je šansa za trombozu. Mnoge manifestacije na periferiji centralnog živčanog sustava pojavile su se kod onih koji su preboljeli koronu, kazao je.

EMA oprala ruke

EMA nije imala drugi argument, oprala je ruke i rekla ono što smo svi već znali. Jednog dana netko će usporediti komplikacije kod drugih cjepiva… Nemam ništa da dodam za ono što su moje kolege ranije govorile o ovoj temi”, rekao je Stipan Jonjić.

“Mi ne znamo jedan na milijun smrtnih slučajeva je li izazvan cjepivom – moguće je da jeste, a i da nije. Za ovakve je faktore rizik kontracepcija, a nisam vidio koliko je žena koristilo kontracepciju… Drago mi je da ljudi polako shvaćaju da je cijepljenje esencijalno ako ne želimo dobiti tešku bolest. Potencijalni rizik uvijek postoji, no nema znanstveno utemeljenih argumenata. Vlada radi na dolasku novih cjepiva. Ljude treba uvjeriti da je rizik od bolesti nesrazmjeran onome što se može dogoditi pri cijepljenju. Komplikacije su nesrazmjerno gore i dugotrajnije ako se bolest dobije”, rekao je Jonjić.

“Spominjala su se antitijela i postoji mogućnost da su se ljudi inficirali, da je neki imuni odgovor kod rijetkih pojedinaca doveo do lančane reakcije. Ona je ekstremno rijetka i EMA je postupila zdravorazumski, da ne mogu reći je li netko imao problema, no i dalje se smatra da je cijepljenje mnogo bolja opcija”, rekao je.

Nije isto cijepiti se i preboljeti infekciju

“Liječnici moraju shvatiti da je na njima velika odgovornost, oni znaju svoje pacijente. Oni kroz komunikaciju s HZJZ-om, epidemiolozima, moraju učiniti što više i pomoći pacijentima. Liječnici moraju računati i na one pacijente koji nisu samo starije dobi. To mogu biti i mlađi ljudi koji imaju neke rizike.

“Kaić je lijepo rekao. S tim moramo živjeti i boriti se, no lijeka nemamo, svi ćemo oboljeti prije ili kasnije, ako se ne cijepimo. Zdravstveni se sustav relativno dobro snalazi i ostaje nam da se štitimo mjerama. Nije isto cijepiti se i preboljeti infekciju. Oni koji su preboljeli trebali bi isto poslije nekog vremena primiti cjepivo”, rekao je Jonjić.

Moramo biti jako oprezni

Kazao je kako sumnja da će i ovo ljeto biti takvo da će dnevno biti samo 20-ak slučajeva dnevno.

“Jasna je želja za otvaranjem, no realnost je drugo. Oni koji donose odluke moraju donijeti manje loše od mogućih rješenja.

Moramo biti jako oprezni, i ne mogu reći hoćemo li na ljeto imati manje slučajeva nego prošle godine. Ne usudim se prognozirati. Neke mjere koje nas ne ugrožavaju mogu nam puno pomoći. Uvažavanjem onoga što nam se u medijima govori možemo puno učiniti”, rekao je Stipan Jonjić.

Europska agencija za lijekove u srijedu je na konferenciji za novinare izvijestila kako postoji veza između cjepiva AstraZenece i stvaranja krvnih ugrušaka, te da bi ugrušci trebali biti navedeni kao rijetka nuspojava tog cjepiva. Građani se slabo odazivaju na cijepljenje AstraZenecom u Zagrebu, do je u Rijeci, koja je također organizirala masovno cijepljeno, isto AstraZenecom, rezultat puno bolji - prenosi N1.

O toj su temi u Novom danu razgovarali s virusnim imunologom Stipanom Jonjićem.

“EMA nije rekla ništa novo, ona nema nikakve čvrste argumente za njihov stav za krvne ugruške koje su spominjali. Nije pronađena nikakva uzročno-posljedična veza, nema znanstvenih argumenata da bi netko rekao da nešto preporuče jer je nešto pronašao. Ostali smo na razini...
