Evo na koje znakove trebate obratiti pažnju te, ako ih primijetite, porazgovarati o tome sa svojim ginekologom, piše Živim.

Od endometrioze boluje 10 do 15 posto žena reproduktivne dobi, no unatoč tome mnoge žene i dalje ne znaju koji su ključni simptomi ove bolesti.

To je još uvijek tema koju žene najradije guraju pod tepih, iako je riječ o jednom od češćih ginekoloških problema s kojim se susreću. Endometrioza je kronična bolest do koje dolazi kad tkivo endometrija, opne koja iznutra obavija maternicu počne rasti izvan maternice, primjerice u jajnicima, Falopijevim tubama, trbušnoj šupljini ili mokraćnom mjehuru. Ona može uzrokovati oštećenja Falopijevih tuba ili jajnika te dovesti do problema plodnosti. Od drugih komplikacija, tu su bolne cista na jajnicima i adhezije – zone tkiva koje mogu spojiti organe.

Endometriozu se vrlo često brka s obilnim i teškim menstruacijama te ona godinama ostaje neprepoznata. Evo na koje znakove trebate obratiti pažnju te, ako ih primijetite, porazgovarati o tome sa svojim ginekologom. 

1. Bolno i obilno menstrualno krvarenje

Bolne menstruacije su jedan od ključnih simptoma ove bolesti. Ako taj simptom potraje i postane uobičajen za ciklus, to može značiti da imate endometriozu. Stručnjaci kažu da se obilno krvarenje, poznato i kao menoragija, smatra krvarenjem koje traje više od 7 dana. Ako mijenjate tampon ili uložak svaka dva sata ili češće, ako imate vidljive nakupine zgrušane krvi veličine kovanice ili veće, moguće je da imate menoragiju (obilnu menstruaciju).

2. Dugo krvarenje

Većina žena ima krvarenje u trajanju od 2 do sedam dana, a javlja se svakih 21 do 35 dana. No, ako redovito imate kraće intervale ili imate dugotrajnije krvarenje, to bi mogao biti simptom endometrioze. 

3. Bolovi i grčevi u zdjelici

Većina žena će u nekom periodu života doživjeti grčeve u zdjelici pa je teško reći što je normalno, a što ne i to je jedan od razloga zašto endometrioza često ostaje neprepoznata. Grčevi mogu biti znak endometrioze ako vas ometaju od obavljanja svakodnevnih obaveza i poslova te kad bezreceptni lijekovi ne mogu ublažiti bol.

4. Bol tijekom seksa

Ako vam određeni položaji u seksu izazivaju bol ili imate bolove nakon seksa, to može biti znak endometrioze. Bol je obično izazvana upalom ili fibroznim tkivom koje spaja prednju stijenku rektuma sa stražnjom stijenkom vagine. Iako je ženama teško i neugodno o tome razgovarati s liječnicima, trebale bi bez stida objasniti ginekologu sve što primjećuju jer će to pomoći da dobiju točniju i precizniju dijagnozu.

5. Mučnina i povraćanje

Ovi simptomi su uobičajeni za normalne menstruacije, no glavobolje, migrene i povraćanje mogu biti i znak endometrioze, naročito ako su u kombinaciji s drugim simptomima. Važno je da pratite sve simptome kako biste znali prepoznati svaku promjenu. 

6. Kronični umor

Svi se mi možemo ponekad osjećati loše volje, naročito kad smo prehlađeni, no ako ste kronično umorni, to bi mogao biti simptom nečeg drugog. Stručnjaci kažu da, ako primijetite da spavate duže nego obično, da vam nedostaje energije, da osjećate letargiju i vrtoglavicu, to mogu biti simptomi kroničnog umora. Sam umor ne mora nužno biti znak endometrioze, već može biti posljedica drugih stvari, poput anemije, bolesti štitnjače ili niskog šećera, ali u svakom slučaju je riječ o nečemu o čemu biste svakako trebali porazgovarati sa svojim liječnikom. 

7. Problemi s crijevima i mokraćnim putovima

Ako su ovi simptomi prisutni uz ostale navedene, to bi moglo značiti da imate endometriozu. Bolno pokretanje crijeva ili bolno mokrenje, nadutost ili proljev za vrijeme krvarenja često su uobičajene nuspojave menstruacije, ali mogli bi biti i simptomi ove bolesti.

8. Zatvor za vrijeme krvarenja

Za većinu žena menstrualno krvarenje znači da će crijeva malo brže raditi nego inače te da će stolica biti češća i mekša. No, ako tijekom krvarenja imate zatvor, to može biti znak endometrioze. Ako se zatvor pojavljuje otprilike u isto vrijeme kad i menstrualno krvarenje, znači da tkivo odgovara na hormonalni ciklus krvarenja i da u to vrijeme otiče, a to ukazuje na mogućnost postojanja ovog stanja.

Endometrioza se ne može izliječiti, ali može se držati pod kontrolom i za to postoje brojni različiti pristupi. Neke žene uzimaju analgetike koji imaju i protuupalno djelovanje, dok druge dobivaju hormonalnu terapiju kako bi smanjile proizvodnju estrogena koji potiče rast endometrijskog tkiva.

Evo na koje znakove trebate obratiti pažnju te, ako ih primijetite, porazgovarati o tome sa svojim ginekologom, piše Živim.

Od endometrioze boluje 10 do 15 posto žena reproduktivne dobi, no unatoč tome mnoge žene i dalje ne znaju koji su ključni simptomi ove bolesti.

To je još uvijek tema koju žene najradije guraju pod tepih, iako je riječ o jednom od češćih ginekoloških problema s kojim se susreću. Endometrioza je kronična bolest do koje dolazi kad tkivo endometrija, opne koja iznutra obavija maternicu počne rasti izvan maternice, primjerice u jajnicima, Falopijevim tubama, trbušnoj šupljini ili mokraćnom mjehuru. Ona može uzrokovati oštećenja Falopijevih tuba ili jajnika te dovesti do problema plodnosti. Od drugih komplikacija, tu su bolne cista na jajnicima i adhezije – zone tkiva koje mogu spojiti organe.

Endometriozu se vrlo često brka s obilnim i teškim menstruacijama te ona godinama ostaje neprepoznata. Evo na koje znakove trebate obratiti pažnju te, ako ih primijetite, porazgovarati o tome sa svojim ginekologom. 

1. Bolno i obilno menstrualno krvarenje

Bolne menstruacije su jedan od ključnih simptoma ove bolesti. Ako taj simptom potraje i postane uobičajen za ciklus, to može značiti da imate endometriozu. Stručnjaci kažu da se obilno krvarenje, poznato i kao menoragija, smatra krvarenjem koje traje više od 7 dana. Ako mijenjate tampon ili uložak svaka dva sata ili češće, ako imate vidljive nakupine zgrušane krvi veličine kovanice ili veće, moguće je da imate menoragiju (obilnu menstruaciju).

2. Dugo krvarenje

Većina žena ima krvarenje u trajanju od 2 do sedam dana, a javlja se svakih 21 do 35 dana. No, ako redovito imate kraće intervale ili imate dugotrajnije krvarenje, to bi mogao biti simptom endometrioze. 

3. Bolovi i grčevi u zdjelici

Većina žena će u nekom periodu života doživjeti grčeve u zdjelici pa je teško reći što je normalno, a što ne i to je jedan od razloga zašto endometrioza često ostaje neprepoznata. Grčevi mogu biti znak endometrioze ako vas ometaju od obavljanja svakodnevnih obaveza i poslova te kad bezreceptni lijekovi ne mogu ublažiti bol.

4. Bol tijekom seksa

Ako vam određeni položaji u seksu izazivaju bol ili imate bolove nakon seksa, to može biti znak endometrioze. Bol je obično izazvana upalom ili fibroznim tkivom koje spaja prednju stijenku rektuma sa stražnjom stijenkom vagine. Iako je ženama teško i neugodno o tome razgovarati s liječnicima, trebale bi bez stida objasniti ginekologu sve što primjećuju jer će to pomoći da dobiju točniju i precizniju dijagnozu.

5. Mučnina i povraćanje

Ovi simptomi su uobičajeni za normalne menstruacije, no glavobolje, migrene i povraćanje mogu biti i znak endometrioze, naročito ako su u kombinaciji s drugim simptomima. Važno je da pratite sve simptome kako biste znali prepoznati svaku promjenu. 

6. Kronični umor

Svi se mi možemo ponekad osjećati loše volje, naročito kad smo prehlađeni, no ako ste kronično umorni, to bi mogao biti simptom nečeg drugog. Stručnjaci kažu da, ako primijetite da spavate duže nego obično, da vam nedostaje energije, da osjećate letargiju i vrtoglavicu, to mogu biti simptomi kroničnog umora. Sam umor ne mora nužno biti znak endometrioze, već može biti posljedica drugih stvari, poput anemije, bolesti štitnjače ili niskog šećera, ali u svakom slučaju je riječ o nečemu o čemu biste svakako trebali porazgovarati sa svojim liječnikom. 

7. Problemi s crijevima i mokraćnim putovima

Ako su ovi simptomi prisutni uz ostale navedene, to bi moglo značiti da imate endometriozu. Bolno pokretanje crijeva ili bolno mokrenje, nadutost ili proljev za vrijeme krvarenja često su uobičajene nuspojave menstruacije, ali mogli bi biti i simptomi ove bolesti.

8. Zatvor za vrijeme krvarenja

Za većinu žena menstrualno krvarenje znači da će crijeva malo brže raditi nego inače te da će stolica biti češća i mekša. No, ako tijekom krvarenja imate zatvor, to može biti znak endometrioze. Ako se zatvor pojavljuje otprilike u isto vrijeme kad i menstrualno krvarenje, znači da tkivo odgovara na hormonalni ciklus krvarenja i da u to vrijeme otiče, a to ukazuje na mogućnost postojanja ovog stanja.

Endometrioza se ne može izliječiti, ali može se držati pod kontrolom i za to postoje brojni različiti pristupi. Neke žene uzimaju analgetike koji imaju i protuupalno djelovanje, dok druge dobivaju hormonalnu terapiju kako bi smanjile proizvodnju estrogena koji potiče rast endometrijskog tkiva.

Evo na koje znakove trebate obratiti pažnju te, ako ih primijetite, porazgovarati o tome sa svojim ginekologom, piše Živim.

Od endometrioze boluje 10 do 15 posto žena reproduktivne dobi, no unatoč tome mnoge žene i dalje ne znaju koji su ključni simptomi ove bolesti.

To je još uvijek tema koju žene najradije guraju pod tepih, iako je riječ o jednom od češćih ginekoloških problema s kojim se susreću. Endometrioza je kronična bolest do koje dolazi kad tkivo endometrija, opne koja iznutra obavija maternicu počne rasti izvan maternice, primjerice u jajnicima, Falopijevim tubama, trbušnoj šupljini ili mokraćnom mjehuru. Ona može uzrokovati oštećenja Falopijevih tuba ili jajnika te dovesti do problema plodnosti. Od drugih komplikacija, tu su bolne cista na jajnicima i adhezije – zone tki...
