Često buđenje kako bismo piškili noću naziva se nokturija i s vremena na vrijeme, to je normalna pojava.
Na primjer, osobe starije od 45 godina gotovo sigurno će to iskusiti.
I to zbog niza razloga - od oslabljene funkcije mišića mjehura, postporođajnih promjena u zdjelici kod žena, povećane prostate kod muškaraca, kardiovaskularnog zdravlja do nekih neuroloških stanja koja mogu utjecati na hitnost mokrenja tijekom noći, piše Živim.
- Ipak, što više puta tijekom noći osoba ustane kako bi ispraznila mjehur, smatramo da je nokturija teža - kaže urolog Adam Ramin iz urološko-onkološkog centra u Los Angelesu.
Razlozi za nokturiju
- Kad se mjehur napuni blizu kapaciteta, instinktivno će se htjeti stisnuti kako bi se ispraznio. To je prirodni refleks mišića mjehura. Međutim, naši mozgovi su naučili od djetinjstva da inhibiraju ove prirodne kontrakcije dok ne budemo u kupaonici.
Prosječno mokrimo 4-5 puta dnevno - dodaje dr. Ramin.
Ako se susrećete često s noćnim mokrenjem, dobra je ideja voditi dnevnik mokrenja najmanje tjedan dana i posavjetovati se s liječnikom.
Moguće je da unosite previše tekućine kasno popodne, pijete lijekove koji potiču mokrenje, imate preaktivan mjehur, dijabetes, prolapsu zdjelice ili neko drugo neurološko ili kardiovaskularno stanje koja liječnik može dijagnosticirati i početi liječiti.

Donji dio mokraćnog sustava nije glavni uzrok

Liječnici naglašavaju da je najbolji način djelovanja posavjetovati se s liječnikom i nastojati olakšati simptome tako da prije spavanja ispraznite mjehur i pokušate ne piti mnogo tekućine neposredno pred spavanje.
Liječnik može optimizirati vrijeme uzimanja lijekova koji potiču mokrenje ili ih zamijeniti drugima koji imaju manji učinak na mokrenje, a u manjem broju slučajeva (kod retencije mokraće) problem se rješava kirurški, piše Živim.

Često buđenje kako bismo piškili noću naziva se nokturija i s vremena na vrijeme, to je normalna pojava.
Na primjer, osobe starije od 45 godina gotovo sigurno će to iskusiti.
I to zbog niza razloga - od oslabljene funkcije mišića mjehura, postporođajnih promjena u zdjelici kod žena, povećane prostate kod muškaraca, kardiovaskularnog zdravlja do nekih neuroloških stanja koja mogu utjecati na hitnost mokrenja tijekom noći, piše Živim.
- Ipak, što više puta tijekom noći osoba ustane kako bi ispraznila mjehur, smatramo da je nokturija teža - kaže urolog Adam Ramin iz urološko-onkološkog centra u Los Angelesu.
Razlozi za nokturiju
- Kad se mjehur napuni blizu kapaciteta, instinktivno će se htjeti stisnuti kako bi se ispraznio. To je prirodni refleks mišića mjehura. Međutim, naši mozgovi su naučili od djetinjstva da inhibiraju ove prirodne kontrakcije dok ne budemo u kupaonici.
Prosječno mokrimo 4-5 puta dnevno - dodaje dr. Ramin.
Ako se susrećete često s noćnim mokrenjem, dobra je ideja voditi dnevnik mokrenja najmanje tjedan dana i posavjetovati se s liječnikom.
Moguće je da unosite previše tekućine kasno popodne, pijete lijekove koji potiču mokrenje, imate preaktivan mjehur, dijabetes, prolapsu zdjelice ili neko drugo neurološko ili kardiovaskularno stanje koja liječnik može dijagnosticirati i početi liječiti.

Donji dio mokraćnog sustava nije glavni uzrok
- Naše srce i krvožilni sustav moraju uspješno pumpati krv u bubrege kako bi bubrezi filtrirali krv i proizveli urin tijekom budnih sati. Ako naš kardiovaskularni sustav ne uspije pumpati dovoljno krvi u bubrege, onda tijelo zadržava veliku količinu tekućine tijekom dana.

Međutim, opet, važno je zapamtiti da nokturija nije primarni simptom u tim slučajevima.
Pomoći ima
Liječnici naglašavaju da je najbolji način djelovanja posavjetovati se s liječnikom i nastojati olakšati simptome tako da prije spavanja ispraznite mjehur i pokušate ne piti mnogo tekućine neposredno pred spavanje.
Liječnik može optimizirati vrijeme uzimanja lijekova koji potiču mokrenje ili ih zamijeniti drugima koji imaju manji učinak na mokrenje, a u manjem broju slučajeva (kod retencije mokraće) problem se rješava kirurški, piše Živim.
