Sindrom iznenadne smrti u dojenčadi poznata je pojava zbog koje su strepili i strepe mnogi roditelji. Međutim u posljednje vrijeme sve se više govori i o sindromu iznenadne smrti u odraslih.

Za njega se najviše zna preko iznenadne smrti nogometaša kao što je mladi Dejan Oršuš ili bivši vratar Dinama Ivan Turina. Ali svakako je najviše odjeknula situacija kada se danski nogometaš Christian Eriksen lani na Euru srušio na utakmici. Liječnici su mu uspjeli spasiti život, a on se toliko oporavio da i dalje aktivno igra nogomet. Brojni drugi nažalost nisu bili te sreće.

- Po definiciji iznenadna smrt je ona koja nastupi unutar jednog sata od događaja. "Kada se govori o iznenadnoj smrti čiji je uzrok pritajena srčana smetnja, razlikuje se iznenadna smrt kod mlađih osoba, onih do 35. godine i starijih od te dobi. Uzrok iznenadne smrti je najčešće urođeno zadebljanje srčanog mišića. Takvo stanje stvara predispoziciju iznenadne smrti. Učestalost navedene pojave je jedan na 100 tisuća stanovnika", objašnjava kardiolog dr. Stanko Uzelac, koji kaže da je kod svih iznenadnih smrti u podlozi srčana aritmija koja se zove ventrikularna fibrilacija, piše Miss7zdrava.

Sindrom iznenadne smrti odraslih tema je o kojoj se puno razgovara i u svijetu. Tako se može pročitati da ga može potencirati pojačana tjelesna aktivnost. Iz američke zaklade za sindrom iznenadne smrti tvrde da od njega godišnje umire i do 4000 djece i mladih.

Catherine Keane iz Irske bila je zdrava 31-godišnjakinja kada je neočekivano umrla u snu, a njene dvije cimerice našle su je mrtvu nakon što nije došla na doručak. Obitelj je odlučila podijeliti njezinu priču u nadi da će drugi otići na pregled za sindrom iznenadne smrti, pogotovo ako postoji obiteljska povijest srčanih bolesti. Njezina majka Margherita Cummins rekla je je Catherine bila zdrava te je često išla u teretanu i trudila se svaki dan napraviti 10 tisuća koraka, piše Miss7zdrava.

O sindromu iznenadne smrti u odraslih (SADS) razgovara se i u Australiji. On je u porastu do te mjere da se formira registar SADS-a. Godišnje oko 750 Australaca mlađih od 50 godina iznenada umre od zastoja rada srca. Kod najmanje stotinu preminulih ni nakon potpune obdukcije nije utvrđen uzrok smrtonosnoga prestanka rada srca", piše Portal Zdravlje.

Stvar je dakle vrlo ozbiljna. Gubitak mladih, zdravih ljudi u naponu snage težak je za njihove bližnje kao i za društvo u cjelini i treba zasita poduzeti sve u edukaciji i preventivi da se to izbjegne u najvećoj mogućoj mjeri.

Sindrom iznenadne smrti u dojenčadi poznata je pojava zbog koje su strepili i strepe mnogi roditelji. Međutim u posljednje vrijeme sve se više govori i o sindromu iznenadne smrti u odraslih.

Za njega se najviše zna preko iznenadne smrti nogometaša kao što je mladi Dejan Oršuš ili bivši vratar Dinama Ivan Turina. Ali svakako je najviše odjeknula situacija kada se danski nogometaš Christian Eriksen lani na Euru srušio na utakmici. Liječnici su mu uspjeli spasiti život, a on se toliko oporavio da i dalje aktivno igra nogomet. Brojni drugi nažalost nisu bili te sreće.

- Po definiciji iznenadna smrt je ona koja nastupi unutar jednog sata od događaja. "Kada se govori o iznenadnoj smrti čiji je uzrok pritajena srčana smetnja, razlikuje se iznenadna smrt kod mlađih osoba, onih do 35. godine i starijih od te dobi. Uzrok iznenadne smrti je najčešće urođeno zadebljanje srčanog mišića. Takvo stanje stvara predispoziciju iznenadne smrti. Učestalost navedene pojave je jedan na 100 tisuća stanovnika", objašnjava kardiolog dr. Stanko Uzelac, koji kaže da je kod svih iznenadnih smrti u podlozi srčana aritmija koja se zove ventrikularna fibrilacija, piše Miss7zdrava.

Sindrom iznenadne smrti odraslih tema je o kojoj se puno razgovara i u svijetu. Tako se može pročitati da ga može potencirati pojačana tjelesna aktivnost. Iz američke zaklade za sindrom iznenadne smrti tvrde da od njega godišnje umire i do 4000 djece i mladih.

Catherine Keane iz Irske bila je zdrava 31-godišnjakinja kada je neočekivano umrla u snu, a njene dvije cimerice našle su je mrtvu nakon što nije došla na doručak. Obitelj je odlučila podijeliti njezinu priču u nadi da će drugi otići na pregled za sindrom iznenadne smrti, pogotovo ako postoji obiteljska povijest srčanih bolesti. Njezina majka Margherita Cummins rekla je je Catherine bila zdrava te je često išla u teretanu i trudila se svaki dan napraviti 10 tisuća koraka, piše Miss7zdrava.

O sindromu iznenadne smrti u odraslih (SADS) razgovara se i u Australiji. On je u porastu do te mjere da se formira registar SADS-a. Godišnje oko 750 Australaca mlađih od 50 godina iznenada umre od zastoja rada srca. Kod najmanje stotinu preminulih ni nakon potpune obdukcije nije utvrđen uzrok smrtonosnoga prestanka rada srca", piše Portal Zdravlje.

Stvar je dakle vrlo ozbiljna. Gubitak mladih, zdravih ljudi u naponu snage težak je za njihove bližnje kao i za društvo u cjelini i treba zasita poduzeti sve u edukaciji i preventivi da se to izbjegne u najvećoj mogućoj mjeri.
