Listopad je mjesec posvećen borbi protiv karcinoma dojke, što se manifestira kroz različite javne akcije i manifestacije, a ovaj četvrtak ipak ima posebnu draž - riječ je o Danu bez grudnjaka, koji je razveselio brojne žene (i muškarce) na društvenim mrežama, ali i izvan njih.

Iako još uvijek nije riječ o datumu koji se službeno slavi na međunarodnoj razini, poslijednjih pet godina 13. listopada se na internetu označava kao dan posvećen 'slobodi sisa'.

Poznat pod nazivom No Bra Day, ovo je dan kada se žene pozivaju da, ako žele, ostave grudnjake kod kuće i uživaju u osjećaju nesputanosti, ali se uz to prisjete da je potrebno otići na godišnji pregled dojki.
Iako zvuči zafrkantski i za neke pomalo lascivno, No Bra Day krije u sebi poruku važnosti edukacije i preventivnog reagiranja, s obzirom na crnu statistiku prema kojoj u Hrvatskoj od raka dojke godišnje oboli oko 2500 žena, a umre ih oko tisuću. Listopad je mjesec posvećen borbi protiv karcinoma dojke, što se manifestira kroz različite javne akcije i manifestacije, a ovaj četvrtak ipak ima posebnu draž - riječ je o Danu bez grudnjaka, koji je razveselio brojne žene (i muškarce) na društvenim mrežama, ali i izvan njih.

Iako još uvijek nije riječ o datumu koji se službeno slavi na međunarodnoj razini, poslijednjih pet godina 13. listopada se na internetu označava kao dan posvećen 'slobodi sisa'.

Poznat pod nazivom No Bra Day, ovo je dan kada se žene pozivaju da, ako žele, ostave grudnjake kod kuće i uživaju u osjećaju nesputanosti, ali se uz to prisjete da je potrebno otići na godišnji pregled dojki.
Iako zvuči zafrkantski i za neke pomalo lascivno, No Bra Day krije u sebi poruku važnosti edukacije i preventivnog reagiranja, s obzirom na crnu statistiku prema kojoj u Hrvatskoj od raka dojke godišnje oboli oko 2500 žena, a umre ih oko tisuću. Stoga, ako već niste, zapišite se za mamografiju ili ultrazvuk koji vam mogu spasiti život. A u međuvremenu, pogledajte kako su ovaj dan proslavile društvene mreže...
