Doktorica Vesna Stojanov, kardiologinja i predsjednica Udruge za hipertenziju Srbije, rekla je za RTS da su umaranje, nelagoda u grudima, kratak dah, treperenje srca i slabost koja ometa obavljanje svakodnevnih aktivnosti simptomi koji ukazuju na to da se trebate javiti kardiologu nakon preležanog Covida-19.
Svjetska istraživanja su pokazala da je Covid ostavio dugoročne posljedice na velik broj pacijenata te da više od 80 posto ljudi ima barem jedan preostali simptom mjesecima kasnije.
Doktorica Stojanov objasnila je za spomenuti srpski portal da poslije Covida-19 nešto brže dolazi do upala i razvoja procesa arteroskleroze.
- Međutim, ako pogledamo strukturu pacijenata koji najčešće obolijevaju od Covid infekcije s komplikacijama, to su upravo kardiovaskularni bolesnici i starija populacija, koja također najčešće pati od kardiovaskularnih bolesti - objašnjava liječnica.
Takvi pacijenti imaju puno viši krvni tlak i čest poremećaj krvnog ritma.
- I mladi ljudi, koji nisu znali da imaju neke bolesti i smatrali su se apsolutno zdravima, nakon preležane Covid infekcije imaju taj kratak dah, brzo se umaraju, u prsima osjećaju pritisak i nelagodu u grudima te dolaze kod kardiologa. Kod njih nalazimo ili poremećaj ritma u vidu ubrzanog srčanog rada ili su u pitanju neke ekstra sistole - navodi doktorica Stojanov.
Kod mladih su, kaže, česte i upale srčanog mišića, miokardite.
Kaže da se povećava i broj prvih pregleda i broj kontrolnih pregleda nakon preležanog Covida-19.
Upitana koji simptomi ukazuju da se treba javiti kardiologu nakon preležanog covida, dr. Stojanov navodi da su to zamaranje, nemogućnost obavljanja onih fizičkih aktivnosti koje ste do sada mogli, nelagoda u grudima, kratak dah, poremećaj ritma, kada osjetite da zatreperi srce.
- To su već neki razlozi zbog kojih se treba javiti liječniku - ističe doktorica.
Neki ljudi se poslije Covida ne oporave iako uzimaju terapiju, vitamine i odmaraju se.
Vesna Stojanov objašnjava da to ovisi o imunološkom sustavu i pridruženim bolestima, među kojima, naglašava, kardiovaskularne predstavljaju najveći rizik.
- Ako imamo pacijente koji su pod stresom, također je oporavak teži - dodaje doktorica.
Napominje da je nakon Covid infekcije oporavak dug, preporučuje se postepeno uvođenje aktivnosti, ali se dogodi da pacijent kreće odmah raditi sve što je radio i prije infekcije.
- Pacijenti kreću odmah obavljati sve svoje aktivnosti i to je razlog jer se jednostavno ne može organizam na adekvatan način prilagoditi svim tim novim obavezama. Covid infekcija dovodi do toga da i kardiovaskularni sustav dosta trpi - zaključuje Vesna Stojanov za RTS.

Doktorica Vesna Stojanov, kardiologinja i predsjednica Udruge za hipertenziju Srbije, rekla je za RTS da su umaranje, nelagoda u grudima, kratak dah, treperenje srca i slabost koja ometa obavljanje svakodnevnih aktivnosti simptomi koji ukazuju na to da se trebate javiti kardiologu nakon preležanog Covida-19.
Svjetska istraživanja su pokazala da je Covid ostavio dugoročne posljedice na velik broj pacijenata te da više od 80 posto ljudi ima barem jedan preostali simptom mjesecima kasnije.
Doktorica Stojanov objasnila je za spomenuti srpski portal da poslije Covida-19 nešto brže dolazi do upala i razvoja procesa arteroskleroze.
- Međutim, ako pogledamo strukturu pacijenata koji najčešće obolijevaju od Covid infekcije s komplikacijama, to su upravo kardiovaskularni bolesnici i starija populacija, koja također najčešće pati od kardiovaskularnih bolesti - objašnjava liječnica.
Takvi pacijenti imaju puno viši krvni tlak i čest poremećaj krvnog ritma.
- I mladi ljudi, koji nisu znali da imaju neke bolesti i smatrali su se apsolutno zdravima, nakon preležane Covid infekcije imaju taj kratak dah, brzo se umaraju, u prsima osjećaju pritisak i nelagodu u grudima te dolaze kod kardiologa. Kod njih nalazimo ili poremećaj ritma u vidu ubrzanog srčanog rada ili su u pitanju neke ekstra sistole - navodi doktorica Stojanov.
Kod mladih su, kaže, česte i upale srčanog mišića, miokardite.
Kaže da se povećava i broj prvih pregleda i broj kontrolnih pregleda nakon preležanog Covida-19.
Upitana koji simptomi ukazuju da se treba javiti kardiologu nakon preležanog covida, dr. Stojanov navodi da su to zamaranje, nemogućnost obavljanja onih fizičkih aktivnosti koje ste do sada mogli, nelagoda u grudima, kratak dah, poremećaj ritma, kada osjetite da zatreperi srce.
- To su već neki razlozi zbog kojih se treba javiti liječniku - ističe doktorica.
Neki ljudi se poslije Covida ne oporave iako uzimaju terapiju, vitamine i odmaraju se.
Vesna Stojanov objašnjava da to ovisi o imunološkom sustavu i pridruženim bolestima, među kojima, naglašava, kardiovaskularne predstavljaju najveći rizik.
- Ako imamo pacijente koji su pod stresom, također je oporavak teži - dodaje doktorica.
Napominje da je nakon Covid infekcije oporavak dug, preporučuje se postepeno uvođenje aktivnosti, ali se dogodi da pacijent kreće odmah raditi sve što je radio i prije infekcije.
- Pacijenti kreću odmah obavljati sve svoje aktivnosti i to je razlog jer se jednostavno ne može organizam na adekvatan način prilagoditi svim tim novim obavezama. Covid infekcija dovodi do toga da i kardiovaskularni sustav dosta trpi - zaključuje Vesna Stojanov za RTS.
