Znate li kako se rade njoki? Više ne dolazi u obzir odgovor: 'Šta me briga, znaju mi baba i mater'. Znate i sami zašto, nećemo sad grube teme... 

Za sve one koji su se uželjeli domaćih njoka, a ne znaju ih (dobro) napraviti sami, 'užicali' smo recept i savjete od poznatog splitskog kuhara Pere Savanovića.

Pero nam je otkrio starinski recept po kojem su njoke radile još njegova baka i mama, zbog čega je na njega, kako nam je priznao, posebno ponosan. Isprobajte ga, uvježbajte i guštajte.

Super će vam doći uz recept Hrvoja Zirojevića za pašticadu, ali i uz bilo koji drugi toć, umak, šug ili samo s puno dobrog sira.

Recept je izdašan pa ćete s ovom količinom imati dovoljno njokića i za 'u led', a zgodno je i to što 'ne pita' maslac pa je kao stvoren za prilike u kojima nije baš najpametnije prošetati do trgovine zbog svake sitnice koja nam nedostaje za kuhanje.

Isprobajte ga i uvježbajte, taman imate dovoljno dana do Uskrsa za par probnih verzija, pa se za blagdan pogostite domaćim njokima, dobrim kao da su ih mama ili baka radile. 

Dalmatinske njoke 

1000 grama krumpira

300 grama brašna

1 jaje

1 žlica ulja

1,5 prstohvat soli

po želji malo muškatnog oraščića

Priprema :

Krumpire operite i stavite kuhati. Kada vilica ulazi u krumpire, izvadite ih iz vode i još vruće ogulite.

Na radni stol stavite malo brašna, a krumpire propasiraj kroz pasirku ili 'pašabrod' krumprir.

Napravite udubinu, posolite, dodate jaje i ulje. Postepeno dodajte brašno pa fino izmjesite i napravite u kuglu.

Od kugle izrežite manje dijelove i valjajte ih u dužinu, kao zmije. Režite ih na željenu veliču pa svakog provucite preko ribeža. Lagano ih pospite oštrim brašno i stavite na tacnu.

Zakuhajte slanu vodu pa kuhajte njoke. Čim isplivaju gotovi su.

Prelijte ih uljem ili rastopljenim maslacem i spremni su za serviranje ili ubacite u umak.

Znate li kako se rade njoki? Više ne dolazi u obzir odgovor: 'Šta me briga, znaju mi baba i mater'. Znate i sami zašto, nećemo sad grube teme... 

Za sve one koji su se uželjeli domaćih njoka, a ne znaju ih (dobro) napraviti sami, 'užicali' smo recept i savjete od poznatog splitskog kuhara Pere Savanovića.

Pero nam je otkrio starinski recept po kojem su njoke radile još njegova baka i mama, zbog čega je na njega, kako nam je priznao, posebno ponosan. Isprobajte ga, uvježbajte i guštajte.

Super će vam doći uz recept Hrvoja Zirojevića za pašticadu, ali i uz bilo koji drugi toć, umak, šug ili samo s puno dobrog sira.

Recept je izdašan pa ćete s ovom količinom imati dovoljno njokića i za 'u led', a zgodno je i to što 'ne pita' maslac pa je kao stvoren za prilike u kojima nije baš najpametnije prošetati do trgovine zbog svake sitnice koja nam nedostaje za kuhanje.

Isprobajte ga i uvježbajte, taman imate dovoljno dana do Uskrsa za par probnih verzija, pa se za blagdan pogostite domaćim njokima, dobrim kao da su ih mama ili baka radile. 

Dalmatinske njoke 

1000 grama krumpira

300 grama brašna

1 jaje

1 žlica ulja

1,5 prstohvat soli

po želji malo muškatnog oraščića

Priprema :

Krumpire operite i stavite kuhati. Kada vilica ulazi u krumpire, izvadite ih iz vode i još vruće ogulite.

Na radni stol stavite malo brašna, a krumpire propasiraj kroz pasirku ili 'pašabrod' krumprir.

Napravite udubinu, posolite, dodate jaje i ulje. Postepeno dodajte brašno pa fino izmjesite i napravite u kuglu.

Od kugle izrežite manje dijelove i valjajte ih u dužinu, kao zmije. Režite ih na željenu veliču pa svakog provucite preko ribeža. Lagano ih pospite oštrim brašno i stavite na tacnu.

Zakuhajte slanu vodu pa kuhajte njoke. Čim isplivaju gotovi su.

Prelijte ih uljem ili rastopljenim maslacem i spremni su za serviranje ili ubacite u umak.

Znate li kako se rade njoki? Više ne dolazi u obzir odgovor: 'Šta me briga, znaju mi baba i mater'. Znate i sami zašto, nećemo sad grube teme...
