Dobro je, nema panike. Unatoč tome što su zbog pandemije zatvorili sva studija, iz Netflixa javljaju da snimljenog materijala za nove serije i filmove imaju napretek. Prema gruboj procjeni, za nekih šest mjeseci.

Jer što bismo sad da nema Netflixa? Okej, nije to jedini servis za streaming niti jedino mjesto za gledanje serija i filmova (ako mislite da je, izgleda da ste propustili ovaj članak), no Netflix nam se nekako udomaćio i zavoljeli smo ga. Raznovrstan je, praktičan i.. ma, što ćemo se sad opravdavati? Volimo ga i gotovo. Hajdemo radije prijeći na bitno: što gledati?

Ovoga puta predlažemo tri naslova, sva tri vrlo gledana i komentirana, dva od njih kontroverzna. Ma ni treći nije baš kamilica, posebno ona scena kad... ali, samo malo, nećemo vam baš sve otkriti.

Jedan

Prva preporuka je Tiger King, doku-serija o vlasnicima privatnih zooloških vrtova. No čekajte, puni naziv serije puno bolje dočarava o čemu se radi: 'Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness' (Kralj tigrova: Ubojstvo, sakaćenje i ludilo). U središtu radnje ove mješavine realityja, dokumentarca i krimića u režiji Erica Goodea i Rebecce Chaiklin je nevjerojatan lik, kojemu umjetničko ime Joe Exotic upravo savršeno pristaje.

Joe je vlasnik zoološkog vrta u Oklahomi, sa stotinima divljih životinja, većinom tigrova, puma i leoparda, koje uzgaja i preprodaje. Exotic nosi odjeću koja će vas ostaviti u 'tupilu od nekuženja', ako već njegova blajhana frizura i mačo brk nisu, pištolj za pojasom da ne spominjemo. Joe je, kako možete pretpostaviti, veliki pobornik prava na nošenje oružja i oružja općenito te ga doma ima cijeli arsenal. Osim toga je otvoreno gay i bio je u dvaput u braku (istospolnom, dakako).

Eto, čak da se ama baš ništa ne događa u seriji, a događa se, itekako, zar vam ovo ne bi bilo dovoljno za baciti oko na Tiger Kinga? Serija je iznimno zapažena, gledaju ju 'svi živi', poznati i nepoznati, te komentarima zasipaju društvene mreže. Pogledajte Joea u akciji i uključite se u živahnu raspravu!

Dva

Druga preporuka je film Platforma, španjolski sci-fi horor-triler čija je radnja smještena u zatvor s pedeset etaža. Na svakoj je jedna ćelija s dva zatvorenika, a kroz ćelije, odozgo prema dole, jednom dnevno spušta se platforma s hranom i to kakvom... Međutim, svi imaju pravo jesti samo dvije minute, a to čak i nije najveći problem.

Najprije jedu oni na najvišem katu pa se platforma s onim što je preostalo spušta kat niže i tako dalje sve do dna. Hrane je naizgled sasvim dovoljno za svih 50 ćelija, no problem je u ljudskoj prirodi pa do nesretnika na najnižim katovima dolaze samo krhotine i kosti.

Nakon nekog vremena oni na dnu počnu umirati od gladi, a ptotagonist filma Goreng, koji se u ovoj situaciji našao iz esperimenta, a ne zbog počinjenog prijestupa, počne nagovarati 'cimera' iz ćelije da nešto poduzmu.

Nećemo vam više ništa otkriti, ali ćemo reći da je kraj gledatelje ostavio u tolikoj nedoumica da je redatelj Galder Gaztelu-Urrutia prije dva dana pod pritiskom javnosti morao dati objašnjenje... Ovaj vam film možda neće popraviti raspoloženje, no mogao bi vas podsjetiti na važnost solidarnosti i zajedništva, a to sada nipošto nije na odmet. 

Tri

Treća preporuka je serija I Am Not Okay With This, 'dramedija' (nismo mi izmislili tu riječ!) o tinejdžerici koja polako kuži da s njom sve i nije baš... okay. I nije okay tim. U životu 17-godišnje Sydney puno toga pođe po zlu, od očevog samoubojstva do izdaje koju doživi od najbolje prijateljice, no to sve nije ništa prema problemima koji će ju tek snaći. Sydney ima posebne moći i ne zna ih objasniti ni kontrolirati, a kad se to ubaci u koš sa svim njim životnim dramama, nastaje poprilično zanimljiv spoj.

Serija malo podsjeća na Stranger Things, što nije neobično jer je jedan dio ekipe s ove prve radio na drugoj. Inače, riječ je o ekranizaciji stripa Charlesa Forsmana, autora stripa po kojem je snimljena i odlična britanska serija The End Of The F*** World, o kojoj smo pisali.

Osim napete radnje koja nije baš tipična već sto puta ispričana priča o superjunaku iz stripa, za pohvalu su i odlična glazbena podloga s daškom nostalgije i glumačka ekipa. U Sophiju Lillis, koja tumači ulogu Sydney već su se svi zaljubili i eno je gdje krasi naslovnice najglamuroznijih časopisa, a odličan je i  Wyatt Oleff koji glumi njenog zbunjenog, vječno napušenog susjeda Stanleya.

Dobro je, nema panike. Unatoč tome što su zbog pandemije zatvorili sva studija, iz Netflixa javljaju da snimljenog materijala za nove serije i filmove imaju napretek. Prema gruboj procjeni, za nekih šest mjeseci.

Jer što bismo sad da nema Netflixa? Okej, nije to jedini servis za streaming niti jedino mjesto za gledanje serija i filmova (ako mislite da je, izgleda da ste propustili ovaj članak), no Netflix nam se nekako udomaćio i zavoljeli smo ga. Raznovrstan je, praktičan i.. ma, što ćemo se sad opravdavati? Volimo ga i gotovo. Hajdemo radije prijeći na bitno: što gledati?

Ovoga puta predlažemo tri naslova, sva tri vrlo gledana i komentirana, dva od njih kontroverzna. Ma ni treći nije baš kamilica, posebno ona scena kad... ali, samo malo, nećemo vam baš sve otkriti.

Jedan

Prva preporuka je Tiger King, doku-serija o vlasnicima privatnih zooloških vrtova. No čekajte, puni naziv serije puno bolje dočarava o čemu se radi: 'Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness' (Kralj tigrova: Ubojstvo, sakaćenje i ludilo). U središtu radnje ove mješavine realityja, dokumentarca i krimića u režiji Erica Goodea i Rebecce Chaiklin je nevjerojatan lik, kojemu umjetničko ime Joe Exotic upravo savršeno pristaje.

Joe je vlasnik zoološkog vrta u Oklahomi, sa stotinima divljih životinja, većinom tigrova, puma i leoparda, koje uzgaja i preprodaje. Exotic nosi odjeću koja će vas ostaviti u 'tupilu od nekuženja', ako već njegova blajhana frizura i mačo brk nisu, pištolj za pojasom da ne spominjemo. Joe je, kako možete pretpostaviti, veliki pobornik prava na nošenje oružja i oružja općenito te ga doma ima cijeli arsenal. Osim toga je otvoreno gay i bio je u dvaput u braku (istospolnom, dakako).

Eto, čak da se ama baš ništa ne događa u seriji, a događa se, itekako, zar vam ovo ne bi bilo dovoljno za baciti oko na Tiger Kinga? Serija je iznimno zapažena, gledaju ju 'svi živi', poznati i nepoznati, te komentarima zasipaju društvene mreže. Pogledajte Joea u akciji i uključite se u živahnu raspravu!

Dva

Druga preporuka je film Platforma, španjolski sci-fi horor-triler čija je radnja smještena u zatvor s pedeset etaža. Na svakoj je jedna ćelija s dva zatvorenika, a kroz ćelije, odozgo prema dole, jednom dnevno spušta se platforma s hranom i to kakvom... Međutim, svi imaju pravo jesti samo dvije minute, a to čak i nije najveći problem.

Najprije jedu oni na najvišem katu pa se platforma s onim što je preostalo spušta kat niže i tako dalje sve do dna. Hrane je naizgled sasvim dovoljno za svih 50 ćelija, no problem je u ljudskoj prirodi pa do nesretnika na najnižim katovima dolaze samo krhotine i kosti.

Nakon nekog vremena oni na dnu počnu umirati od gladi, a ptotagonist filma Goreng, koji se u ovoj situaciji našao iz esperimenta, a ne zbog počinjenog prijestupa, počne nagovarati 'cimera' iz ćelije da nešto poduzmu.

Nećemo vam više ništa otkriti, ali ćemo reći da je kraj gledatelje ostavio u tolikoj nedoumica da je redatelj Galder Gaztelu-Urrutia prije dva dana pod pritiskom javnosti morao dati objašnjenje... Ovaj vam film možda neće popraviti raspoloženje, no mogao bi vas podsjetiti na važnost solidarnosti i zajedništva, a to sada nipošto nije na odmet. 

Tri

Treća preporuka je serija I Am Not Okay With This, 'dramedija' (nismo mi izmislili tu riječ!) o tinejdžerici koja polako kuži da s njom sve i nije baš... okay. I nije okay tim. U životu 17-godišnje Sydney puno toga pođe po zlu, od očevog samoubojstva do izdaje koju doživi od najbolje prijateljice, no to sve nije ništa prema problemima koji će ju tek snaći. Sydney ima posebne moći i ne zna ih objasniti ni kontrolirati, a kad se to ubaci u koš sa svim njim životnim dramama, nastaje poprilično zanimljiv spoj.

Serija malo podsjeća na Stranger Things, što nije neobično jer je jedan dio ekipe s ove prve radio na drugoj. Inače, riječ je o ekranizaciji stripa Charlesa Forsmana, autora stripa po kojem je snimljena i odlična britanska serija The End Of The F*** World, o kojoj smo pisali.

Osim napete radnje koja nije baš tipična već sto puta ispričana priča o superjunaku iz stripa, za pohvalu su i odlična glazbena podloga s daškom nostalgije i glumačka ekipa. U Sophiju Lillis, koja tumači ulogu Sydney već su se svi zaljubili i eno je gdje krasi naslovnice najglamuroznijih časopisa, a odličan je i  Wyatt Oleff koji glumi njenog zbunjenog, vječno napušenog susjeda Stanleya.

Dobro je, nema panike. Unatoč tome što su zbog pandemije zatvorili sva studija, iz Netflixa javljaju da snimljenog materijala za nove serije i filmove imaju napretek. Prema gruboj procjeni, za nekih šest mjeseci.

Jer što bismo sad da nema Netflixa? Okej, nije to jedini servis za streaming niti jedino mjesto za gledanje serija i filmova (ako mislite da je, izgleda da ste propustili ovaj članak), no Netflix nam se nekako udomaćio i zavoljeli smo ga. Raznovrstan je, praktičan i.. ma, što ćemo se sad opravdavati? Volimo ga i gotovo. Hajdemo radije prijeći na bitno: što gledati?

Ovoga puta predlažemo tri naslova, sva tri vrlo gledana i komentirana, dva od njih kontroverzna. Ma ni treći nije baš kamilica, posebno ona scena kad... ali, samo malo, nećemo vam baš sve...
