Ove neradne nedjelje postaju poprilično zamorne za sve koji vole svježi kruh. Takvima se najbolje malo bolje organizirati ili pak savladati osnovni recept za domaći kruh. Takav je, uostalom, najbolji.
Nekoć su svi pekli kruh po istom jednostavnom receptu, bez puno kompliciranja, preklapanja, odmaranja u hladnjaku i pečenja u hitrom pekaču. Bez sjemenki, brašna zaboravljenih žitarica i matičnih kvasaca.

Samo najobičnije brašo, sol, mlaka voda, kvasac i malo šećera te ponešto strpljenja. Pokušajte i vi, moglo bi vam se jako svidjeti, a miris će vam odmah vratiti u bakinu kuhinju.
Obratite pažnju na završni korak, u njemu je tajna posebnog uspjeha.
Domaći kruh
Sastojci:
1 kg brašna
30 g svježeg kvasca ili 21 g suhog kvasca
625 ml mlake vode
3 žličice soli
2 žličice šećera
Priprema:
Stavite šećer i kvasac u oko 200 ml mlake vode, dobro ih izmiješajte pa pokrijte i ostavite smjesu da naraste.
Brašno i sol stavite u zdjelu. Kad smjesa s kvascem naraste, dodajte je brašnu i dobro miješajte kuhačom, a zatim prebacite na pobrašnjenu radnu površinu i mijesite barem osam minuta. Ako vam se tijesto jako lijepi za ruke, pospite ih s malo brašna.
Nakon što je tijesto postalo glatko, prebacite ga natrag u posudu, pokrijte i stavite na toplo mjesto zaštićeno od propuha pa ostavite da se diže oko sat vremena.Zatim ga premijesite, oblikujte kruh i prebacite u posudu u kojoj ćete ga peći, prethodno premazanu uljem i posutu brašnom. Ostavite kruh da se diže dok se ne udvostruči pa ga pecite u pećnii zagrijanoj na 220 stupnjeva oko pola sata.
Provjerite je li gotov tako što ćete ga kucnuti: odjekuje li šuplje, gotov je.
Pečeni kruh poprskajte vodom, a zatim zamotajte u kuhinjsku krpu. Na taj način postat će jako mekan i dulje će zadržati svježinu.
Obavezno pričakajte da se malo ohladi prije rezanja.

Ove neradne nedjelje postaju poprilično zamorne za sve koji vole svježi kruh. Takvima se najbolje malo bolje organizirati ili pak savladati osnovni recept za domaći kruh. Takav je, uostalom, najbolji.
Nekoć su svi pekli kruh po istom jednostavnom receptu, bez puno kompliciranja, preklapanja, odmaranja u hladnjaku i pečenja u hitrom pekaču. Bez sjemenki, brašna zaboravljenih žitarica i matičnih kvasaca.

Samo najobičnije brašo, sol, mlaka voda, kvasac i malo šećera te ponešto strpljenja. Pokušajte i vi, moglo bi vam se jako svidjeti, a miris će vam odmah vratiti u bakinu kuhinju.
Obratite pažnju na završni korak, u njemu je tajna posebnog uspjeha.
Domaći kruh
Sastojci:
1 kg brašna
30 g svježeg kvasca ili 21 g suhog kvasca
625 ml mlake vode
3 žličice soli
2 žličice šećera
Priprema:
Stavite šećer i kvasac u oko 200 ml mlake vode, dobro ih izmiješajte pa pokrijte i ostavite smjesu da naraste.
Brašno i sol stavite u zdjelu. Kad smjesa s kvascem naraste, dodajte je brašnu i dobro miješajte kuhačom, a zatim prebacite na pobrašnjenu radnu površinu i mijesite barem osam minuta. Ako vam se tijesto jako lijepi za ruke, pospite ih s malo brašna.
Nakon što je tijesto postalo glatko, prebacite ga natrag u posudu, pokrijte i stavite na toplo mjesto zaštićeno od propuha pa ostavite da se diže oko sat vremena.Zatim ga premijesite, oblikujte kruh i prebacite u posudu u kojoj ćete ga peći, prethodno premazanu uljem i posutu brašnom. Ostavite kruh da se diže dok se ne udvostruči pa ga pecite u pećnii zagrijanoj na 220 stupnjeva oko pola sata.
Provjerite je li gotov tako što ćete ga kucnuti: odjekuje li šuplje, gotov je.
Pečeni kruh poprskajte vodom, a zatim zamotajte u kuhinjsku krpu. Na taj način postat će jako mekan i dulje će zadržati svježinu.
Obavezno pričakajte da se malo ohladi prije rezanja.
