Tko bi odolio kremastoj, čokoladnoj torti s popularnim keksićima koje svi vole? Upravo tako, nitko. Recept za cheesecake koji smo pronašli na Instagramu meštrovice od slatkoga Helene Pudić oborio nas je s nogu. A tek fotografija ove prugaste ljepotice...
Riječ je o Oreo chesecakeu s tri vrste čokolade za koji ne treba paliti pećnicu niti se "slomiti" od posla jer priprema je jednostavnija no što se čini.
Kako nam je Helena objasnila, potrebno je napraviti podlogu od Oreo keksa i maslaca, a zatim baznu kremu od krem sira i slatkog vrhnja, koij, da bi krema što bolje uspjela, moraju biti dobro rashlađeni. Kremi se u idućoj etapi dodaju različite vrste čokolade i tako se u samo par poteza dobiju tri fine, čokoladne kreme.
Nama ideja zvuči odlično.
Oreo cheesecake s tri vrste čokolade
Sastojci:
200 g Oreo keksa
70 g otopljenog maslaca
400 g slatkog vrhnja
500 g krem sira
200 g tamne čokolade
150 g mliječne čokolade
150 g bijele čokolade
Priprema:
U kalup promjera 20-22 cm utisnite mljeveni Oreo keks koji ste pomiješali s maslacem pa ga stavite u hladnjak dok radite kremu. Ja sam na kalup stavila papir za pečenje ali ako ga mislite ostaviti na toj podlozi onda ne morate staviti papir.
Izmiksajte hladno slatko vrhnje s hladnim krem sirom pa kremu podijelite na 3 jednaka dijela. Odvojeno otopite svaku vrstu čokolade pa ih ostavite par minuta da se hlade. U svaki dio dodajte drugu vrstu čokoladu i izmiksajte. Slažite redom: tamna krema-mliječna- bijela.
Tortu možete ukrasiti ganacheom od 150 g bijele čokolade i 70 ml slatkog vrhnja: zagrijte vrhnje do vrenja pa prelijete razlomljenu čokoladu, miješajte dok se ne istopi te zatim prelijte po torti.

Tko bi odolio kremastoj, čokoladnoj torti s popularnim keksićima koje svi vole? Upravo tako, nitko. Recept za cheesecake koji smo pronašli na Instagramu meštrovice od slatkoga Helene Pudić oborio nas je s nogu. A tek fotografija ove prugaste ljepotice...
Riječ je o Oreo chesecakeu s tri vrste čokolade za koji ne treba paliti pećnicu niti se "slomiti" od posla jer priprema je jednostavnija no što se čini.
Kako nam je Helena objasnila, potrebno je napraviti podlogu od Oreo keksa i maslaca, a zatim baznu kremu od krem sira i slatkog vrhnja, koij, da bi krema što bolje uspjela, moraju biti dobro rashlađeni. Kremi se u idućoj etapi dodaju različite vrste čokolade i tako se u samo par poteza dobiju tri fine, čokoladne kreme.
Nama ideja zvuči odlično.
Oreo cheesecake s tri vrste čokolade
Sastojci:
200 g Oreo keksa
70 g otopljenog maslaca
400 g slatkog vrhnja
500 g krem sira
200 g tamne čokolade
150 g mliječne čokolade
150 g bijele čokolade
Priprema:
U kalup promjera 20-22 cm utisnite mljeveni Oreo keks koji ste pomiješali s maslacem pa ga stavite u hladnjak dok radite kremu. Ja sam na kalup stavila papir za pečenje ali ako ga mislite ostaviti na toj podlozi onda ne morate staviti papir.
Izmiksajte hladno slatko vrhnje s hladnim krem sirom pa kremu podijelite na 3 jednaka dijela. Odvojeno otopite svaku vrstu čokolade pa ih ostavite par minuta da se hlade. U svaki dio dodajte drugu vrstu čokoladu i izmiksajte. Slažite redom: tamna krema-mliječna- bijela.
Tortu možete ukrasiti ganacheom od 150 g bijele čokolade i 70 ml slatkog vrhnja: zagrijte vrhnje do vrenja pa prelijete razlomljenu čokoladu, miješajte dok se ne istopi te zatim prelijte po torti.
