Luksuzna kuća poznata po prvom vlasniku Zoranu Mamiću, bratu poznatijeg Zdravka, u zagrebačkom Markuševcu našla se ovih dana u prodaji na tržištu nekretnina za dva milijuna eura nedugo nakon što je prodana na dražbi, piše Jutarnji list.

Pravi celebrityji, s raskošnim vilama nalik na one u Kaliforniji, kod nas nisu glumci i pjevači, nego razni poduzetnici, sportaši i osobe vezane uz sport, odvjetnici i liječnici s privatnom praksom.

Na stranici agencije Eurovilla donedavna kuća Mamića mlađeg pojavila se među drugim nekretninama te se na priloženim fotografijama prvi put bolje vidi njezina unutrašnjost.

Vila površine 600 četvornih metara s bazenom smještena je na zemljištu od 3600 kvadrata, ima dvije etaže i dvije garaže. U podrumu su vinoteka, garderoba, teretana, jacuzzi, sauna i parna kupelj.U prizemlju su garderoba, soba s kupaonicom, glavna spavaća soba s kupaonicom, kuhinja s blagovaonicom, radna soba i prostran dnevni boravak s kaminom, a na katu su dnevna i dvije spavaće sobe s garderobama i kupaonicom te velika natkrivena terasa. U vrtu je montažna drvena kuća od 50 četvornih metara s kuhinjom i dnevnim boravkom.

Vila, koja je sagrađena 2009. godine, nedavno je prodana na dražbi s početnom cijenom od 1,4 milijuna eura, a "osvojio" ju je odvjetnik Zorana Mamića Mijo Golub, koji se jedini prijavio, pa se nadmetao sam sa sobom. Na nekretnini je u zemljišnim knjigama tada već bilo upisano i njegovo potraživanje od 8,7 milijuna kuna, bankovno potraživanje koje je preuzeo lani.

Na kući je bila i ovrha države radi naplate duga po osnovi oduzimanja stečene imovinske koristi. Sada je ta imovina u vlasništvu odvjetnika na prodaju iako vila u zemljišnim knjigama i dalje glasi na Zorana Mamića, no u tijeku je postupak upisa novog vlasnika, koji je već prodaje.

Vila površine 600 četvornih metara s bazenom smještena je na zemljištu od 3600 kvadrata, ima dvije etaže i dvije garaže. U podrumu su vinoteka, garderoba, teretana, jacuzzi, sauna i parna kupelj.U prizemlju su garderoba, soba s kupaonicom, glavna spavaća soba s kupaonicom, kuhinja s blagovaonicom, radna soba i prostran dnevni boravak s kaminom, a na katu su dnevna i dvije spavaće sobe s garderobama i kupaonicom te velika natkrivena terasa. U vrtu je montažna drvena kuća od 50 četvornih metara s kuhinjom i dnevnim boravkom.

Vila, koja je sagrađena 2009. godine, nedavno je prodana na dražbi s početnom cijenom od 1,4 milijuna eura, a "osvojio" ju je odvjetnik Zorana Mamića Mijo Golub, koji se jedini prijavio, pa se nadmetao sam sa sobom. Na nekretnini je u zemljišnim knjigama tada već bilo upisano i njegovo potraživanje od 8,7 milijuna kuna, bankovno potraživanje koje je preuzeo lani.

Na kući je bila i ovrha države radi naplate duga po osnovi oduzimanja stečene imovinske koristi. Sada je ta imovina u vlasništvu odvjetnika na prodaju iako vila u zemljišnim knjigama i dalje glasi na Zorana Mamića, no u tijeku je postupak upisa novog vlasnika, koji je već prodaje.
