Francusko ministarstvo javne uprave kaznilo je grad Pariz globom od 90.000 eura jer je 2018. na višim, menadžerskim funkcijama u gradskoj upravi bilo zaposleno previše žena?!
Jedanest žena i pet muškaraca postavljeno je na te dužnosti 2018. čime je pariška gradonačelnica Anne Hidalgo iz Socijalističke stranke, koja je lani osvojila novi mandat na čelu francuske prijestolnice, prekršila zakon iz 2013. o spolnoj jednakosti u zapošljavanju.
Prema tom zakonu, jedan spol ne bi smio činiti više od 60 posto novih zaposlenja na rukovodećim pozicijama u javnim službama, a pariška je gradska uprava 2018. imala 69 posto žena na tim mjestima.
- Sretna sam što mogu objaviti da smo kažnjeni. Pariška je uprava odjednom postala previše feministička - kazala je gradonačelnica Hidalgo obraćajući se gradskom vijeću.
Naglasila je kontinuirano zaostajanje u promociji žena na vodeće funkcije u Francuskoj i potrebu da se ubrza spolno izjednačavanje.
- Ova je kazna očigledno apsurdna, nekorektna, neodgovorna i opasna. Moramo odlučno i energično promovirati žene jer je razlika svugdje u Francuskoj još uvijek jako velika.
Ako jednog dana želimo postići jednakost, neophodno je ubrzati tempo i osigurati da je među imenovanima više žena nego muškaraca - kazala je Anne Hidalgo, najavivši da će osobno odnijeti ček u nadležno ministarstvo, a pratit će je sve njezine zamjenice i druge žene na važnim funkcijama u gradskoj upravi.

Amélie de Montchalin, ministrica javne uprave, odgovorila je na Twitteru naglasivši da je u međuvremenu sporni zakon promijenjen, prošle su godine odbačene kazne za imenovanja previše žena ili previše muškaraca sve dok to ne utječe na opću ravnotežu među spolovima.
Ministrica je najavila kako će kazna naplaćena od pariške gradske uprave za 2018. godinu biti iskorištena za financiranje konkretnih aktivnosti na promociji žena u javnim službama, te je gradonačelnicu koja je na čelu „grada svjetlosti” od 2014. godine, pozvala na razgovor o toj temi.

Tako nešto u Hrvatskoj se ne može dogoditi.
Francusko ministarstvo javne uprave kaznilo je grad Pariz globom od 90.000 eura jer je 2018. na višim, menadžerskim funkcijama u gradskoj upravi bilo zaposleno previše žena?!
Jedanest žena i pet muškaraca postavljeno je na te dužnosti 2018. čime je pariška gradonačelnica Anne Hidalgo iz Socijalističke stranke, koja je lani osvojila novi mandat na čelu francuske prijestolnice, prekršila zakon iz 2013. o spolnoj jednakosti u zapošljavanju.
Prema tom zakonu, jedan spol ne bi smio činiti više od 60 posto novih zaposlenja na rukovodećim pozicijama u javnim službama, a pariška je gradska uprava 2018. imala 69 posto žena na tim mjestima.
- Sretna sam što mogu objaviti da smo kažnjeni. Pariška je uprava odjednom postala previše feministička - kazala je gradonačelnica Hidalgo obraćajući se gradskom vijeću.
Naglasila je kontinuirano zaostajanje u promociji žena na vodeće funkcije u Francuskoj i potrebu da se ubrza spolno izjednačavanje.
- Ova je kazna očigledno apsurdna, nekorektna, neodgovorna i opasna. Moramo odlučno i energično promovirati žene jer je razlika svugdje u Francuskoj još uvijek jako velika.
Ako jednog dana želimo postići jednakost, neophodno je ubrzati tempo i osigurati da je među imenovanima više žena nego muškaraca - kazala je Anne Hidalgo, najavivši da će osobno odnijeti ček u nadležno ministarstvo, a pratit će je sve njezine zamjenice i druge žene na važnim funkcijama u gradskoj upravi.

Amélie de Montchalin, ministrica javne uprave, odgovorila je na Twitteru naglasivši da je u međuvremenu sporni zakon promijenjen, prošle su godine odbačene kazne za imenovanja previše žena ili previše muškaraca sve dok to ne utječe na opću ravnotežu među spolovima.
Ministrica je najavila kako će kazna naplaćena od pariške gradske uprave za 2018. godinu biti iskorištena za financiranje konkretnih aktivnosti na promociji žena u javnim službama, te je gradonačelnicu koja je na čelu „grada svjetlosti” od 2014. godine, pozvala na razgovor o toj temi.
