Do prije koju godinu bio je ministar u Afganistanu, ali je dao ostavku, zasićen korupcijom. Sajed Sadat sada u Njemačkoj zarađuje za život kao dostavljač hrane biciklom.
Šest sati svakodnevno u tjednu i od podneva do deset navečer subotom i nedjeljom, Sadat odijeva prepoznatljivu narančastu jaknu i velik, četvrtast ruksak i dostavlja naručiteljima pizze i drugu hranu.
"Nema srama u tome. Posao je posao", rekao je AFP-u.
Sadat je jedan od tisuća Afganistanaca koji su našli novi dom u Njemačkoj zadnjih godina.
Od 2015. i velikog priljeva migranata iz Sirije i Iraka, oko 210.000 Afganistana zatražilo je azil u Njemačkoj. To ih čini drugom najbrojnijom skupinom koja ondje traži zaštitu nakon Sirijaca.
S talibanskim povratkom na vlast, Njemačka je iz zemlje evakuirala još 4000 Afganistanaca, uključujući one koji su radili za NATO i EU.
Dozlogrdila mu korupcija
Sadatovo putovanje u Njemačku bilo je mnogo manje dramatično.
On je bio ministar komunikacija u afganistanskoj vladi od 2016. do 2018., ali je podnio ostavku jer više nije mogao trpjeti korupciju u vladi.
"Kad sam radio kao ministar, postojala je velika razlika između predsjednikova užeg kruga i mene", pripovijeda. "Oni su gledali svoju korist, a ja sam želio da se novac stvarno koristi za provedbu projekata".
Nakon ostavke zaposlio se kao savjetnik u afganistanskom telekomunikacijskom sektoru. Ali se do 2020. situacija u zemlji pogoršala i odlučio je otići.

Sadat ima dvojno afganistansko-britansko državljanstvo, ali u Britaniji nije mogao do posla u struci pa se odlučio za Njemačku u kojoj je vidio više prilika za to.
Problem je, međutim, što ne govori njemački i zato se mučio da nađe posao.
Jezik je planirao naučiti, ali je plan poremetila pandemija. Sada ga uči četiri sata dnevno, prije nego što sjedne na bicikl za dostavljačku tvrtku Lieferando.
Plaća mu je 15 eura po satu, dovoljno da pokrije troškove života i stanarinu od 420 eura mjesečno.
Sad moram ići
Ne žali zbog odluke da doseli u Njemačku.
"Znam da je ovo kratkoročno, dok ne nađem drugi posao", rekao je. Do tad hvali svoju fizičku spremu, rezultat toga što mjesečno biciklom prijeđe 1200 kilometara.
S povratkom talibana na vlast i povlačenjem NATO snaga iz njegove rodne zemlje, smatra da mu se u Njemačkoj otvara još jedna mogućnost.
"Mogao bih savjetovati njemačku vladu o Afganistanu jer mi je ondje sve poznato".
Priznaje, međutim, da iz njemačkih vlasti s njim nitko još nije kontaktirao.
Misli da su talibani o ljudskim i ženskim pravima "možda naučili iz svojih pogrešaka u prošlosti", ali poziva međunarodnu zajednicu da ne diže ruke od Afganistana.
Naročito kad je ekonomska potpora u pitanju.
Oko podneva počne prebirati po svom telefonu. "Moram ići", kaže. "Vrijeme je za prvu dostavu".

Do prije koju godinu bio je ministar u Afganistanu, ali je dao ostavku, zasićen korupcijom. Sajed Sadat sada u Njemačkoj zarađuje za život kao dostavljač hrane biciklom.
Šest sati svakodnevno u tjednu i od podneva do deset navečer subotom i nedjeljom, Sadat odijeva prepoznatljivu narančastu jaknu i velik, četvrtast ruksak i dostavlja naručiteljima pizze i drugu hranu.
"Nema srama u tome. Posao je posao", rekao je AFP-u.
Sadat je jedan od tisuća Afganistanaca koji su našli novi dom u Njemačkoj zadnjih godina.
Od 2015. i velikog priljeva migranata iz Sirije i Iraka, oko 210.000 Afganistana zatražilo je azil u Njemačkoj. To ih čini drugom najbrojnijom skupinom koja ondje traži zaštitu nakon Sirijaca.
S talibanskim povratkom na vlast, Njemačka je iz zemlje evakuirala još 4000 Afganistanaca, uključujući one koji su radili za NATO i EU.
Dozlogrdila mu korupcija
Sadatovo putovanje u Njemačku bilo je mnogo manje dramatično.
On je bio ministar komunikacija u afganistanskoj vladi od 2016. do 2018., ali je podnio ostavku jer više nije mogao trpjeti korupciju u vladi.
"Kad sam radio kao ministar, postojala je velika razlika između predsjednikova užeg kruga i mene", pripovijeda. "Oni su gledali svoju korist, a ja sam želio da se novac stvarno koristi za provedbu projekata".
Nakon ostavke zaposlio se kao savjetnik u afganistanskom telekomunikacijskom sektoru. Ali se do 2020. situacija u zemlji pogoršala i odlučio je otići.

Sadat ima dvojno afganistansko-britansko državljanstvo, ali u Britaniji nije mogao do posla u struci pa se odlučio za Njemačku u kojoj je vidio više prilika za to.
Problem je, međutim, što ne govori njemački i zato se mučio da nađe posao.
Jezik je planirao naučiti, ali je plan poremetila pandemija. Sada ga uči četiri sata dnevno, prije nego što sjedne na bicikl za dostavljačku tvrtku Lieferando.
Plaća mu je 15 eura po satu, dovoljno da pokrije troškove života i stanarinu od 420 eura mjesečno.
Sad moram ići
Ne žali zbog odluke da doseli u Njemačku.
"Znam da je ovo kratkoročno, dok ne nađem drugi posao", rekao je. Do tad hvali svoju fizičku spremu, rezultat toga što mjesečno biciklom prijeđe 1200 kilometara.
S povratkom talibana na vlast i povlačenjem NATO snaga iz njegove rodne zemlje, smatra da mu se u Njemačkoj otvara još jedna mogućnost.
"Mogao bih savjetovati njemačku vladu o Afganistanu jer mi je ondje sve poznato".
Priznaje, međutim, da iz njemačkih vlasti s njim nitko još nije kontaktirao.
Misli da su talibani o ljudskim i ženskim pravima "možda naučili iz svojih pogrešaka u prošlosti", ali poziva međunarodnu zajednicu da ne diže ruke od Afganistana.
Naročito kad je ekonomska potpora u pitanju.
Oko podneva počne prebirati po svom telefonu. "Moram ići", kaže. "Vrijeme je za prvu dostavu".
