Ako se već sjedi prekriženih nogu, tada je bolje svako malo promijeniti njihov položaj, onu koja je gore stavit dolje i obrnuto, objašnjava njemački ortoped Reinhard Schneiderhan,  predsjednik udruge koja promiče zdravlje kralježnice sa sjedištem u Muenchenu.

- Najvažnije pri sjedenju česta je promjena položaja -napomenuo je Schneiderhan.

On odbija uobičajene savjete o tome da treba sjediti što uspravnije, pogleda ravno naprijed i stražnjice priljubljene uz donji dio stolca.

- Nitko ne može dugo zadržati takav položaj  jer će vrlo brzo osjetiti napetost. U konačnici ljudi nisu ni stvoreni za sjedenje, ali potpuno izbjegavanje tog položaja nije baš praktična opcija - kazao je Schneiderhan.

Ako se već sjedi prekriženih nogu, tada je bolje svako malo promijeniti njihov položaj, onu koja je gore stavit dolje i obrnuto, objašnjava njemački ortoped Reinhard Schneiderhan,  predsjednik udruge koja promiče zdravlje kralježnice sa sjedištem u Muenchenu.

- Najvažnije pri sjedenju česta je promjena položaja -napomenuo je Schneiderhan.

On odbija uobičajene savjete o tome da treba sjediti što uspravnije, pogleda ravno naprijed i stražnjice priljubljene uz donji dio stolca.

- Nitko ne može dugo zadržati takav položaj  jer će vrlo brzo osjetiti napetost. U konačnici ljudi nisu ni stvoreni za sjedenje, ali potpuno izbjegavanje tog položaja nije baš praktična opcija - kazao je Schneiderhan.
