Tomica Đukić, glavni kuhar "Vatrenih" u velikom intervjuu za Večernji list prije nekoliko tjedana otkrio je koji recept priprema našim nogometašima na dan kada imaju utakmicu. Riječ je o klasičnom nedjeljnom receptu u kojem i vi možete danas uživati. 

Trebat će vam jedno cijelo pile. 

NADJEV:

crveni lik suha slanina suhe žemlje namočene u mlijeku pileće jetrice dva, tri žumanjka peršinov list sol, papar Za prilog: krumpiri ili mlinci salata

PRIPREMA:

Piletina je najmekše meso, vremenski se najkraće priprema, peče se na 180 stupnjeva oko 60, ili 70, ili 80 minuta, ovisno o gramaži. Piletinu nasolimo, malo utrljamo sol pod krila i batkove, i neka odstoji pola sata vani, jer se temperirano pile puno lakše ispeče i jednoličnije, nego ono iz frižidera. Uzmemo malo crvenog luka, propirjamo, stavimo malo suhe slanine narezane na rezance, propirjamo, dodamo pileće jetrice narezane na sitno, propirjamo, dodamo peršinov list, sol, papar i suhe žemlje od jučer, namočene u mlijeku.

To je stari gradski recept. Izmiješano sve to u smjesu, a ako se plašimo da će biti premekana, dodamo dva-tri žumanjka (ne cijela jaja), posolimo i poparimo. Napunimo tom smjesom pile, povežemo otvor i do 80 minuta pečemo na 180 stupnjeva. Prelijevamo par puta tijekom pečenja. Uvijek se prsni dio prvo okrene prema dolje, a kad se zapeku leđa, okrene se i peče dok ne bude gotovo. Možemo dodati krumpire, pola sata do 40 minuta prije kraja pečenja, napraviti mlince, ili savijutak od kruha, pariški savijutak od kruha je jako fin.

Moja preporuka su krumpiri ili mlinci, kao najstandardniji prilog uz pečeno pile. Kad je pile pečeno, izvadimo ga iz pećnice, ostavimo 15 minuta da odleži, lijepo ga razrežemo, pazeći da se nadjev ne raspadne. Prsa i batkove razrežemo, dakle, složimo na oval, dodamo krumpire ili neki drugi prilog te nadjev koji je bio u piletu. Da bismo ljepše izvadili nadjev, postoje škare za rezanje peradi kojima razrežemo kosti sa strane, otvorimo prsni dio i možemo kompletno nadjev izvaditi velikom lopaticom i staviti na oval.

Tomica je Večernjem listu kazao i kako preporučuje da se uz to posluži i salata, primjerice pečena paprika, cikla ili kupus.

Tomica Đukić, glavni kuhar "Vatrenih" u velikom intervjuu za Večernji list prije nekoliko tjedana otkrio je koji recept priprema našim nogometašima na dan kada imaju utakmicu. Riječ je o klasičnom nedjeljnom receptu u kojem i vi možete danas uživati. 

Trebat će vam jedno cijelo pile. 

NADJEV:

PRIPREMA:

Piletina je najmekše meso, vremenski se najkraće priprema, peče se na 180 stupnjeva oko 60, ili 70, ili 80 minuta, ovisno o gramaži. Piletinu nasolimo, malo utrljamo sol pod krila i batkove, i neka odstoji pola sata vani, jer se temperirano pile puno lakše ispeče i jednoličnije, nego ono iz frižidera. Uzmemo malo crvenog luka, propirjamo, stavimo malo suhe slanine narezane na rezance, propirjamo, dodamo pileće jetrice narezane na sitno, propirjamo, dodamo peršinov list, sol, papar i suhe žemlje od jučer, namočene u mlijeku.

To je stari gradski recept. Izmiješano sve to u smjesu, a ako se plašimo da će biti premekana, dodamo dva-tri žumanjka (ne cijela jaja), posolimo i poparimo. Napunimo tom smjesom pile, povežemo otvor i do 80 minuta pečemo na 180 stupnjeva. Prelijevamo par puta tijekom pečenja. Uvijek se prsni dio prvo okrene prema dolje, a kad se zapeku leđa, okrene se i peče dok ne bude gotovo. Možemo dodati krumpire, pola sata do 40 minuta prije kraja pečenja, napraviti mlince, ili savijutak od kruha, pariški savijutak od kruha je jako fin.

Moja preporuka su krumpiri ili mlinci, kao najstandardniji prilog uz pečeno pile. Kad je pile pečeno, izvadimo ga iz pećnice, ostavimo 15 minuta da odleži, lijepo ga razrežemo, pazeći da se nadjev ne raspadne. Prsa i batkove razrežemo, dakle, složimo na oval, dodamo krumpire ili neki drugi prilog te nadjev koji je bio u piletu. Da bismo ljepše izvadili nadjev, postoje škare za rezanje peradi kojima razrežemo kosti sa strane, otvorimo prsni dio i možemo kompletno nadjev izvaditi velikom lopaticom i staviti na oval.

Tomica je Večernjem listu kazao i kako preporučuje da se uz to posluži i salata, primjerice pečena paprika, cikla ili kupus.

Tomica Đukić, glavni kuhar "Vatrenih" u velikom intervjuu za Večernji list prije nekoliko tjedana otkrio je koji recept priprema našim nogometašima na dan kada imaju utakmicu. Riječ je o klasičnom nedjeljnom receptu u kojem i vi možete danas uživati. 

Trebat će vam jedno cijelo pile. 

NADJEV:

crveni lik suha slanina suhe žemlje namočene u mlijeku pileće jetrice dva, tri žumanjka peršinov list sol, papar Za prilog: krumpiri ili mlinci salata

PRIPREMA:

Piletina je najmekše meso, vremenski se najkraće priprema, peče se na 180 stupnjeva oko 60, ili 70, ili 80 minuta, ovisno o gramaži. Piletinu nasolimo, malo utrljamo sol pod krila i batkove, i neka odstoji pola sata vani, jer se temperirano pile puno lakše ispeče i jednoličnije, nego ono iz frižidera. Uzmemo malo...
