Poznato je da je kobeanska govedina, koja potječe iz regije oko grada Kobea u Japanu, najbolja i najskuplja na svijetu. Kilogram košta do 600 eura, ima savršen omjer masnoće i prepoznatljiv prošaran, "mramorni" izgled te navodno i opravdava svoju cijenu izvrsnim okusom.

Onaj tko se odluči kušati ovu delikatesu, valjda bi to htio odmah i sada. Ali, za proizvod obiteljske mesnice imena Asahiya, s tradicijom dugom gotovo stotinu godina, stvorila se golema lista čekanja.

Riječ je o prženim, smrznutim kroketima koji sadrže kobeansku govedinu i krumpir. Na te "polpete" čeka se - trideset godina.

Sve je počelo tako da je Shigeru Nitta, sadašnji vlasnik mesnice, odlučio početkom 2000. godine eksperimentalno krenuti s internetskom prodajom svojih kroketa. Bila je riječ o vještom marketinškom potezu, jer je nudio krokete po veoma niskoj cijeni (dva dolara po komadu) kako bi se po svijetu pročulo za njegov proizvod. Ali, da ne bi bio na velikom gubitku, nudio je samo 200 kroketa tjedno. I tako je lista čekanja rasla. Još 2016. godine, na narudžbu se čekalo 14 godina. Danas se na krokete čeka trideset godina - i naručuju se.

Planirati neki obrok za trideset godina zbilja zvuči suludo, ali, ljudi se na taj potez odlučuju jer možda tada imaju u planu neku važnu godišnjicu ili slično, pa ako je dožive - dobro - a ako ne, nisu puno potrošili.

Kome se ne da čekati može otputovati u Japan i tamo kušati kobeansku govedinu na licu mjesta a uz to, i neke druge zemlje (SAD, Australija i Njemačka) već više godina uzgajaju kobeanska goveda pa je lakše doći do cijenjenog komada mesa.

U Japanu ta stoka živi triput dulje od ostalih goveda u svijetu, i životinje su mnogo manje. S njima se lijepo postupa, žive u prirodi, masiraju ih i ne tretiraju hormonima rasta i antibioticima. Stoga, kažu, imaju pravi okus govedine iz davnina na koji je današnji svijet već zaboravio. Posla oko uzgoja ima mnogo, ali proizvođačima se itekako isplati.

Poznato je da je kobeanska govedina, koja potječe iz regije oko grada Kobea u Japanu, najbolja i najskuplja na svijetu. Kilogram košta do 600 eura, ima savršen omjer masnoće i prepoznatljiv prošaran, "mramorni" izgled te navodno i opravdava svoju cijenu izvrsnim okusom.

Onaj tko se odluči kušati ovu delikatesu, valjda bi to htio odmah i sada. Ali, za proizvod obiteljske mesnice imena Asahiya, s tradicijom dugom gotovo stotinu godina, stvorila se golema lista čekanja.

Riječ je o prženim, smrznutim kroketima koji sadrže kobeansku govedinu i krumpir. Na te "polpete" čeka se - trideset godina.

Sve je počelo tako da je Shigeru Nitta, sadašnji vlasnik mesnice, odlučio početkom 2000. godine eksperimentalno krenuti s internetskom prodajom svojih kroketa. Bila je riječ o vještom marketinškom potezu, jer je nudio krokete po veoma niskoj cijeni (dva dolara po komadu) kako bi se po svijetu pročulo za njegov proizvod. Ali, da ne bi bio na velikom gubitku, nudio je samo 200 kroketa tjedno. I tako je lista čekanja rasla. Još 2016. godine, na narudžbu se čekalo 14 godina. Danas se na krokete čeka trideset godina - i naručuju se.

Planirati neki obrok za trideset godina zbilja zvuči suludo, ali, ljudi se na taj potez odlučuju jer možda tada imaju u planu neku važnu godišnjicu ili slično, pa ako je dožive - dobro - a ako ne, nisu puno potrošili.

Kome se ne da čekati može otputovati u Japan i tamo kušati kobeansku govedinu na licu mjesta a uz to, i neke druge zemlje (SAD, Australija i Njemačka) već više godina uzgajaju kobeanska goveda pa je lakše doći do cijenjenog komada mesa.

U Japanu ta stoka živi triput dulje od ostalih goveda u svijetu, i životinje su mnogo manje. S njima se lijepo postupa, žive u prirodi, masiraju ih i ne tretiraju hormonima rasta i antibioticima. Stoga, kažu, imaju pravi okus govedine iz davnina na koji je današnji svijet već zaboravio. Posla oko uzgoja ima mnogo, ali proizvođačima se itekako isplati.
