Za veliku većinu ljudi, ljetna kuhinja nema smisla bez grill tave ili, još bolje, vanjskog roštilja, a omiljene namirnice u ovoj kategoriji one su mesnog i povrtnog porijekla. No, što kada bismo vam rekli da i voće možete pripremiti na žaru?

I sami smo se na prvu pomalo iznenadili idejom da voćne namirnice pripremamo na način koji smo nesvjesno rezervirali za hamburgere, tikvice i patlidžane, no činjenica je da priprema voća na ovaj način povećava dozu njihove izvorne slatkoće i njihov okus čini potpuniji. A uz to, voće s grilla može biti odličan prilog uz glavno jelo koji će vašem jelovniku dati dašak egzotike.

Izbor voća

Prije no što krenete s odabirom omiljenih vrsta voća, imajte na umu da je za pripremu voćnih namirnica na ovaj način bitan i njihov stupanj zrelosti. Dok se u većini recepata voćke koriste u svojoj zreloj fazi, priprema na žaru ipak zahtjeva nešto 'zelenije' voće. Naime, zbog visoke temperature na kojoj ćete obrađivati voće, ono bi se lako moglo raspasti, stoga je svakako bolje za ovaj tip pripreme koristiti svježije plodove.

Također, bilo bi praktičnije koristiti veće komade voća, iz očiglednog razloga - s manjim komadima je teže rukovati na rešetkastoj podlozi roštilja ili grill tave, a imajte na umu  i da će se voće lako zalijepiti za roštilj pa ga svakako prethodno nauljite uljem po vlastitom izboru.

Ananas je prvi i odličan izbor želite li isprobati voće sa žara. Ovako obrađene ploškice ananasa možete narezati na male kockice i dodati ih raznim salatama ili ih čak poslužiti kao prilog uz mesno jelo.

Breskve, marelice, šljive i nektarine također su dobar izbor voća želite li ih pripremiti na roštilju, a ovako obrađene, savršeno će se slagati uz sve vrste sladoleda.

Krušku u vinu obožavamo, no evo još jednog zgodnog načina za pripremu ove divne voćke. Kruške prepolovljene na pola zapecite na žaru te ih jednostavno prelijte medom ili poslužite uz sladoled.

Za lubenicu ćete se možda iznenaditi, no ona je svestranija no što ste mislili. Jestivi dio očistite od kore i jednostavno zapecite trokutiće lubenice s obje strane. Poslužite ih uz razne voćne i povrtne salate.

Omiljeno tropsko voće, avokado, ne morate koristiti samo za pripremu guacamolea ili tosta. Avokado možete pripremiti i na žaru, a sve što trebate napraviti jest nasjeckati ga na četvrtine, začiniti limunovim sokom i solju te zapeći sa svih strana. Ukusan je i sam po sebi, no savršeno će vam upotpuniti i bilo koji ljetni ručak.

Smokve termički obrađene poprimaju dodatnu slatkastu teksturu, a uz balzamični ocat i pikantne sireve, tko se ne bi volio zvati gurmanom.

Dimljena aroma roštilja savršeno će se sljubiti sa slatko-gorkim okusom agruma, poput naranči, limuna ili grejpa. Narezane na ploškice i zapečene na roštilju, citrusne voćke možete poslužiti uz bilo koje riblje jelo ili jednostavno uz povrtnu salatu.

Za veliku većinu ljudi, ljetna kuhinja nema smisla bez grill tave ili, još bolje, vanjskog roštilja, a omiljene namirnice u ovoj kategoriji one su mesnog i povrtnog porijekla. No, što kada bismo vam rekli da i voće možete pripremiti na žaru?

I sami smo se na prvu pomalo iznenadili idejom da voćne namirnice pripremamo na način koji smo nesvjesno rezervirali za hamburgere, tikvice i patlidžane, no činjenica je da priprema voća na ovaj način povećava dozu njihove izvorne slatkoće i njihov okus čini potpuniji. A uz to, voće s grilla može biti odličan prilog uz glavno jelo koji će vašem jelovniku dati dašak egzotike.

Izbor voća

Prije no što krenete s odabirom omiljenih vrsta voća, imajte na umu da je za pripremu voćnih namirnica na ovaj način bitan i njihov stupanj zrelosti. Dok se u većini recepata voćke koriste u svojoj zreloj fazi, priprema na žaru ipak zahtjeva nešto 'zelenije' voće. Naime, zbog visoke temperature na kojoj ćete obrađivati voće, ono bi se lako moglo raspasti, stoga je svakako bolje za ovaj tip pripreme koristiti svježije plodove.

Također, bilo bi praktičnije koristiti veće komade voća, iz očiglednog razloga - s manjim komadima je teže rukovati na rešetkastoj podlozi roštilja ili grill tave, a imajte na umu  i da će se voće lako zalijepiti za roštilj pa ga svakako prethodno nauljite uljem po vlastitom izboru.

Ananas je prvi i odličan izbor želite li isprobati voće sa žara. Ovako obrađene ploškice ananasa možete narezati na male kockice i dodati ih raznim salatama ili ih čak poslužiti kao prilog uz mesno jelo.

Breskve, marelice, šljive i nektarine također su dobar izbor voća želite li ih pripremiti na roštilju, a ovako obrađene, savršeno će se slagati uz sve vrste sladoleda.

Krušku u vinu obožavamo, no evo još jednog zgodnog načina za pripremu ove divne voćke. Kruške prepolovljene na pola zapecite na žaru te ih jednostavno prelijte medom ili poslužite uz sladoled.

Za lubenicu ćete se možda iznenaditi, no ona je svestranija no što ste mislili. Jestivi dio očistite od kore i jednostavno zapecite trokutiće lubenice s obje strane. Poslužite ih uz razne voćne i povrtne salate.

Omiljeno tropsko voće, avokado, ne morate koristiti samo za pripremu guacamolea ili tosta. Avokado možete pripremiti i na žaru, a sve što trebate napraviti jest nasjeckati ga na četvrtine, začiniti limunovim sokom i solju te zapeći sa svih strana. Ukusan je i sam po sebi, no savršeno će vam upotpuniti i bilo koji ljetni ručak.

Smokve termički obrađene poprimaju dodatnu slatkastu teksturu, a uz balzamični ocat i pikantne sireve, tko se ne bi volio zvati gurmanom.

Za veliku većinu ljudi, ljetna kuhinja nema smisla bez grill tave ili, još bolje, vanjskog roštilja, a omiljene namirnice u ovoj kategoriji one su mesnog i povrtnog porijekla. No, što kada bismo vam rekli da i voće možete pripremiti na žaru?

I sami smo se na prvu pomalo iznenadili idejom da voćne namirnice pripremamo na način koji smo nesvjesno rezervirali za hamburgere, tikvice i patlidžane, no činjenica je da priprema voća na ovaj način povećava dozu njihove izvorne slatkoće i njihov okus čini potpuniji. A uz to, voće s grilla može biti odličan prilog uz glavno jelo koji će vašem jelovniku dati dašak egzotike.
