Trgovački lanac koji je prisutan duž cijele jadranske obale – Tommy, sa sjedištem u Splitu – jedan je od ključnih sudionika panela o mediteranskoj prehrani u organizaciji Slobodne Dalmacije. Ključnih iz više aspekata. Naime, već znamo da je u Tommyju sve što u ruke uzmemo bez greške svježe i domaće! Domaće - koliko god je to uopće moguće; neke egzote poput pojedinih sorti voća možda ne uspijevaju na hrvatskoj zemlji, u blagoj zoni našeg mediteranskog podneblja. Sve ostale sorte “frute i verdure”, sa dalmatinskog tla “udomljene” su u Tommyjevim prodavaonicama - dok ne završe u nečijoj teći. To je, složit će se svi, idealan, bogomdani ciklus kojim se zatvara krug - ali i zaokružuje jedna dobra gastronomska priča. A zna se da ukusna priča mora imati “točku na i”. E, tu je Tommy izabrao najboljeg, kuhara-chefa Fabricija Vežnavera, nositelja prestižne titule lanjskog Chefa godine imenovanog od strane međunarodnog gastronomskog vodiča Gault&Millau Croatia. Svaki degustacijski jelovnik kojega inače chef Fabricio pripremi u svom restoranu Pergola u istarskom gradiću Zambratija, istinsko je gastronomsko putovanje. Za svoje izvrsne gastrokreacije chef koristi isključivo domaće namirnice koje se u slijedovima ne smiju ponavljati kako bi se izbjegla svaka natruha monotonije i “dalo priliku” raznovrsnim autohtonim mediteranskim namirnicama da stvore bogatu lepezu okusa. A sve te namirnice mogu se nabaviti i u Tommyju po pristupačnim cijenama u odnosu na razinu porijekla i kvalitete, te ih i sam Fabricio često koristi i u vlastitu restoranu.

“Zakićenom” Michelinovom preporukom, čime je “Pergola” postala dio elitnog društva od 150 najboljih europskih restorana iz desetak zemalja! Chef Fabricio i njegova supruga Ljiljana, darovita slastičarka, zaslužni su za to. Zbog njihovih jela i slastica gosti iz raznih zemalja dolaze u malenu Zambratiju u Istri. Jednostavno, Fabricio je jedan od najboljih kuhara na ovim prostorima; i zato je Tommy “dao dite materi”, to jest upravo chefu Vežnaveru dodijelio ulogu ambasadora Tommy gastro-odjela. Jelovnici za prste polizat No, Fabricio Vežnaver nije samo “brand ambasador trgovačkog lanca Tommy”, on je uistinu osmislio jelovnike, listu gotovih jela koja se mogu kupiti na gastro-odjelima u odabranim Tommy prodavaonicama. Riječ je o spizi koja se lako ponese doma, a napravljena je od najboljih komada ribe, mesa, povrća i ostalog iz naše najdraže prodavaonice: Tommyja. Jednostavna receptura prilagođena “mjestu radnje” - naravno da gastro-odjeli” Tommyja nisu “fine-dining” restorani - ali zbilja nešto najbolje što na takvu mjestu možete dobiti. I uvijek je tako ukusno da bismo uvijek trebali još barem malo.

Upravo chef Fabricio govorit će o blagodatima mediteranske prehrane na skorom panelu, a sretnici koji čitaju Slobodnu i(li) kupuju u Tommyju već su mogli doći do nekih njegovih recepata. Podsjetimo, u Bruxellesu je 15. lipnja ove godine predstavljena međunarodna gastronomska manifestacija „Taste the Mediterranean“ čiji je Tommy dugogodišnji partner. Na večeri koja je tom prigodom organizirana za uzvanike iz Europskog parlamenta posluživana su tipična jela dalmatinske i mediteranske kuhinje spravljena od namirnica koje je za tu prigodu isporučio Tommy, tako da su se svi prisutni mogli uvjeriti u kvalitetu i svježinu asortimana Tommyja.

Tommy koristi svaku prigodu da sudjeluje u projektima koji promiču zdravije prehrambene navike. Poseban naglasak stavlja na blagodati mediteranske spize koju su jeli i njegovali naši preci te tako opstali naraštajima, a danas je poznata kao jedna od zdravijih u svijetu. Također, potiče tradicionalnu lokalnu gastronomiju te lokalnu proizvodnju namirnica koje redovito nude svojim kupcima. Trgovački lanac koji je prisutan duž cijele jadranske obale – Tommy, sa sjedištem u Splitu – jedan je od ključnih sudionika panela o mediteranskoj prehrani u organizaciji Slobodne Dalmacije. Ključnih iz više aspekata. Naime, već znamo da je u Tommyju sve što u ruke uzmemo bez greške svježe i domaće! Domaće - koliko god je to uopće moguće; neke egzote poput pojedinih sorti voća možda ne uspijevaju na hrvatskoj zemlji, u blagoj zoni našeg mediteranskog podneblja. Sve ostale sorte “frute i verdure”, sa dalmatinskog tla “udomljene” su u Tommyjevim prodavaonicama - dok ne završe u nečijoj teći. To je, složit će se svi, idealan, bogomdani ciklus kojim se zatvara krug - ali i zaokružuje jedna dobra gastronomska priča. A zna se da ukusna priča mora imati “točku na i”. E, tu je Tommy izabrao najboljeg, kuhara-chefa Fabricija Vežnavera, nositelja prestižne titule lanjskog Chefa godine imenovanog od strane međunarodnog gastronomskog vodiča Gault&Millau Croatia. Svaki degustacijski jelovnik kojega inače chef Fabricio pripremi u svom restoranu Pergola u istarskom gradiću Zambratija, istinsko je gastronomsko putovanje. Za svoje izvrsne gastrokreacije chef koristi isključivo domaće namirnice koje se u slijedovima ne smiju ponavljati kako bi se izbjegla svaka natruha monotonije i “dalo priliku” raznovrsnim autohtonim mediteranskim namirnicama da stvore bogatu lepezu okusa. A sve te namirnice mogu se nabaviti i u Tommyju po pristupačnim cijenama u odnosu na razinu porijekla i kvalitete, te ih i sam Fabricio često koristi i u vlastitu restoranu.

“Zakićenom” Michelinovom preporukom, čime je “Pergola” postala dio elitnog društva od 150 najboljih europskih restorana iz desetak zemalja! Upravo chef Fabricio govorit će o blagodatima mediteranske prehrane na skorom panelu, a sretnici koji čitaju Slobodnu i(li) kupuju u Tommyju već su mogli doći do nekih njegovih recepata. Podsjetimo, u Bruxellesu je 15. lipnja ove godine predstavljena međunarodna gastronomska manifestacija „Taste the Mediterranean“ čiji je Tommy dugogodišnji partner. Na večeri koja je tom prigodom organizirana za uzvanike iz Europskog parlamenta posluživana su tipična jela dalmatinske i mediteranske kuhinje spravljena od namirnica koje je za tu prigodu isporučio Tommy, tako da su se svi prisutni mogli uvjeriti u kvalitetu i svježinu asortimana Tommyja.

Tommy koristi svaku prigodu da sudjeluje u projektima koji promiču zdravije prehrambene navike. Poseban naglasak stavlja na blagodati mediteranske spize koju su jeli i njegovali naši preci te tako opstali naraštajima, a danas je poznata kao jedna od zdravijih u svijetu.
