Zabluda o hrani ima jako puno jer su ljudi sve osjetljiviji na zdravlje.

No, baš zato su i skloniji povjerovati svemu što čuju. Stoga pročitajte čime su vas zavarali i saznajte pravu prehrambenu istinu. 

Visoki unos proteina šteti bubrezima. Ovu činjenicu tvrdilo je istraživanje provedeno godine 1983. Međutim, rezultati svih kasnije objavljenih studija dokazali su kako to nema apsolutno nikakav učinak na normalno funkcioniranje i zdravlje bubrega. 

Pretjerani unos soli u organizam dovodi do visokog krvnog tlaka, također je zabluda u koju vjerujemo. Naime, istina je da se za normalan krvni tlak samo treba imati balans kod unošenja kalija i soli. Ljudi koji inače nemaju problema s tlakom ne moraju ni strahovati od oboljevanja od  hipertenzije prilikom unosa soli. 

Ni činjenica da fruktozno-kukuruzni sirup deblja više od običnog šećera nije istinita. Dakle, njihov sadržaj je sličan i podjednako su štetni za zdravlje. 

Isto tako, tvrdnja da crveno meso uzrokuje rak nikada nije znanstveno potvrđena, niti je utvrđena ikakva veza između te hrane i rizika od dobivanja raka. No, unatoč tome većina ljudi vjeruje u tu zabludu. 

 

Još jedan mit u koji ljudi vjeruju je i da je batat bolji od običnog krumpira. No, istina je da se ove dvije namirnice međusobno nadopunjuju jer batat ima više prehrambenih vlakana, dok krumpir ima više željeza, kalija te magnezija.

Zabluda o hrani ima jako puno jer su ljudi sve osjetljiviji na zdravlje.

No, baš zato su i skloniji povjerovati svemu što čuju. Stoga pročitajte čime su vas zavarali i saznajte pravu prehrambenu istinu. 

Visoki unos proteina šteti bubrezima. Ovu činjenicu tvrdilo je istraživanje provedeno godine 1983. Međutim, rezultati svih kasnije objavljenih studija dokazali su kako to nema apsolutno nikakav učinak na normalno funkcioniranje i zdravlje bubrega. 

Pretjerani unos soli u organizam dovodi do visokog krvnog tlaka, također je zabluda u koju vjerujemo. Naime, istina je da se za normalan krvni tlak samo treba imati balans kod unošenja kalija i soli. Ljudi koji inače nemaju problema s tlakom ne moraju ni strahovati od oboljevanja od  hipertenzije prilikom unosa soli. 

Ni činjenica da fruktozno-kukuruzni sirup deblja više od običnog šećera nije istinita. Dakle, njihov sadržaj je sličan i podjednako su štetni za zdravlje. 

Isto tako, tvrdnja da crveno meso uzrokuje rak nikada nije znanstveno potvrđena, niti je utvrđena ikakva veza između te hrane i rizika od dobivanja raka. No, unatoč tome većina ljudi vjeruje u tu zabludu. 

 

Još jedan mit u koji ljudi vjeruju je i da je batat bolji od običnog krumpira. No, istina je da se ove dvije namirnice međusobno nadopunjuju jer batat ima više prehrambenih vlakana, dok krumpir ima više željeza, kalija te magnezija.
