Nema tko ga ne voli. Ljubi se sa sarmama, mesom, točevima, pohanim mesom.... Pire krumpir je idealan prilog, ali samo kada ga se zna dobro napraviti. Istina je da ga većina ljudi krivo priprema.

Naime, kako piše portal Najžena, Taylor Florence, poznati kuhar, tvrdi da smo svi cijeli život na pogrešan način pripremali pire krumpir. Ovaj kuhar, inače zaposlen na poznatoj televiziji Food Network, kaže da krumpir prvenstveno kuhamo u potpuno pogrešnoj tekućini – vodi. Opran i oguljen krumpir treba skuhati u neutralnom kiselom vrhnju u kojem smo prethodno otopili maslac.

Ovo je njegov recept:

U lonac s neutralnim kiselim vrhnjem (oko 0,5 l) stavite oguljeni, oprani i nasjeckani krumpir, 3 žličice maslinovog ulja i 3 žličice maslaca. Posolite ili dodajte druge začine po želji.

Poklopite i pirjajte oko 20 minuta. Procijedite krumpire, ali sačuvajte tekućinu u kojoj se krumpir kuhao, pa malo dodajte u posudu s krumpirom. Sve miješajte mikserom dok ne dobijete glatku smjesu.

Firenca jamči da je to najbolji način kuhanja pire krumpira jer zadržava sve okuse – i krumpira i tekućinu u kojoj se kuhao,objavio je Najžena portal.

Nema tko ga ne voli. Ljubi se sa sarmama, mesom, točevima, pohanim mesom.... Pire krumpir je idealan prilog, ali samo kada ga se zna dobro napraviti. Istina je da ga većina ljudi krivo priprema.

Naime, kako piše portal Najžena, Taylor Florence, poznati kuhar, tvrdi da smo svi cijeli život na pogrešan način pripremali pire krumpir. Ovaj kuhar, inače zaposlen na poznatoj televiziji Food Network, kaže da krumpir prvenstveno kuhamo u potpuno pogrešnoj tekućini – vodi. Opran i oguljen krumpir treba skuhati u neutralnom kiselom vrhnju u kojem smo prethodno otopili maslac.

Ovo je njegov recept:

U lonac s neutralnim kiselim vrhnjem (oko 0,5 l) stavite oguljeni, oprani i nasjeckani krumpir, 3 žličice maslinovog ulja i 3 žličice maslaca. Posolite ili dodajte druge začine po želji.

Poklopite i pirjajte oko 20 minuta. Procijedite krumpire, ali sačuvajte tekućinu u kojoj se krumpir kuhao, pa malo dodajte u posudu s krumpirom. Sve miješajte mikserom dok ne dobijete glatku smjesu.

Firenca jamči da je to najbolji način kuhanja pire krumpira jer zadržava sve okuse – i krumpira i tekućinu u kojoj se kuhao,objavio je Najžena portal.

Nema tko ga ne voli. Ljubi se sa sarmama, mesom, točevima, pohanim mesom.... Pire krumpir je idealan prilog, ali samo kada ga se zna dobro napraviti. Istina je da ga većina ljudi krivo priprema.

Naime, kako piše portal Najžena, Taylor Florence, poznati kuhar, tvrdi da smo svi cijeli život na pogrešan način pripremali pire krumpir. Ovaj kuhar, inače zaposlen na poznatoj televiziji Food Network, kaže da krumpir prvenstveno kuhamo u potpuno pogrešnoj tekućini – vodi. Opran i oguljen krumpir treba skuhati u neutralnom kiselom vrhnju u kojem smo prethodno otopili maslac.
