Premda u Dalmaciji još uvijek prevladava bablje ljeto i najhrabriji se bez problema kupaju u moru, u unutrašnjosti je situacija sasvim drukčija. Na kontinentu smo ušli u hladniji period godine kada se dnevna vidljivost osjetno smanjuje, a sve je začinjeno dugotrajnim maglama koje se podižu tek u poslijepodnevnim satima.

Stoga je došlo i vrijeme kada se na motornim, ali i drugim vozilima u javnom prometu moraju čak i danju paliti svjetla kako bi sudionici na prometnicama bili uočljiviji. Promjenom u Zakonu o sigurnosti prometa na cestama koji je stupio na snagu 24. srpnja 2019. godine zimsko računanje vremena više nije bitno za vožnju s upaljenim dnevnim ili kratkim/oborenim svjetlima. Uveden je novi, fiksni datum prema kojem je vožnja upaljenim svjetlima danju obvezna od 1. studenoga tekuće godine pa do 31. ožujka iduće godine.

Da je ostalo po starom, odnosno po zimskom računanju vremena odredba bi se počela primjenjivati u nedjelju, 30. listopada u tri sata pa do nedjelje, 29. ožujka 2023. godine do dva sata. Dakle, i ove godine obveza vožnje s upaljenim dnevnim svjetlima na motornim vozilima počinje se primjenjivati dan kasnije, a završit će četiri dana kasnije dogodine. U slučaju nepoštivanja spomenutog propisa kazna je 300 kuna. Vozači skutera i motocikala tijekom cijele godine moraju imati uključena svjetla za vrijeme vožnje na svojim vozilima. U tu kategoriju sada ulaze i biciklisti koji od spuštanja sumraka pa do jutra moraju na svojim biciklima imati upaljeno prednje bijelo svijetlo, kao i stražnje crveno svijetlo, te vozači električnih romobila.

Mnogima ova promjena s paljenjem dnevnih svjetala neće baš značiti puno jer mnogi današnji moderni automobili ionako imaju tvornički ugrađena dnevna svjetla koja se pale čim okrenete ključ za paljenje motora. Do prije nekoliko godina dnevna su se svjetla ugrađivala uglavnom u automobile više klase, dok danas ta svjetla ulaze u standardnu opremu novih vozila. Kako na našim cestama prometuje još dosta starih automobila (prosječna starost osobnih vozila u Hrvatskoj zbog sve većeg unosa rabljenih auta iz inozemstva je oko 13 godina) koji nemaju ugrađena dnevna svjetla, nužno je upozoriti na obvezu uključivanja kratkih, odnosno oborenih svjetala.

Vozite li svoj automobil za vrijeme zimskog računanja vremena bez upaljenih kratkih svjetala automatski ste u prekršaju i izlažete se opasnosti plaćanja novčane kazne. Naravno, ručno uključivanje kratkih svjetala donosi još jednu potencijalnu opasnost, ali ovog puta za akumulator vašeg automobila. Naime, ako auto nema zvučni signal koji upozorava vozača prilikom napuštanja vozila da nije ugasio svjetla, može mu se dogoditi da kratka svjetla ostanu uključena duži period te "iscrpe" akumulator koji se ovisno o starosti neće moći ponovno napuniti, što će izazvati dodatni trošak.

Premda u Dalmaciji još uvijek prevladava bablje ljeto i najhrabriji se bez problema kupaju u moru, u unutrašnjosti je situacija sasvim drukčija. Na kontinentu smo ušli u hladniji period godine kada se dnevna vidljivost osjetno smanjuje, a sve je začinjeno dugotrajnim maglama koje se podižu tek u poslijepodnevnim satima.

Stoga je došlo i vrijeme kada se na motornim, ali i drugim vozilima u javnom prometu moraju čak i danju paliti svjetla kako bi sudionici na prometnicama bili uočljiviji. Promjenom u Zakonu o sigurnosti prometa na cestama koji je stupio na snagu 24. srpnja 2019. godine zimsko računanje vremena više nije bitno za vožnju s upaljenim dnevnim ili kratkim/oborenim svjetlima. Uveden je novi, fiksni datum prema kojem je vožnja upaljenim svjetlima danju obvezna od 1. studenoga tekuće godine pa do 31. ožujka iduće godine.

Da je ostalo po starom, odnosno po zimskom računanju vremena odredba bi se počela primjenjivati u nedjelju, 30. listopada u tri sata pa do nedjelje, 29. ožujka 2023. godine do dva sata. Dakle, i ove godine obveza vožnje s upaljenim dnevnim svjetlima na motornim vozilima počinje se primjenjivati dan kasnije, a završit će četiri dana kasnije dogodine. U slučaju nepoštivanja spomenutog propisa kazna je 300 kuna. Vozači skutera i motocikala tijekom cijele godine moraju imati uključena svjetla za vrijeme vožnje na svojim vozilima. U tu kategoriju sada ulaze i biciklisti koji od spuštanja sumraka pa do jutra moraju na svojim biciklima imati upaljeno prednje bijelo svijetlo, kao i stražnje crveno svijetlo, te vozači električnih romobila.

Mnogima ova promjena s paljenjem dnevnih svjetala neće baš značiti puno jer mnogi današnji moderni automobili ionako imaju tvornički ugrađena dnevna svjetla koja se pale čim okrenete ključ za paljenje motora. Do prije nekoliko godina dnevna su se svjetla ugrađivala uglavnom u automobile više klase, dok danas ta svjetla ulaze u standardnu opremu novih vozila. Kako na našim cestama prometuje još dosta starih automobila (prosječna starost osobnih vozila u Hrvatskoj zbog sve većeg unosa rabljenih auta iz inozemstva je oko 13 godina) koji nemaju ugrađena dnevna svjetla, nužno je upozoriti na obvezu uključivanja kratkih, odnosno oborenih svjetala.

Vozite li svoj automobil za vrijeme zimskog računanja vremena bez upaljenih kratkih svjetala automatski ste u prekršaju i izlažete se opasnosti plaćanja novčane kazne. Naravno, ručno uključivanje kratkih svjetala donosi još jednu potencijalnu opasnost, ali ovog puta za akumulator vašeg automobila. Naime, ako auto nema zvučni signal koji upozorava vozača prilikom napuštanja vozila da nije ugasio svjetla, može mu se dogoditi da kratka svjetla ostanu uključena duži period te "iscrpe" akumulator koji se ovisno o starosti neće moći ponovno napuniti, što će izazvati dodatni trošak.

Vožnja danju s upaljenim svjetlima je obvezna od danas, u slučaju nepoštivanja propisa slijedi novčana kazna

Premda u Dalmaciji još uvijek prevladava bablje ljeto i najhrabriji se bez problema kupaju u moru, u unutrašnjosti je situacija sasvim drukčija. Na kontinentu smo ušli u hladniji period godine kada se dnevna vidljivost osjetno smanjuje, a sve je začinjeno dugotrajnim maglama koje se podižu tek u poslijepodnevnim satima.

Stoga je došlo i vrijeme kada se na motornim, ali i drugim vozilima u javnom prometu moraju čak i danju paliti svjetla kako bi sudionici na prometnicama bili uočljiviji. Promjenom u Zakonu o sigurnosti prometa na cestama koji je stupio na snagu 24. srpnja 2019. godine zimsko računanje vremena više nije bitno za vožnju s upaljenim dnevnim ili kratkim/oborenim svjetlima. Uveden je novi, fiksni datum prema kojem je vožnja upaljenim svjetlima danju obvezna od 1. studeno...
