Na snimkama iz srpnja 2021. godine, 58-godišnji češki milijarder Radim Passer vozi svoj Bugatti Chiron s 1500 KS (cijena najmanje 2.9 milijuna eura) do suludih 417 km/h, i to na autocesti, prenosi HAK.

Njemačka policija sada preuzima slučaj i pokrenula je postupak protiv Radima Passera. Vozač je sada pod istragom zbog neodgovornog i protuzakonitog ponašanja.

Prema njemačkom kaznenom zakonu, sudionici bi mogli dobiti do pet godina zatvora.

No uzrok za kažnjavanje bila bi sumnja da Čeh pri najvećoj postignutoj brzini ne bi mogao kontrolirati vozilo u slučaju nužde.

Ne treba posebno ni napominjati, ova vožnja potaknule je nove rasprave u Njemačkoj o tome treba li ograničiti brzine na Autobahnu, budući da na dionici ceste na kojoj je Čeh dosegao najveću brzinu nema određenog ograničenja, prenosi HAK.

Na snimkama iz srpnja 2021. godine, 58-godišnji češki milijarder Radim Passer vozi svoj Bugatti Chiron s 1500 KS (cijena najmanje 2.9 milijuna eura) do suludih 417 km/h, i to na autocesti, prenosi HAK.

Njemačka policija sada preuzima slučaj i pokrenula je postupak protiv Radima Passera. Vozač je sada pod istragom zbog neodgovornog i protuzakonitog ponašanja.

Prema njemačkom kaznenom zakonu, sudionici bi mogli dobiti do pet godina zatvora.

No uzrok za kažnjavanje bila bi sumnja da Čeh pri najvećoj postignutoj brzini ne bi mogao kontrolirati vozilo u slučaju nužde.

Ne treba posebno ni napominjati, ova vožnja potaknule je nove rasprave u Njemačkoj o tome treba li ograničiti brzine na Autobahnu, budući da na dionici ceste na kojoj je Čeh dosegao najveću brzinu nema određenog ograničenja, prenosi HAK.

Nijemac vozio brzinom većom od 400 km/h po autocesti: prijeti mu do pet godina zatvora iako na toj dionici nema propisanog graničenja

Na snimkama iz srpnja 2021. godine, 58-godišnji češki milijarder Radim Passer vozi svoj Bugatti Chiron s 1500 KS (cijena najmanje 2.9 milijuna eura) do suludih 417 km/h, i to na autocesti, prenosi HAK.

Njemačka policija sada preuzima slučaj i pokrenula je postupak protiv Radima Passera. Vozač je sada pod istragom zbog neodgovornog i protuzakonitog ponašanja.

Prema njemačkom kaznenom zakonu, sudionici bi mogli dobiti do pet godina zatvora.

No uzrok za kažnjavanje bila bi sumnja da Čeh pri najvećoj postignutoj brzini ne bi mogao kontrolirati vozilo u slučaju nužde.

Ne treba posebno ni napominjati, ova vožnja potaknule je nove rasprave u Njemačkoj o tome treba li ograničiti brzine na Autobahnu, budući da na dionici ceste na kojoj je Čeh dosegao najveću brzinu nema određenog ogr...
