Slavonac Kristijan je osuđen zbog nesvakidašnjeg razloga. Naime, policija mu je, zaustavivši ga u mjestu Jurovski Brod, u vozilu pronašla zanimljiv uređaj, nalik kameri, kojeg na prvu nisu znali objasniti. No, sutkinja je povjerovala sumnji policajca, da je riječ o nečem drugom, piše Danica.

Prema presudi, mladić se koristio uređajem koji je imao za cilj ometanje ili otkrivanje uređaja koje koriste ovlaštene osobe za nadzor prometa na cestama. Kristijan se nije odazvao na sudsko ročište, a kao svjedok je saslušan policajac koji ga je zaustavio.

“Uređaj na fotografiji koju je okrivljenik priložio uz prigovor je fotografija kamere, a ne tog uređaja. Ali, ja se dobro sjećam izgleda uređaja, iako ga nisam fotografirao na licu mjesta. Vozač je rekao da je to vozilo od oca i da je to kamera. No, ja sam na mjestu događaja neposrednim opažanjem utvrdio da se radi o uređaju koji služi ometanju uređaja koje koriste službene osobe”, naglasio je policajac.

Kristijan je zbog toga (nepravomoćno) kažnjen s 2.000 kuna te mora platiti 100 kuna troškova postupka.

Slavonac Kristijan je osuđen zbog nesvakidašnjeg razloga. Naime, policija mu je, zaustavivši ga u mjestu Jurovski Brod, u vozilu pronašla zanimljiv uređaj, nalik kameri, kojeg na prvu nisu znali objasniti. No, sutkinja je povjerovala sumnji policajca, da je riječ o nečem drugom, piše Danica.

Prema presudi, mladić se koristio uređajem koji je imao za cilj ometanje ili otkrivanje uređaja koje koriste ovlaštene osobe za nadzor prometa na cestama. Kristijan se nije odazvao na sudsko ročište, a kao svjedok je saslušan policajac koji ga je zaustavio.

“Uređaj na fotografiji koju je okrivljenik priložio uz prigovor je fotografija kamere, a ne tog uređaja. Ali, ja se dobro sjećam izgleda uređaja, iako ga nisam fotografirao na licu mjesta. Vozač je rekao da je to vozilo od oca i da je to kamera. No, ja sam na mjestu događaja neposrednim opažanjem utvrdio da se radi o uređaju koji služi ometanju uređaja koje koriste službene osobe”, naglasio je policajac.

Kristijan je zbog toga (nepravomoćno) kažnjen s 2.000 kuna te mora platiti 100 kuna troškova postupka.

Slavonac Kristijan je osuđen zbog nesvakidašnjeg razloga. Naime, policija mu je, zaustavivši ga u mjestu Jurovski Brod, u vozilu pronašla zanimljiv uređaj, nalik kameri, kojeg na prvu nisu znali objasniti. No, sutkinja je povjerovala sumnji policajca, da je riječ o nečem drugom, piše Danica.

Prema presudi, mladić se koristio uređajem koji je imao za cilj ometanje ili otkrivanje uređaja koje koriste ovlaštene osobe za nadzor prometa na cestama. Kristijan se nije odazvao na sudsko ročište, a kao svjedok je saslušan policajac koji ga je zaustavio.
