Filmom "Pričest" poljske redateljice Anne Zamecka u nedjelju navečer u zagrebačkom kinu Kaptol Boutique Cinema otvoreno je trinaesto izdanje Međunarodnog festivala dokumentarnog filma ZagrebDoxa.
"Jačanje domaće filmske produkcije i širenje međunarodne suradnje najveća je vrijednost ZagrebDox festivala", rekao je zagrebački gradonačelnik Milan Bandić, otvarajući festival.
Zahvalio je organizatorima što su festivalom pozicionirali Zagreb na kartu kulturne izvrsnosti u ovom dijelu Europe, izrazivši ponos što je svih ovih godina pratio razvoj dokumentarnog filma i uspjehe festivala.
"Ono po čemu je ZagrebDox postao poznat je druženje, ljudi nakon projekcija razgovaraju o temama kojima se filmovi bave i načinima na koji su snimljeni, ali festival je postao i značajno mjesto susreta domaćih filmaša sa svjetskim kolegama", rekao je direktor festivala Nenad Puhovski.
Festival hrvatske filmove promiče i kroz ZagrebDox, a pomaže i u vidljivosti i lansiranju hrvatskog filma u svijet. "Ove godine u žirijima je niz značajnih osoba koji će pomoći da neki od filmova prikazanih na festivalu dođu na međunarodne festivale i televizijske ekrane", dodao je.
Po njegovim riječima, njihov dolazak na zagrebački festival ne pokazuje samo da je festival postao sve cjenjeniji, već govori i o ugledu koji je hrvatska filmska zajednica posljednjih godina dosegla sustsavnim radom.
"Siguran sam da će se to nastaviti ubuduće, a mi ćemo u ZagrebDoxu napraviti najbolje što možemo da u tome pomognemo", istaknuo je.
U prvom festivalskom filmu "Pričest", redateljica Anna Zamecka, koja je bila na večerašnjoj projekciji, kroz priču o svakodnevici četrnaestogodišnje djevojčice koja sama brine o ocu i autističnom bratu, nadajući se da će se majka vratiti kući, otkriva "ljepotu odbačenih, snagu slabih i potrebu za promjenom kada se to čini nemoguće".
Film te je dosad nagrađen na festivalima u Leipzigu, Locarnu, Trstu i Bratislavi.
U idućih osam dana na ZagrebDoxu prikazat će se više od 120 filmova recentne svjetske dokumentarne produkcije, među kojima su mnogi nagrađeni na prestižnim festivalima, te sedamnaest premijera hrvatskih dokumentaraca.
Za festivalske nagrade, Velike pečate, natjecat će se 42 filma - po 21 u međunarodnoj i regionalnoj konkurenciji.

Filmom "Pričest" poljske redateljice Anne Zamecka u nedjelju navečer u zagrebačkom kinu Kaptol Boutique Cinema otvoreno je trinaesto izdanje Međunarodnog festivala dokumentarnog filma ZagrebDoxa.
"Jačanje domaće filmske produkcije i širenje međunarodne suradnje najveća je vrijednost ZagrebDox festivala", rekao je zagrebački gradonačelnik Milan Bandić, otvarajući festival.
Zahvalio je organizatorima što su festivalom pozicionirali Zagreb na kartu kulturne izvrsnosti u ovom dijelu Europe, izrazivši ponos što je svih ovih godina pratio razvoj dokumentarnog filma i uspjehe festivala.
"Ono po čemu je ZagrebDox postao poznat je druženje, ljudi nakon projekcija razgovaraju o temama kojima se filmovi bave i načinima na koji su snimljeni, ali festival je postao i značajno mjesto susreta domaćih filmaša sa svjetskim kolegama", rekao je direktor festivala Nenad Puhovski.
Festival hrvatske filmove promiče i kroz ZagrebDox, a pomaže i u vidljivosti i lansiranju hrvatskog filma u svijet. "Ove godine u žirijima je niz značajnih osoba koji će pomoći da neki od filmova prikazanih na festivalu dođu na međunarodne festivale i televizijske ekrane", dodao je.
Po njegovim riječima, njihov dolazak na zagrebački festival ne pokazuje samo da je festival postao sve cjenjeniji, već govori i o ugledu koji je hrvatska filmska zajednica posljednjih godina dosegla sustsavnim radom.
"Siguran sam da će se to nastaviti ubuduće, a mi ćemo u ZagrebDoxu napraviti najbolje što možemo da u tome pomognemo", istaknuo je.
U prvom festivalskom filmu "Pričest", redateljica Anna Zamecka, koja je bila na večerašnjoj projekciji, kroz priču o svakodnevici četrnaestogodišnje djevojčice koja sama brine o ocu i autističnom bratu, nadajući se da će se majka vratiti kući, otkriva "ljepotu odbačenih, snagu slabih i potrebu za promjenom kada se to čini nemoguće".
Film te je dosad nagrađen na festivalima u Leipzigu, Locarnu, Trstu i Bratislavi.
U idućih osam dana na ZagrebDoxu prikazat će se više od 120 filmova recentne svjetske dokumentarne produkcije, među kojima su mnogi nagrađeni na prestižnim festivalima, te sedamnaest premijera hrvatskih dokumentaraca.
Za festivalske nagrade, Velike pečate, natjecat će se 42 filma - po 21 u međunarodnoj i regionalnoj konkurenciji.
