Večeras u 19 sati u Salonu Galiću u Marmontovoj ulici u Splitu bit će otvorena izložba ''Tijelo bez organa'' Nikoline Kuzmić.

Umjetnička je koncepcija složena od četiri odvojena ali tematski povezana rada – "Arhiva patoloških stakalaca", "Kad narastem bit ću pacijent", "1966/ 1967/ 1994/ 2000, Kuzmić" i "Bez naziva (mehanizam)". Nikolina Kuzmić u svom radu propituje pojmove biopolitike i biotehnologije paralelno baveći se odnosom umjetnosti i medicinskih znanosti koji smatra sve očitijim i prominentnijim u današnjem vremenu, kaže u popratnim materijalima izložbe organizator, splitski HULU.

- Kod "Arhive patoloških stakalaca" radi se o zidnoj instalaciji koju sačinjava sedam "tapiserija", vezenih i filcanih kompozicija na različitim materijalima. Naizgled apstraktni, prikazi su to šest malignih bolesti – karcionida, tumora ženskih spolnih organa, raka kostiju, pločastog karcinoma, tuberkuloze, trihinele začahurene u mišiću i jednog virusa – covida-19. Prikaz aktualnog virusa nastao je u razdoblju prve karantene, što ovaj rad prema autoričinim riječima pretvara u ongoing projekt, poligon za nadogradnju i referentno polazište za daljnja promišljanja i diskusije o već spomenutim problematikama koje iznosi. Navedenim prikazima usporedno su postavljena tri uvećana patološka stakalca na kojima se nalaze osnovne informacije nomen nescio pacijenata.

Drugi dio rada "Kad narastem, bit ću pacijent" sastoji se od deset lutkica, detaljno scenografski razrađenih, sašivenih od različitih materijala i medicinskih instrumenata. One su zapravo fiktivni likovi buduće istoimene predstave koju je Nikolina osmislila i razradila kao zasebnu cjelinu. U njoj pratimo pacijenta kako ulazi u bolnicu, prolazi sve faze pregleda, pretraga i operacije te na kraju izlazi umorniji, bolesniji i bez prave dijagnoze. Autorica se u predstavi referira na Danteov "Pakao", Kafkinog Jozefa K. i već spomenute filozofske teorije. Motiv lutke odabire iz dva razloga, prvi je taj što dječja lutka u kontrastu s bolesti stvara osjećaj morbidnosti što dalje dovodi do osjećaja bespomoćnosti naspram zdravstvenog sustava jer kako kaže: svatko je u jednom trenutku bio ili će biti pacijent. Bez namjere da uputi kritiku ili afirmaciju sustava, autorica propituje trenutak u kojem institucije i osoblje istih postaju važniji od osobnih sloboda i prava pacijenata.

Sljedeći rad odnosi se na metodu arhiviranja kartona putem godine rođenja i prezimena članova Nikolinine obitelji i nje same. "1966/ 1967/ 1994/ 2000, Kuzmić" zbir je sakupljenih uputnica, rendgena, medicinskih nalaza, otpusnih pisama, ultrazvuka i sl. čije uvećane prikaze autorica vjerno prenosi na bijelu tkaninu tehnikom veza. Upravu u ovom dijelu cjelokupnog rada najizraženija je Nikolinina tehnička preciznost, minucioznost i potpuna posvećenost realizaciji ideje. Predloške za rad bira isključivo na temelju vizualne zanimljivosti (primjerice grafičko rješenje nalaza krvi) bez obzira na to koji se zdravstveni podaci otkrivaju o njoj ili njenoj obitelji. Time naglašava osobnu distanciranost od materije i sadržaja koji se inače percipira kao nešto jako osobno.

Rad "Bez naziva (mehanizam)" sastoji se od osam animacija u loopu na zasebnim ekranima koje prikazuju izmišljene i besmislene mehanizme asocirajući na shematske prikaze tehničkih ili električnih mreža poput strujnog kruga i sl. Elemente mehanizama čine animirani medicinski instrumenti – injekcije, respiratori, pumpe i sl. Vizualna pozadina animacije su rendgeni i ultrazvuci, stvarni nalazi autoričinih bliskih prijatelja i obitelji, dok zvučnu pozadinu čine zapisi raznoraznih bolničkih aparata (EKG, EEG, magnetska rezonanca i sl.). Postavljajući ekrane jedan do drugog autorica želi ostvariti kompoziciju apsurdnih mehanizama i kakofoniju bolničkih zvukova. Možemo zamisliti kako se na ovim kulisama odvija gore spomenuta predstava čime se dodatno ističu Nikolinine scenografske vještine i tendencije", zapisala je kustosica Ivana Vukušić.

Ovom izložbom zatvara se ciklus kojim HULU u Salonu Galić predstavlja mlade autore/ice na početku umjetničke karijere.

Zbog epidemiološke situacije službenog otvorenja neće biti, a izložba će se moći pogledati do 16. ožujka.---

Samostalne i skupne izložbe

Nikolina Kuzmić rođena je 1994. godine u Splitu. Magistrirala je 2019. godine pri Odsjeku za slikarstvo na Umjetničkoj akademiji u Splitu u klasi redovite profesorice Nine Ivančić. Realizirala je tri samostalne izložbe, a sudjelovala je na nekoliko skupnih izložbi od kojih se ističe grupna izložba u organizaciji studenata zajedno s mentorima "Rad, tekst, kontekst: oblici kolaborativnih praksi" u Staroj gradskoj vijećnici u Splitu, 2017. godine te izložba HT nagrada za suvremenu umjetnost u MSU Zagreb 2019. godine i 55. Zagrebačkom salonu 2020. godine. Djeluje i kao asistent scenografa. Živi i radi u Splitu.

Večeras u 19 sati u Salonu Galiću u Marmontovoj ulici u Splitu bit će otvorena izložba ''Tijelo bez organa'' Nikoline Kuzmić.

Umjetnička je koncepcija složena od četiri odvojena ali tematski povezana rada – "Arhiva patoloških stakalaca", "Kad narastem bit ću pacijent", "1966/ 1967/ 1994/ 2000, Kuzmić" i "Bez naziva (mehanizam)". Nikolina Kuzmić u svom radu propituje pojmove biopolitike i biotehnologije paralelno baveći se odnosom umjetnosti i medicinskih znanosti koji smatra sve očitijim i prominentnijim u današnjem vremenu, kaže u popratnim materijalima izložbe organizator, splitski HULU.

- Kod "Arhive patoloških stakalaca" radi se o zidnoj instalaciji koju sačinjava sedam "tapiserija", vezenih i filcanih kompozicija na različitim materijalima. Naizgled apstraktni, prikazi su to šest malignih bolesti – karcionida, tumora ženskih spolnih organa, raka kostiju, pločastog karcinoma, tuberkuloze, trihinele začahurene u mišiću i jednog virusa – covida-19. Prikaz aktualnog virusa nastao je u razdoblju prve karantene, što ovaj rad prema autoričinim riječima pretvara u ongoing projekt, poligon za nadogradnju i referentno polazište za daljnja promišljanja i diskusije o već spomenutim problematikama koje iznosi. Navedenim prikazima usporedno su postavljena tri uvećana patološka stakalca na kojima se nalaze osnovne informacije nomen nescio pacijenata.

Drugi dio rada "Kad narastem, bit ću pacijent" sastoji se od deset lutkica, detaljno scenografski razrađenih, sašivenih od različitih materijala i medicinskih instrumenata. One su zapravo fiktivni likovi buduće istoimene predstave koju je Nikolina osmislila i razradila kao zasebnu cjelinu. U njoj pratimo pacijenta kako ulazi u bolnicu, prolazi sve faze pregleda, pretraga i operacije te na kraju izlazi umorniji, bolesniji i bez prave dijagnoze. Autorica se u predstavi referira na Danteov "Pakao", Kafkinog Jozefa K. i već spomenute filozofske teorije. Motiv lutke odabire iz dva razloga, prvi je taj što dječja lutka u kontrastu s bolesti stvara osjećaj morbidnosti što dalje dovodi do osjećaja bespomoćnosti naspram zdravstvenog sustava jer kako kaže: svatko je u jednom trenutku bio ili će biti pacijent. Bez namjere da uputi kritiku ili afirmaciju sustava, autorica propituje trenutak u kojem institucije i osoblje istih postaju važniji od osobnih sloboda i prava pacijenata.

Sljedeći rad odnosi se na metodu arhiviranja kartona putem godine rođenja i prezimena članova Nikolinine obitelji i nje same. "1966/ 1967/ 1994/ 2000, Kuzmić" zbir je sakupljenih uputnica, rendgena, medicinskih nalaza, otpusnih pisama, ultrazvuka i sl. čije uvećane prikaze autorica vjerno prenosi na bijelu tkaninu tehnikom veza. Upravu u ovom dijelu cjelokupnog rada najizraženija je Nikolinina tehnička preciznost, minucioznost i potpuna posvećenost realizaciji ideje. Predloške za rad bira isključivo na temelju vizualne zanimljivosti (primjerice grafičko rješenje nalaza krvi) bez obzira na to koji se zdravstveni podaci otkrivaju o njoj ili njenoj obitelji. Time naglašava osobnu distanciranost od materije i sadržaja koji se inače percipira kao nešto jako osobno.

Rad "Bez naziva (mehanizam)" sastoji se od osam animacija u loopu na zasebnim ekranima koje prikazuju izmišljene i besmislene mehanizme asocirajući na shematske prikaze tehničkih ili električnih mreža poput strujnog kruga i sl. Elemente mehanizama čine animirani medicinski instrumenti – injekcije, respiratori, pumpe i sl. Vizualna pozadina animacije su rendgeni i ultrazvuci, stvarni nalazi autoričinih bliskih prijatelja i obitelji, dok zvučnu pozadinu čine zapisi raznoraznih bolničkih aparata (EKG, EEG, magnetska rezonanca i sl.). Postavljajući ekrane jedan do drugog autorica želi ostvariti kompoziciju apsurdnih mehanizama i kakofoniju bolničkih zvukova. Možemo zamisliti kako se na ovim kulisama odvija gore spomenuta predstava čime se dodatno ističu Nikolinine scenografske vještine i tendencije", zapisala je kustosica Ivana Vukušić.

Ovom izložbom zatvara se ciklus kojim HULU u Salonu Galić predstavlja mlade autore/ice na početku umjetničke karijere.

Zbog epidemiološke situacije službenog otvorenja neće biti, a izložba će se moći pogledati do 16. ožujka.---

Samostalne i skupne izložbe

Nikolina Kuzmić rođena je 1994. godine u Splitu. Magistrirala je 2019. godine pri Odsjeku za slikarstvo na Umjetničkoj akademiji u Splitu u klasi redovite profesorice Nine Ivančić. Realizirala je tri samostalne izložbe, a sudjelovala je na nekoliko skupnih izložbi od kojih se ističe grupna izložba u organizaciji studenata zajedno s mentorima "Rad, tekst, kontekst: oblici kolaborativnih praksi" u Staroj gradskoj vijećnici u Splitu, 2017. godine te izložba HT nagrada za suvremenu umjetnost u MSU Zagreb 2019. godine i 55. Zagrebačkom salonu 2020. godine. Djeluje i kao asistent scenografa. Živi i radi u Splitu.
