U splitskoj Staroj gradskoj vijećnici u četvrtak navečer je otvoren 4. međunarodni grafički bijenale "Splitgraphic", manifestacija koja prati suvremene grafičke tendencije.

Za središnju, skupnu izložbu ove se godine, kako je rečeno, prijavio rekordan broj autora - njih 192 iz 35 zemalja s više od 600 umjetničkih radova, a žiri je odabrao 85 radova od 58 autora iz 23 zemlje.

Na ovogodišnjoj skupnoj izložbi predstavljeni su i radovi nekih od vodećih svjetskih grafičara, primjerice belgijskog umjetnika Huga Besarda, koji je diljem svijeta dobio više od 40 nagrada, te japanskog umjetnika Yoshio Imamure, rekao je direktor "Splitgraphica" Pavo Majić.

Basard je dobitnik Grand Prixa Splitgraphica, a Imamura Posebne nagrade "Splitgraphica". Za Basarda i Imamuru je obrazloženo da su "virtuozi klasične grafike gdje se suvremenost postiže tradicionalnim tehnikama". 

Posebnu nagradu dobio je i kanadski grafičar David Kidd, čiji grafički radovi, kako je obrazloženo, graniče s fotografijom. Nagrade će im, kako je rečeno, biti predane naknadno.

Nagradu u kategoriji mladog umjetnika dobila je Josipa Šarić (Hrvatska), a za inovacije nagrada je pripala Slobodanu Tomiću (Hrvatska) koji grafiku prenosi u video instalaciju.

Splitgraphic će trajati do 15. prosinca, a skupna izložba do 22. listopada. Osim večeras otvorene skupne izložbe, u sklopu ovogodišnjeg Međunarodnog grafičkog bijenala predviđene su još tri izložbe: od 2. do 31. listopada izložba Maje S. Franković i Nevenke Arbanas, od 9. do 31. listopada izložba švedske grafičarke Brite Weglin, a od 17. studenog do 15. prosinca izložba Dušana Džamonje.

U splitskoj Staroj gradskoj vijećnici u četvrtak navečer je otvoren 4. međunarodni grafički bijenale "Splitgraphic", manifestacija koja prati suvremene grafičke tendencije.

Za središnju, skupnu izložbu ove se godine, kako je rečeno, prijavio rekordan broj autora - njih 192 iz 35 zemalja s više od 600 umjetničkih radova, a žiri je odabrao 85 radova od 58 autora iz 23 zemlje.

Na ovogodišnjoj skupnoj izložbi predstavljeni su i radovi nekih od vodećih svjetskih grafičara, primjerice belgijskog umjetnika Huga Besarda, koji je diljem svijeta dobio više od 40 nagrada, te japanskog umjetnika Yoshio Imamure, rekao je direktor "Splitgraphica" Pavo Majić.

Basard je dobitnik Grand Prixa Splitgraphica, a Imamura Posebne nagrade "Splitgraphica". Za Basarda i Imamuru je obrazloženo da su "virtuozi klasične grafike gdje se suvremenost postiže tradicionalnim tehnikama". 

Posebnu nagradu dobio je i kanadski grafičar David Kidd, čiji grafički radovi, kako je obrazloženo, graniče s fotografijom. Nagrade će im, kako je rečeno, biti predane naknadno.

Nagradu u kategoriji mladog umjetnika dobila je Josipa Šarić (Hrvatska), a za inovacije nagrada je pripala Slobodanu Tomiću (Hrvatska) koji grafiku prenosi u video instalaciju.

Splitgraphic će trajati do 15. prosinca, a skupna izložba do 22. listopada. Osim večeras otvorene skupne izložbe, u sklopu ovogodišnjeg Međunarodnog grafičkog bijenala predviđene su još tri izložbe: od 2. do 31. listopada izložba Maje S. Franković i Nevenke Arbanas, od 9. do 31. listopada izložba švedske grafičarke Brite Weglin, a od 17. studenog do 15. prosinca izložba Dušana Džamonje.
