U atriju središnjice Gradske knjižnice Marka Marulića u Splitu u subotu je otvorena izložba fotografija Maje Tomas "O moru - od Suska do Mljeta".

Ovo je sedma samostalna izložba umjetničkih fotografija splitske umjetnice koja je svoje fotografije do sada izlagala u Hrvatskoj, Njemačkoj, Makedoniji i Crnoj Gori.

Osim fotografija, umjetnica je objavila i četiri zbirke poezije i jednu poetsku dramu, koje je sama ilustrirala. Poezija joj je prevedena na njemački i francuski jezik, a njene pjesme zastupljene su u tridesetak zajedničkih zbirki poezije. Osim pisanja i slikanja, autorica pjeva i glumi u kazalištu, na filmu i na TV-u.

- Maja Tomas znalački koristi mogućnosti koje joj pruža suvremena tehnika. Kompozicija slika je uravnotežena bez suvišnih detalja, kut promatranja poseban. Prikazi vezani za more odišu jasnoćom. Kamerom istražuje sva njegova stanja od bonace do udara valova o hridine. Prikazuje dodir vodene površine i obale, ali i usamljene otočiće koji pozivaju na maštanje, zapisao je povodom izložbe dr. sc. Stanko Piplović.

- Prvo što me osvojilo je savršen-jak-minimalizam-poezija! I prava, punokrvna likovnost, snažan obrok ljepote dan! Samo naprijed!, kratko, ali snažno rekla je pjesnikinja Dorta Jagić.

- Ponajviše mi je prijemčivo upravo radno, tematski dorađena fotografija "Galebovi". Gotovo mitska scena koja nas tisućljećima osvaja svojom simbolikom, a Maja Tomas nas još jednom podsjeća na Iskon, zaključio je govor o fotografijama pjesnik Sead Begović.

U atriju središnjice Gradske knjižnice Marka Marulića u Splitu u subotu je otvorena izložba fotografija Maje Tomas "O moru - od Suska do Mljeta".

Ovo je sedma samostalna izložba umjetničkih fotografija splitske umjetnice koja je svoje fotografije do sada izlagala u Hrvatskoj, Njemačkoj, Makedoniji i Crnoj Gori.

Osim fotografija, umjetnica je objavila i četiri zbirke poezije i jednu poetsku dramu, koje je sama ilustrirala. Poezija joj je prevedena na njemački i francuski jezik, a njene pjesme zastupljene su u tridesetak zajedničkih zbirki poezije. Osim pisanja i slikanja, autorica pjeva i glumi u kazalištu, na filmu i na TV-u.

- Maja Tomas znalački koristi mogućnosti koje joj pruža suvremena tehnika. Kompozicija slika je uravnotežena bez suvišnih detalja, kut promatranja poseban. Prikazi vezani za more odišu jasnoćom. Kamerom istražuje sva njegova stanja od bonace do udara valova o hridine. Prikazuje dodir vodene površine i obale, ali i usamljene otočiće koji pozivaju na maštanje, zapisao je povodom izložbe dr. sc. Stanko Piplović.

- Prvo što me osvojilo je savršen-jak-minimalizam-poezija! I prava, punokrvna likovnost, snažan obrok ljepote dan! Samo naprijed!, kratko, ali snažno rekla je pjesnikinja Dorta Jagić.

- Ponajviše mi je prijemčivo upravo radno, tematski dorađena fotografija "Galebovi". Gotovo mitska scena koja nas tisućljećima osvaja svojom simbolikom, a Maja Tomas nas još jednom podsjeća na Iskon, zaključio je govor o fotografijama pjesnik Sead Begović.
