”Cartoon Springboard”, jedno od ključnih europskih predstavljanja za talente u usponu. Ove godine je prvi put održano u Madridu, od 25 do 28.10. Bila su to tri intenzivna dana seminara, predstavljanja projekata i umrežavanja.

 

Ukupno je 169 ljudi sudjelovalo na ovogodišnjem “Springboardu” iz 24 zemlje. Trideset osam ih je došlo kao predstavnici 26 projekata koji su bili predstavljeni, a 26 stručnjaka iz produkcijskih kuća, emitera i platformi diljem Europe dovedeno je da procijene predstavljanje, daju prijedloge i možda se čak uključe u one koji su im se najviše svidjeli. Nakon svakog predstavljanja projekta, tri nazočna stručnjaka bi izišla na pozornicu i uglavnom u jednakim dijelovima iznosila pohvale, kritike i savjete. Nakon njihova doprinosa, publika – drugi predstavljači i profesionalci – mogli su postavljati svoja pitanja.

 

Više od polovice prijedloga koje su ove godine odabrali organizatori bile su komedije. Također su odabrali osam animiranih projekata koji su stavljali naglasak na grupe i zajednice umjesto na pojedinog heroja. Bilo je, naravno, projekata koji su naginjali avanturi, drami i ozbiljnijim temama, uključujući rasizam, seksualni identitet i orijentaciju, mentalno zdravlje i imigraciju.

”Cartoon Springboard 2022.” također je doživio priljev žena koje su se uključile. Četrdeset i četiri posto prijedloga došlo je od ženskih kreatorica. 42% redateljica su bile žene, što je za Springboard pokazatelj stalne evolucije programa i kako se mlade žene mogu probiti u industrije animacije. Jedna od njih bila je naša redateljica, scenaristica, i animatorica Mihaela Erceg.

 

Ona je predstavila 2D animiranu web seriju “Salty Banana”, koja je oduševila ocjenjivački sud Springboarda. Oni koji prate Mihaelin FB profil znaju da epizode prate skupinu mladih žena iz različitih, često traumatičnih pozadina. Pozivajući se na utjecaje poput “Seinfelda” i “Prijatelja”, humoristična serija prati gotovo sitcom format, pri čemu svaka epizoda predstavlja novi problem neke od djevojaka, koji joj ostale pomažu riješiti. Jedina primjedba Danielle Gallegos iz Tribes Media, Stephana Roelantsa iz Melusine Productions i Fabiana Driehorsta iz Fabian&Fred bila je ta da su im u informacijama o projektu, koje su dobili prije predstavljanja, neki likovi povremeno ispadali previše neosjetljivi. Međutim, nakon što su vidjeli predstavljanje Ercegove, bili su sigurni da će pronaći pravi recept kako bi show uspio.

”Cartoon Springboard”, jedno od ključnih europskih predstavljanja za talente u usponu. Ove godine je prvi put održano u Madridu, od 25 do 28.10. Bila su to tri intenzivna dana seminara, predstavljanja projekata i umrežavanja.

 

Ukupno je 169 ljudi sudjelovalo na ovogodišnjem “Springboardu” iz 24 zemlje. Trideset osam ih je došlo kao predstavnici 26 projekata koji su bili predstavljeni, a 26 stručnjaka iz produkcijskih kuća, emitera i platformi diljem Europe dovedeno je da procijene predstavljanje, daju prijedloge i možda se čak uključe u one koji su im se najviše svidjeli. Nakon svakog predstavljanja projekta, tri nazočna stručnjaka bi izišla na pozornicu i uglavnom u jednakim dijelovima iznosila pohvale, kritike i savjete. Nakon njihova doprinosa, publika – drugi predstavljači i profesionalci – mogli su postavljati svoja pitanja.

 

Više od polovice prijedloga koje su ove godine odabrali organizatori bile su komedije. Također su odabrali osam animiranih projekata koji su stavljali naglasak na grupe i zajednice umjesto na pojedinog heroja. Bilo je, naravno, projekata koji su naginjali avanturi, drami i ozbiljnijim temama, uključujući rasizam, seksualni identitet i orijentaciju, mentalno zdravlje i imigraciju.

”Cartoon Springboard 2022.” također je doživio priljev žena koje su se uključile. Četrdeset i četiri posto prijedloga došlo je od ženskih kreatorica. 42% redateljica su bile žene, što je za Springboard pokazatelj stalne evolucije programa i kako se mlade žene mogu probiti u industrije animacije. Jedna od njih bila je naša redateljica, scenaristica, i animatorica Mihaela Erceg.

 

Ona je predstavila 2D animiranu web seriju “Salty Banana”, koja je oduševila ocjenjivački sud Springboarda. Oni koji prate Mihaelin FB profil znaju da epizode prate skupinu mladih žena iz različitih, često traumatičnih pozadina. Pozivajući se na utjecaje poput “Seinfelda” i “Prijatelja”, humoristična serija prati gotovo sitcom format, pri čemu svaka epizoda predstavlja novi problem neke od djevojaka, koji joj ostale pomažu riješiti. Jedina primjedba Danielle Gallegos iz Tribes Media, Stephana Roelantsa iz Melusine Productions i Fabiana Driehorsta iz Fabian&Fred bila je ta da su im u informacijama o projektu, koje su dobili prije predstavljanja, neki likovi povremeno ispadali previše neosjetljivi. Međutim, nakon što su vidjeli predstavljanje Ercegove, bili su sigurni da će pronaći pravi recept kako bi show uspio.
