Još jedna građevina u Gradu dobila je novo ruho. Naime, završeni su radovi na obnovi kuće u vrtu Franjevačkog samostana Male braće. Potvrdio je to i vikar Samostana, fra Stipe Nosić.

Službeno, radovi su završeni u rujnu 2021., zahtjev za izdavanje uporabne dozvole franjevci su predali 19. listopada, a tehnički pregled obavljen je tek 24. ožujka. Čemu će služiti novoobnovljena kuća te koliki su troškovi radova, Nosić ne otkriva te najavljuje kako će uskoro zazvati medije te im na licu mjesta reći više o samom projektu obnove.

Obnovljena kuća stara je skoro stotinu godinu, izgrađena je 1925. za potrebe proizvodnje voštanih svijeća.

- Kuća je, osim zidova, skoro potpuno nestala u požaru u noći 27. travnja 1983. Od tada, zgrada bez krova stoji već skoro četiri desetljeća, a nestabilnim dijelovima prijeti i ljudima koji se oko nje kreću, pa i djeci koja traže loptu kada im ona s igrališta ispod Minčete dospije u vrt, kazao je Nosić prilikom početka obnove.

Također, tada je rečeno kako će se dio kuće iskoristiti za humanitarne svrhe i kako obnovu financira Samostan. Početak obnove pratilo je i postavljanje teške mehanizacije na Paščari. Grad je tako dubrovačkim franjevcima odobrio postavljanje dizalice za potrebe obnove, a fratri su ugovorili posao sa splitskom firmom 'Spegra d.o.o.'.

Inače, obnova požarom uništenog objekta u samostanskom vrtu zasigurno pridonosi i izgledu samog vrta kojeg franjevci brižno održavaju uzgajajući povrtlarske kulture. Nekad, u tom se vrtu uzgajalo bilje za lijekove jer poznato je da u sklopu franjevačkog samostana i danas djeluje ljekarna, osnovana kad i samostan 1317. godine, jedna od najstarijih u Europi.

Još jedna građevina u Gradu dobila je novo ruho. Naime, završeni su radovi na obnovi kuće u vrtu Franjevačkog samostana Male braće. Potvrdio je to i vikar Samostana, fra Stipe Nosić.

Službeno, radovi su završeni u rujnu 2021., zahtjev za izdavanje uporabne dozvole franjevci su predali 19. listopada, a tehnički pregled obavljen je tek 24. ožujka. Čemu će služiti novoobnovljena kuća te koliki su troškovi radova, Nosić ne otkriva te najavljuje kako će uskoro zazvati medije te im na licu mjesta reći više o samom projektu obnove.

Obnovljena kuća stara je skoro stotinu godinu, izgrađena je 1925. za potrebe proizvodnje voštanih svijeća.

- Kuća je, osim zidova, skoro potpuno nestala u požaru u noći 27. travnja 1983. Od tada, zgrada bez krova stoji već skoro četiri desetljeća, a nestabilnim dijelovima prijeti i ljudima koji se oko nje kreću, pa i djeci koja traže loptu kada im ona s igrališta ispod Minčete dospije u vrt, kazao je Nosić prilikom početka obnove.

Također, tada je rečeno kako će se dio kuće iskoristiti za humanitarne svrhe i kako obnovu financira Samostan. Početak obnove pratilo je i postavljanje teške mehanizacije na Paščari. Grad je tako dubrovačkim franjevcima odobrio postavljanje dizalice za potrebe obnove, a fratri su ugovorili posao sa splitskom firmom 'Spegra d.o.o.'.

Inače, obnova požarom uništenog objekta u samostanskom vrtu zasigurno pridonosi i izgledu samog vrta kojeg franjevci brižno održavaju uzgajajući povrtlarske kulture. Nekad, u tom se vrtu uzgajalo bilje za lijekove jer poznato je da u sklopu franjevačkog samostana i danas djeluje ljekarna, osnovana kad i samostan 1317. godine, jedna od najstarijih u Europi.
