Na današnjoj sjednici, Vlada RH objavljuje mjere protiv trgovaca koji su pod izlikom konverzije u eure podigli cijene.

- Konstatirali smo da su neki, govorim o pojedincima, očito iskoristili konverziju da bi neopravdano podignuli cijene za što ne postoji razlog ni opravdanje. Želim zahvaliti svim subjektima, a to je većina, koja se u skladu s propisima prilagodila i zadržali su cijene proizvoda i usluga.

U procesu smo pristupanju eura bili smo svjesni i upozoravali smo na minimalno povećanje cijena 0,2 do 0,4 posto uslijed konverzije, kao i u drugim zemljama. No, ono čemu svjedočimo u ovim pojedinim slučajevima je nešto drugo – to je neopravdano, čisto profiterstvo, lov u mutnom i tome ćemo se snažno suprostaviti u narednim danima. Osim u Sloveniji, svi imaju višu stopu inflacije od Hrvatske. Naša je zadaća da svim mehanizmima zaštitimo građane. To je smisao eura, drugem najjače valute na svijetu. Država će djelovati prema svima koji neopravdanu dižu cijene. Svi nadležni će pridonijeti tome da se otkriju nepoštene prakse. Državni inspektorat, porezna i carinska uprava, dobit će precizan zadatak da djeluju čim vide nepravilnosti. Pozivamo sve poslovne subjekte da revidiraju cijene i vrate ih kakve su bile na kraju prosinca - poručio je mešđu ostalim premijer Andrej Plenković.

Vlada je potom donijela zaključak o provedbi načela zabrane neopravdanog povećanja cijena, kojim obvezuje nadležne službe na pojačane kontrole cijena i nalaže da se neopravdano dignute cijene vrate na razine od 31. prosinca.

Zaključkom se obvezuju svi poslovni subjekti koji su povisili cijene roba i usluga protivno Zakonu uvođenju eura kao službene valute u RH, da revidiraju maloprodajne cijene svojih roba i usluga sukladno temeljnim načelima pravilima i zakonima i to tako da budu određene najviše do visine maloprodajnih cijena koje su vrijedile na Staru godinu, izvijestio je ministar gospodarstva i održivog razvoja Davor Filipović

Radi praćenja tih zaključaka i radi sprječavanja negativnog učinka na potrošače, zadužuju se Državni inspektorat, porezna i carinska uprava, Ministarstvo mora, prometa i infrastrukture, Ministarstvo zdravstva, Hrvatska narodna banka, HANFA, HROTE i Agencija za obalni i linijski promet, da bez odgode provedu pojačani nadzor poslovnih subjekata.

Također se zadužuje Ministarstvo gospodarstva da intenzivira aktivnosti koje će omogućiti potrošačima praćenje cijena roba i usluga na različitim prodajnim i uslužnim mjestima radi potpunog, pravodobnog i cjelovitog informiranja potrošača.

Ministarstvo poljoprivrede zadužuje se za praćenje kretanje cijena poljoprivrednih i prehrambenih proizvoda.

Glavni državni inspektor Andrija Mikulić na vladinoj je sjednici izvijestio da je u protekla dva dana provedeno 306 nadzora vezanih uz cijene te je utvrđeno 96 prekršaja.

Što se tiče trgovine, kaže kako preliminarni podaci pokazuju da je zabilježen rast cijena od tri do 19 posto i to za čokoladu, pekarske proizvode, pivo, maslac, kiselo vrhnje, toaletni papir, kavu i druge artikle. Utvrdit će se radi li se o neopravdanom povećanju cijena.

U uslužnim djelatnostima, povećanje se kreće od 10 do 80 posto, a turistički inspektori su u 151 nadzoru utvrdili 52 povrede odnosno povećanja cijena, od jedan do deset posto

Na današnjoj sjednici, Vlada RH objavljuje mjere protiv trgovaca koji su pod izlikom konverzije u eure podigli cijene.

- Konstatirali smo da su neki, govorim o pojedincima, očito iskoristili konverziju da bi neopravdano podignuli cijene za što ne postoji razlog ni opravdanje. Želim zahvaliti svim subjektima, a to je većina, koja se u skladu s propisima prilagodila i zadržali su cijene proizvoda i usluga.

U procesu smo pristupanju eura bili smo svjesni i upozoravali smo na minimalno povećanje cijena 0,2 do 0,4 posto uslijed konverzije, kao i u drugim zemljama. No, ono čemu svjedočimo u ovim pojedinim slučajevima je nešto drugo – to je neopravdano, čisto profiterstvo, lov u mutnom i tome ćemo se snažno suprostaviti u narednim danima. Osim u Sloveniji, svi imaju višu stopu inflacije od Hrvatske. Naša je zadaća da svim mehanizmima zaštitimo građane. To je smisao eura, drugem najjače valute na svijetu. Država će djelovati prema svima koji neopravdanu dižu cijene. Svi nadležni će pridonijeti tome da se otkriju nepoštene prakse. Državni inspektorat, porezna i carinska uprava, dobit će precizan zadatak da djeluju čim vide nepravilnosti. Pozivamo sve poslovne subjekte da revidiraju cijene i vrate ih kakve su bile na kraju prosinca - poručio je mešđu ostalim premijer Andrej Plenković.

Vlada je potom donijela zaključak o provedbi načela zabrane neopravdanog povećanja cijena, kojim obvezuje nadležne službe na pojačane kontrole cijena i nalaže da se neopravdano dignute cijene vrate na razine od 31. prosinca.

Zaključkom se obvezuju svi poslovni subjekti koji su povisili cijene roba i usluga protivno Zakonu uvođenju eura kao službene valute u RH, da revidiraju maloprodajne cijene svojih roba i usluga sukladno temeljnim načelima pravilima i zakonima i to tako da budu određene najviše do visine maloprodajnih cijena koje su vrijedile na Staru godinu, izvijestio je ministar gospodarstva i održivog razvoja Davor Filipović

Radi praćenja tih zaključaka i radi sprječavanja negativnog učinka na potrošače, zadužuju se Državni inspektorat, porezna i carinska uprava, Ministarstvo mora, prometa i infrastrukture, Ministarstvo zdravstva, Hrvatska narodna banka, HANFA, HROTE i Agencija za obalni i linijski promet, da bez odgode provedu pojačani nadzor poslovnih subjekata.

Također se zadužuje Ministarstvo gospodarstva da intenzivira aktivnosti koje će omogućiti potrošačima praćenje cijena roba i usluga na različitim prodajnim i uslužnim mjestima radi potpunog, pravodobnog i cjelovitog informiranja potrošača.

Ministarstvo poljoprivrede zadužuje se za praćenje kretanje cijena poljoprivrednih i prehrambenih proizvoda.

Glavni državni inspektor Andrija Mikulić na vladinoj je sjednici izvijestio da je u protekla dva dana provedeno 306 nadzora vezanih uz cijene te je utvrđeno 96 prekršaja.

Što se tiče trgovine, kaže kako preliminarni podaci pokazuju da je zabilježen rast cijena od tri do 19 posto i to za čokoladu, pekarske proizvode, pivo, maslac, kiselo vrhnje, toaletni papir, kavu i druge artikle. Utvrdit će se radi li se o neopravdanom povećanju cijena.

U uslužnim djelatnostima, povećanje se kreće od 10 do 80 posto, a turistički inspektori su u 151 nadzoru utvrdili 52 povrede odnosno povećanja cijena, od jedan do deset posto

Na današnjoj sjednici, Vlada RH objavljuje mjere protiv trgovaca koji su pod izlikom konverzije u eure podigli cijene.

- Konstatirali smo da su neki, govorim o pojedincima, očito iskoristili konverziju da bi neopravdano podignuli cijene za što ne postoji razlog ni opravdanje. Želim zahvaliti svim subjektima, a to je većina, koja se u skladu s propisima prilagodila i zadržali su cijene proizvoda i usluga.

U procesu smo pristupanju eura bili smo svjesni i upozoravali smo na minimalno povećanje cijena 0,2 do 0,4 posto uslijed konverzije, kao i u drugim zemljama. No, ono čemu svjedočimo u ovim pojedinim slučajevima je nešto drugo – to je neopravdano, čisto profiterstvo, lov u mutnom i tome ćemo se snažno suprostaviti u narednim danima. Osim u Sloveniji, svi imaju višu stopu inflacije od Hrvatske. Naša je zadaća da svim mehanizmima zaštitimo građane. To je smisao eura, drugem najjače valute na svijetu. Država će djelovati prema svima koji neopravdanu dižu cijene. Svi nadležni će pridonijeti tome da se otkriju nepoštene prakse. Državni inspektorat, porezna i carinska uprava, dobit će precizan zadatak da djeluju čim vide nepravilnosti. Pozivamo sve poslovne subjekte da revidiraju cijene i vrate ih kakve su bile na kraju prosinca - poručio je mešđu ostalim premijer Andrej Plenković.
