 Pacijenti će više izravno plaćati usluge liječenja, piše u ponedjeljak Jutarnji list, otkrivajući detalje reforme zdravstva koju najavljuje ministar Vili Beroš.
Već do kraja ove godine objedinit će se javna nabava za 23 kategorije proizvoda u bolnicama, revidirat će se lista posebno skupih lijekova i donijeti cjelovita nova regulativa za sve lijekove, HZZO će revidirati sve osiguranike i uskladiti se s Hrvatskim zavodom za zapošljavanje, uvest će se opći sistematski pregledi i propisati pravila za privatni rad liječnika.
Samo ovim mjerama zdravstveni bi proračun ove godine trebao uštedjeti 600 milijuna kuna.
U razdoblju od 2023. do 2026. godine izjednačit će se koeficijenti specijalista na primarnoj i bolničkoj razini, profesionalizirat će se menadžment zdravstvenih ustanova, povećat će se broj liječnika i sestara koji se usavršavaju za primarnu i hitnu medicinu.
Tijekom 2024. doći će do spajanja bolnica, čiji će se broj smanjiti sa 62 na 20, stacionarno liječenje trebalo bi se sniziti za deset posto, ono u dnevnim bolnicama povećati za 20 posto, a prosječan broj dana liječenja smanjit će se sa sadašnjih devet na sedam. U 2025. provodit će se digitalizacija.
Do 2030. godine zdravstveni pokazatelji u Hrvatskoj trebali bi se izjednačiti s onima EU. Obrisi su to tri glavne faze provedbe reforme zdravstva iz prezentacije od 60-ak stranica koja je ovih dana predstavljena ravnateljima većih bolnica, članovima Hrvatske liječničke komore i predstavnicima udruga u zdravstvu, sveukupno 20 stručnjaka koji čine savjetodavno tijelo ministra Vilija Beroša.
- Ustrajni smo da promijenimo sustav, da stabiliziramo financije, kategoriziramo bolnice, da zaposlenici budu zadovoljni. Na reformi se još radi, stalno se dorađuje i u tome sudjeluju svi relevantni dionici iz različitih sektora - kaže ministar.
Da bi se uopće krenulo u reformu tijekom ove godine, nužno je riješiti zakonsku regulativu te bi novi Zakon o zdravstvenoj zaštiti i Zakon o zdravstvenom osiguranju trebali biti gotovi do kraja 2022.
Među glavnim razlozima zbog kojih se kreće u reformu navodi se da Hrvatska izdvaja za zdravstvo tri i pol puta manje od prosjeka EU (930 naspram 3197 eura po stanovniku), da samo trećina stanovnika plaća zdravstveno osiguranje, da imamo 62 bolnice na četiri milijuna stanovnika te da je istodobno rast plaća u zdravstvu od 2016. godine do danas iznosio visokih 40,5 posto, piše novinarka Jutarnjeg lista Ivana Krnić.

 Pacijenti će više izravno plaćati usluge liječenja, piše u ponedjeljak Jutarnji list, otkrivajući detalje reforme zdravstva koju najavljuje ministar Vili Beroš.
Već do kraja ove godine objedinit će se javna nabava za 23 kategorije proizvoda u bolnicama, revidirat će se lista posebno skupih lijekova i donijeti cjelovita nova regulativa za sve lijekove, HZZO će revidirati sve osiguranike i uskladiti se s Hrvatskim zavodom za zapošljavanje, uvest će se opći sistematski pregledi i propisati pravila za privatni rad liječnika.
Samo ovim mjerama zdravstveni bi proračun ove godine trebao uštedjeti 600 milijuna kuna.
U razdoblju od 2023. do 2026. godine izjednačit će se koeficijenti specijalista na primarnoj i bolničkoj razini, profesionalizirat će se menadžment zdravstvenih ustanova, povećat će se broj liječnika i sestara koji se usavršavaju za primarnu i hitnu medicinu.
Tijekom 2024. doći će do spajanja bolnica, čiji će se broj smanjiti sa 62 na 20, stacionarno liječenje trebalo bi se sniziti za deset posto, ono u dnevnim bolnicama povećati za 20 posto, a prosječan broj dana liječenja smanjit će se sa sadašnjih devet na sedam. U 2025. provodit će se digitalizacija.
Do 2030. godine zdravstveni pokazatelji u Hrvatskoj trebali bi se izjednačiti s onima EU. Obrisi su to tri glavne faze provedbe reforme zdravstva iz prezentacije od 60-ak stranica koja je ovih dana predstavljena ravnateljima većih bolnica, članovima Hrvatske liječničke komore i predstavnicima udruga u zdravstvu, sveukupno 20 stručnjaka koji čine savjetodavno tijelo ministra Vilija Beroša.
- Ustrajni smo da promijenimo sustav, da stabiliziramo financije, kategoriziramo bolnice, da zaposlenici budu zadovoljni. Na reformi se još radi, stalno se dorađuje i u tome sudjeluju svi relevantni dionici iz različitih sektora - kaže ministar.
Da bi se uopće krenulo u reformu tijekom ove godine, nužno je riješiti zakonsku regulativu te bi novi Zakon o zdravstvenoj zaštiti i Zakon o zdravstvenom osiguranju trebali biti gotovi do kraja 2022.
Među glavnim razlozima zbog kojih se kreće u reformu navodi se da Hrvatska izdvaja za zdravstvo tri i pol puta manje od prosjeka EU (930 naspram 3197 eura po stanovniku), da samo trećina stanovnika plaća zdravstveno osiguranje, da imamo 62 bolnice na četiri milijuna stanovnika te da je istodobno rast plaća u zdravstvu od 2016. godine do danas iznosio visokih 40,5 posto, piše novinarka Jutarnjeg lista Ivana Krnić.

Reforma zdravstva - pacijenti će više izravno plaćati usluge liječenja

 Pacijenti će više izravno plaćati usluge liječenja, piše u ponedjeljak Jutarnji list, otkrivajući detalje reforme zdravstva koju najavljuje ministar Vili Beroš.
Već do kraja ove godine objedinit će se javna nabava za 23 kategorije proizvoda u bolnicama, revidirat će se lista posebno skupih lijekova i donijeti cjelovita nova regulativa za sve lijekove, HZZO će revidirati sve osiguranike i uskladiti se s Hrvatskim zavodom za zapošljavanje, uvest će se opći sistematski pregledi i propisati pravila za privatni rad liječnika.
Samo ovim mjerama zdravstveni bi proračun ove godine trebao uštedjeti 600 milijuna kuna.
U razdoblju od 2023. do 2026. godine izjednačit će se koeficijenti specijalista na primarnoj i bolničkoj razini, profesionalizirat će se menadžment zdravstvenih ustanova, povećat će se broj liječnika i sestara koji se usavršavaju za primarnu i hitnu medicinu.
Tijekom 2024. doći će do spajanja bolnica, čiji će se broj smanjiti sa 62 na 20, stacionarno liječenje trebalo bi se sniziti za deset posto, ono u dnevnim bolnicama povećati za 20 posto, a prosječan broj dana liječenja smanjit će se sa sadašnjih devet na sedam. U 2025. provodit će se digitalizacija.
Do 2030. godine zdravstveni pokazatelji u Hrvatskoj trebali bi se izjednačiti s onima EU. Obrisi su to tri glavne faze provedbe reforme zdravstva iz prezentacije od 60-ak stranica koja je ovih dana predstavljena ravnateljima većih bolnica, članovima Hrvatske liječničke komore i predstavnicima udruga u zdravstvu, sveukupno 20 stručnjaka koji čine savjetodavno tijelo ministra Vilija Beroša.
- Ustrajni smo da promijenimo sustav, da stabiliziramo financije, kategoriziramo bolnice, da zaposlenici budu zadovoljni. Na reformi se još radi, stalno se dorađuje i u tome sudjeluju svi relevantni dionici iz različitih sektora - kaže ministar.
Da bi se uopće krenulo u reformu tijekom ove godine, nužno je riješiti zakonsku regulativu te bi novi Zakon o zdravstvenoj zaštiti i Zakon o zdravstvenom osiguranju trebali biti gotovi do kraja 2022.
Među glavnim razlozima zbog kojih se kreće u reformu navodi se da Hrvatska izdvaja za zdravstvo tri i pol puta manje od prosjeka EU (930 naspram 3197 eura po stanovniku), da samo trećina stanovnika plaća zdravstveno osiguranje, da imamo 62 bolnice na četiri milijuna stanovnika te da je istodobno rast plaća u zdravstvu od 2016. godine do danas iznosio visokih 40,5 posto, piše novinarka Jutarnjeg lista Ivana Krnić.
