Beograd na Vodi jedna je od najskupljih lokacija za život u Srbiji, te je zanimljivo vidjeti kako zapravo izgleda unutrašnjost tih stanova. U svemu se posebno izdvaja jedna nekretnina koja košta više od milijun eura, piše Zadovoljna.rs, a prenosi avaz.ba.

Snimka ovog luksuznog stana kruži društvenom mrežom X jer pokazuje nevjerojatno skupe detalje.

Kako se navodi u snimci, stan je potpuno oguljen nakon završetka gradnje kako bi svaki detalj bio najveće moguće kvalitete. Kupatilo je cijelo u mramoru, tu su skupocjene sanitarije, ali najveći hit je četka za WC školjku, koja košta 700 eura.

Beograd na Vodi jedna je od najskupljih lokacija za život u Srbiji, te je zanimljivo vidjeti kako zapravo izgleda unutrašnjost tih stanova. U svemu se posebno izdvaja jedna nekretnina koja košta više od milijun eura, piše Zadovoljna.rs, a prenosi avaz.ba.

Snimka ovog luksuznog stana kruži društvenom mrežom X jer pokazuje nevjerojatno skupe detalje.

Kako se navodi u snimci, stan je potpuno oguljen nakon završetka gradnje kako bi svaki detalj bio najveće moguće kvalitete. Kupatilo je cijelo u mramoru, tu su skupocjene sanitarije, ali najveći hit je četka za WC školjku, koja košta 700 eura.

Beograd na Vodi jedna je od najskupljih lokacija za život u Srbiji, te je zanimljivo vidjeti kako zapravo izgleda unutrašnjost tih stanova. U svemu se posebno izdvaja jedna nekretnina koja košta više od milijun eura, piše Zadovoljna.rs, a prenosi avaz.ba.

Snimka ovog luksuznog stana kruži društvenom mrežom X jer pokazuje nevjerojatno skupe detalje.

Kako se navodi u snimci, stan je potpuno oguljen nakon završetka gradnje kako bi svaki detalj bio najveće moguće kvalitete. Kupatilo je cijelo u mramoru, tu su skupocjene sanitarije, ali najveći hit je četka za WC školjku, koja košta 700 eura.

U stanu je, navodno, promijenjen svaki kabel i osigurač i ugrađen najmoderniji "smart home sustav".

Radijatori su posebna priča – više djeluju kao zidna dekoracija nego kao grijaće tijelo, ali zato koštaju 3.000 eura komad.

Stan je pokriven najkvalitetnijim talijanskim parketom od orahovog drva čija cijena iznosi 260 eura po kvadratu.

Efektna kuhinja od crnog mramora je zvijezda ovog stana u Beogradu na Vodi.

Stan ima podno grijanje svugdje, čak i na terasama, odakle se pruža pogled na Savu.

Ovaj stan se nalazi u zgradi BW Teracess, koja ima bazen i teretanu, piše avaz.ba.
