Što hrvatskim građanima i gospodarstvu znači ulazak u Schengen je, u Dnevniku HRT-a, pojasnio ministar Davor Božinović. Istaknuo je kako naše istočne granice već funkcioniraju po schengenskom režimu, piše Slobodna.

- Vidljive promjene ulaskom Hrvatske u Schengen će se osjetiti samo na našim zapadnim granicama koje odlaze u povijest. Što se tiče istočnih granica tu se neće ništa mijenjati jer se schengenski zakon primjenjuje dugi niz godina, a to i je bio jedan od uvjeta koji smo ispunili da bi Hrvatska ušla u Schengen, rekao je potpredsjednik Vlade i ministar unutarnjih poslova.

Iznešeno je kako čekamo uvođenje dvaju vrlo važnih grana sustava; Entry-Exita i ETIAS-a.

- To su sustavi koji se uvode na razini Europske Unije, što se tiče razloga za njihovo uvođenje on je prije svega sigurnosni, da bi se kontrolirao ne samo ulazak nego i boravak ljudi koji dolaze na teritorij schengenski zemalja, a sve to u svrhu da se ne moraju uvoditi te interne granične kontrole. Entry-Exit praktički znači uzimanje biometrije, ali i povezivanje sa schengenskim kalkulatorom. Dakle netko za koga se na granici, a stariji je od 18 i do 70 godina, provuče se kroz taj sustav, prati se da on ne boravi više od 90 dana u 180 dana koliko mu vrijedi schengenska viza, istaknuo je Božinović.

Što se tiče granice s Bosnom i Hercegovinom, s kojom Imamo vrlo dugu i zemljopisno zahtjevnu granicu, ministar je rekao: 

- Hrvatska je jedna od manjih država članica, sada ima najdulju vanjsku granicu Europske unije, od 1. siječnja schengensku granicu. Naravno da je to zahtjevno kada vidite i konfiguraciju terena, ne samo dužinu. Vidimo da je Hrvatska izložena i migrantskim rutama, zbog toga i jesmo uložili značajna sredstva u opremanje granice s raznim tehničkim sustavima, neke smo i sami da tako kažem izmislili odnosno naši granični policajci su dali određene zahtjeve u smislu termovizijskih mobilnih kamara, imamo statične. Međutim taj proces usavršavanja i tehničkog opremanja nikad neće stati s obzira da smo mi tu gdje jesmo. Bez EU fondova to ne bi bilo moguće, mi smo povukli do sada oko 220 milijuna eura. Za sljedeće financijsko razdoblje je predviđeno 250 milijuna eura. S tim da kod tih 220 mi smo naslijedili nekih 85 milijuna, sve ovo drugo je bilo nešto za što smo se sami izborili unutar Europe. 

Ulaskom u Schengen postajemo čuvari vanjskih granice Europske unije u vrijeme ilegalnih migracija. 

- Samim ulaskom smo rekli i Komisija i članice da već u prvoj godini ćemo imati dodatnu evaluaciju po svim segmentima. To je nešto normalno, to prolaze sve države članice i u tom smislu mi ne očekujemo ništa osim da samo napredujemo i da unapređujemo svoju praksu jer činjenica je da je praksa Hrvatske u posljednjih nekoliko godina u bitnome odredila i politiku Europske Unije. Mi smo zemlja koja je i dosad utjecala i sada kao punopravna članica Schengena itekako će se naš utjecaj europsku politiku pojačati, kazao je Božinović.

Sa Slovenijom imamo neriješeno granično pitanje.

- Od kada se spominjala reakcija Slovenije, a to je da je najveći korisnik hrvatskog ulaska u Schengen zapravo Slovenija. Sve ono što će raditi naši granični policajci na schengenskim granicama prema trećim zemljama to neće morati raditi policijski službenici Slovenije. Ako uzmete samo to onda vam je jasno koji je slovenski interes da Hrvatska uđe u Schengen, rekao je ministar. 

Trebalo je ispuniti veliki broj uvjeta, ali trebalo je i ove godine lomiti određene političke otpore, tu se Nizozemska pokazala kao najtvrđi orah. 

- Nije se Nizozemska ovdje samo pokazala znamo i kada smo ulazili u Europsku Uniju, uvijek postoji taj krug zemalja koje se malo zahtjevnije, zaključio je Božinović.

Što hrvatskim građanima i gospodarstvu znači ulazak u Schengen je, u Dnevniku HRT-a, pojasnio ministar Davor Božinović. Istaknuo je kako naše istočne granice već funkcioniraju po schengenskom režimu, piše Slobodna.

- Vidljive promjene ulaskom Hrvatske u Schengen će se osjetiti samo na našim zapadnim granicama koje odlaze u povijest. Što se tiče istočnih granica tu se neće ništa mijenjati jer se schengenski zakon primjenjuje dugi niz godina, a to i je bio jedan od uvjeta koji smo ispunili da bi Hrvatska ušla u Schengen, rekao je potpredsjednik Vlade i ministar unutarnjih poslova.

Iznešeno je kako čekamo uvođenje dvaju vrlo važnih grana sustava; Entry-Exita i ETIAS-a.

- To su sustavi koji se uvode na razini Europske Unije, što se tiče razloga za njihovo uvođenje on je prije svega sigurnosni, da bi se kontrolirao ne samo ulazak nego i boravak ljudi koji dolaze na teritorij schengenski zemalja, a sve to u svrhu da se ne moraju uvoditi te interne granične kontrole. Entry-Exit praktički znači uzimanje biometrije, ali i povezivanje sa schengenskim kalkulatorom. Dakle netko za koga se na granici, a stariji je od 18 i do 70 godina, provuče se kroz taj sustav, prati se da on ne boravi više od 90 dana u 180 dana koliko mu vrijedi schengenska viza, istaknuo je Božinović.

Što se tiče granice s Bosnom i Hercegovinom, s kojom Imamo vrlo dugu i zemljopisno zahtjevnu granicu, ministar je rekao: 

- Hrvatska je jedna od manjih država članica, sada ima najdulju vanjsku granicu Europske unije, od 1. siječnja schengensku granicu. Naravno da je to zahtjevno kada vidite i konfiguraciju terena, ne samo dužinu. Vidimo da je Hrvatska izložena i migrantskim rutama, zbog toga i jesmo uložili značajna sredstva u opremanje granice s raznim tehničkim sustavima, neke smo i sami da tako kažem izmislili odnosno naši granični policajci su dali određene zahtjeve u smislu termovizijskih mobilnih kamara, imamo statične. Međutim taj proces usavršavanja i tehničkog opremanja nikad neće stati s obzira da smo mi tu gdje jesmo. Bez EU fondova to ne bi bilo moguće, mi smo povukli do sada oko 220 milijuna eura. Za sljedeće financijsko razdoblje je predviđeno 250 milijuna eura. S tim da kod tih 220 mi smo naslijedili nekih 85 milijuna, sve ovo drugo je bilo nešto za što smo se sami izborili unutar Europe. 

Ulaskom u Schengen postajemo čuvari vanjskih granice Europske unije u vrijeme ilegalnih migracija. 

- Samim ulaskom smo rekli i Komisija i članice da već u prvoj godini ćemo imati dodatnu evaluaciju po svim segmentima. To je nešto normalno, to prolaze sve države članice i u tom smislu mi ne očekujemo ništa osim da samo napredujemo i da unapređujemo svoju praksu jer činjenica je da je praksa Hrvatske u posljednjih nekoliko godina u bitnome odredila i politiku Europske Unije. Mi smo zemlja koja je i dosad utjecala i sada kao punopravna članica Schengena itekako će se naš utjecaj europsku politiku pojačati, kazao je Božinović.

Sa Slovenijom imamo neriješeno granično pitanje.

- Od kada se spominjala reakcija Slovenije, a to je da je najveći korisnik hrvatskog ulaska u Schengen zapravo Slovenija. Sve ono što će raditi naši granični policajci na schengenskim granicama prema trećim zemljama to neće morati raditi policijski službenici Slovenije. Ako uzmete samo to onda vam je jasno koji je slovenski interes da Hrvatska uđe u Schengen, rekao je ministar. 

Trebalo je ispuniti veliki broj uvjeta, ali trebalo je i ove godine lomiti određene političke otpore, tu se Nizozemska pokazala kao najtvrđi orah. 

- Nije se Nizozemska ovdje samo pokazala znamo i kada smo ulazili u Europsku Uniju, uvijek postoji taj krug zemalja koje se malo zahtjevnije, zaključio je Božinović.
