Danas je na ponovljenom suđenju Saneli Hadžić, optuženoj za pomaganje nakon počinjenja razbojništva na platou Zračne luke Dubrovnik u Čilipima, Županijski sud nepravomoćnom presudom donio rješenje prema kojem se sarajevska kućanica oslobađa optužbi.

Podsjetimo, do ponpovljene je rasprave došlo nakon presude Vrhovnog suda Republike Hrvatske koji je potpuno odbio žalbe dubrovačkog Županijskog državnog odvjetništva, te potvrdio vremensku kaznu Antunu Katušiću od tri godine i dva mjeseca zatvora. Istodobno, predmet je vraćen na ponovno suđenje drugookrivljenoj Sarajki. Naime, žalbu koju je uložio njezin branitelj po službenoj dužnosti, odvjetnik Srđ Jakšić, Vrhovni sud RH je kao drugostupanjski prihvatio te ju je danas dubrovački Županijski sud na ponovljenom suđenju oslobodio, zaključivši kako ni u promijenjenoj optužnici koja je bitno manje tereti, nema dokaza da je pomagala počiniteljima razbojništva nakon počinjenja kaznenog djela.

Također, zakljjučeno je kako nema dokaza ni da je razbojništvo 21. listopada 2019. godine počinjeno s pištoljima koji su prilikom uhićenja u jednom dubrovačkom hostelu kod nje pronađeni.

Danas je na ponovljenom suđenju Saneli Hadžić, optuženoj za pomaganje nakon počinjenja razbojništva na platou Zračne luke Dubrovnik u Čilipima, Županijski sud nepravomoćnom presudom donio rješenje prema kojem se sarajevska kućanica oslobađa optužbi.

Podsjetimo, do ponpovljene je rasprave došlo nakon presude Vrhovnog suda Republike Hrvatske koji je potpuno odbio žalbe dubrovačkog Županijskog državnog odvjetništva, te potvrdio vremensku kaznu Antunu Katušiću od tri godine i dva mjeseca zatvora. Istodobno, predmet je vraćen na ponovno suđenje drugookrivljenoj Sarajki. Naime, žalbu koju je uložio njezin branitelj po službenoj dužnosti, odvjetnik Srđ Jakšić, Vrhovni sud RH je kao drugostupanjski prihvatio te ju je danas dubrovački Županijski sud na ponovljenom suđenju oslobodio, zaključivši kako ni u promijenjenoj optužnici koja je bitno manje tereti, nema dokaza da je pomagala počiniteljima razbojništva nakon počinjenja kaznenog djela.

Također, zakljjučeno je kako nema dokaza ni da je razbojništvo 21. listopada 2019. godine počinjeno s pištoljima koji su prilikom uhićenja u jednom dubrovačkom hostelu kod nje pronađeni.
