Neformalna većina u Gradskom vijeću, koju čini osam HDZ-ovih zastupnika i tri nezavisna, prihvatila je sinjski proračun koji je predložila gradonačelnica Kristina Križanac.
Ukupan planirani iznos u sinjskoj blagajni tijekom predstojeće godine bit će 109,2 milijuna kuna. Od toga se 96,3 milijuna kuna odnosi na očekivane porezne i druge prihode, dok iznos od 12,8 milijuna kuna predstavljaju neutrošena sredstva iz ove godine, koja se tako prenose za potrošnju u idućoj.
Rasprava o prijedlogu proračuna počela je priopćenjima nekoliko dana prije sjednice Vijeća. Velike zamjerke na temeljni financijski plan koji se našao pred njima iznijeli su vijećnici Nezavisne liste dr. Stipislava Jadrijevića i gradska organizacija SDP-a, koja ima jednog vijećnika.
Proračun nisu podržali ni trojica Mostovih lokalnih zastupnika. Kritike su ipak bile puno manjeg intenziteta nego pri donošenju prijašnjih financijskih dokumenata, a dojam je da ni oponenti koji su se verbalno protivili prijedlogu gradonačelnice nisu bili skloni rušiti proračun.
Svi su se, zapravo, prešutno suglasili da ovaj saziv Gradskog vijeća sa sinjskom čelnicom Kristinom Križanac nastavi broditi do svibnja 2021. godine, kada će se održati redovni lokalni izbori. Predsjednik Mostova vijećničkog kluba Miro Bulj tijekom rasprave najavio je "popravak" predloženog proračuna s 18 pripremljenih amandmana.
Poslije svega, predstavnici te političke opcije odustali su od podnošenja amandmana uz obrazloženje da će ih ugraditi u proračun u lipnju iduće godine, čime su, zapravo, poslali poruku da će tada oni biti gradska vlast. U takvim okolnostima neformalna većina značajno je prekrojila prijedlog gradonačelnice.
HDZ-ov vijećnički klub podnio je šest amandmana, kojima je za gotovo 10 milijuna kuna umanjio ili potpuno izbrisao stavke iz prijedloga gradonačelnice i rasporedio ih na sasvim druge namjene. Nezavisni vijećnici Joško Kontić i Ante Šušnjara "oškrnuli" su od istog prijedloga 1,2 milijuna kuna namijenjenih gradnji štale na hipodromu i prenamijenili taj iznos za naknadu roditeljima novorođenčadi.
Nezavisni Žarko Delić amandmanom je za 100 tisuća kuna umanjio sredstva za otkup zemljišta za parkiralište kod Doma zdravlja i preusmjerio ih za uređenje crkve u Karakašici. Gradonačečlnica je prihvatila samo taj "popravak", dok su ostali amandmani HDZ-a i nezavisnih Kontića i Šušnjare prošli uz potporu neformalne većine, ali i Mostovih vijećnika.
Dvojica nazočnih vijećnika s liste dr. Jadrijevića napustila su sjednicu prije podnošenja amandmana. Na kraju su za prijedlog proračuna izmijenjen amandmanima glasovali HDZ-ovci i nezavisni Kontić, Šušnjara i Delić, dok su trojica mostovaca i jedini SDP-ovac bili protiv.

Neformalna većina u Gradskom vijeću, koju čini osam HDZ-ovih zastupnika i tri nezavisna, prihvatila je sinjski proračun koji je predložila gradonačelnica Kristina Križanac.
Ukupan planirani iznos u sinjskoj blagajni tijekom predstojeće godine bit će 109,2 milijuna kuna. Od toga se 96,3 milijuna kuna odnosi na očekivane porezne i druge prihode, dok iznos od 12,8 milijuna kuna predstavljaju neutrošena sredstva iz ove godine, koja se tako prenose za potrošnju u idućoj.
Rasprava o prijedlogu proračuna počela je priopćenjima nekoliko dana prije sjednice Vijeća. Velike zamjerke na temeljni financijski plan koji se našao pred njima iznijeli su vijećnici Nezavisne liste dr. Stipislava Jadrijevića i gradska organizacija SDP-a, koja ima jednog vijećnika.
Proračun nisu podržali ni trojica Mostovih lokalnih zastupnika. Kritike su ipak bile puno manjeg intenziteta nego pri donošenju prijašnjih financijskih dokumenata, a dojam je da ni oponenti koji su se verbalno protivili prijedlogu gradonačelnice nisu bili skloni rušiti proračun.
Svi su se, zapravo, prešutno suglasili da ovaj saziv Gradskog vijeća sa sinjskom čelnicom Kristinom Križanac nastavi broditi do svibnja 2021. godine, kada će se održati redovni lokalni izbori. Predsjednik Mostova vijećničkog kluba Miro Bulj tijekom rasprave najavio je "popravak" predloženog proračuna s 18 pripremljenih amandmana.
Poslije svega, predstavnici te političke opcije odustali su od podnošenja amandmana uz obrazloženje da će ih ugraditi u proračun u lipnju iduće godine, čime su, zapravo, poslali poruku da će tada oni biti gradska vlast. U takvim okolnostima neformalna većina značajno je prekrojila prijedlog gradonačelnice.
HDZ-ov vijećnički klub podnio je šest amandmana, kojima je za gotovo 10 milijuna kuna umanjio ili potpuno izbrisao stavke iz prijedloga gradonačelnice i rasporedio ih na sasvim druge namjene. Nezavisni vijećnici Joško Kontić i Ante Šušnjara "oškrnuli" su od istog prijedloga 1,2 milijuna kuna namijenjenih gradnji štale na hipodromu i prenamijenili taj iznos za naknadu roditeljima novorođenčadi.
Nezavisni Žarko Delić amandmanom je za 100 tisuća kuna umanjio sredstva za otkup zemljišta za parkiralište kod Doma zdravlja i preusmjerio ih za uređenje crkve u Karakašici. Gradonačečlnica je prihvatila samo taj "popravak", dok su ostali amandmani HDZ-a i nezavisnih Kontića i Šušnjare prošli uz potporu neformalne većine, ali i Mostovih vijećnika.
Dvojica nazočnih vijećnika s liste dr. Jadrijevića napustila su sjednicu prije podnošenja amandmana. Na kraju su za prijedlog proračuna izmijenjen amandmanima glasovali HDZ-ovci i nezavisni Kontić, Šušnjara i Delić, dok su trojica mostovaca i jedini SDP-ovac bili protiv.
