Uz konačnu presudu Suda u Haagu za balkanskoga krvnika Ratka Mladića, valja se prisjetiti da mu Međunarodni kazneni sud za bivšu Jugoslaviju nije sudio za cijeli niz zločina koje je taj oficir posrbljene JNA počinio na području Hrvatske.

Svoj krvavi pir, koji će se odvijati u Hrvatskoj i Bosni i Hercegovini, Ratko Mladić počeo je na području Dalmacije. Taj pukovnik JNA službovao je na Kosovu, a u Knin je, na dužnost načelnika štaba 9. korpusa, došao u lipnju 1991. godine. Ubrzo nakon što je izveo niz monstruoznih ratnih zločina, preuzeo je zapovjedništvo nad 9. korpusom.

Najveći krimen kojim su Mladića teretili na Sudu u Haagu bio je genocid u Srebrenici. Međunarodna zajednica nije smatrala potrebnim podebljati optužnicu protiv Ratka Mladića, koji je idejni začetnik jednog puno većeg genocida u pokušaju, miniranja brane Peruća, zlodjela koje je bilo izravna prijetnja životima najmanje 20 tisuća civilnih građana u nizvodnom porječju Cetine.

Kao pukovnik JNA na dužnosti načelnika štaba Kninskog korpusa, Mladić je 25. kolovoza 1991. godine, u ranim jutarnjim satima, pokrenuo ratni stroj iz Knina i napao Kijevo i cijeli vrlički kraj. Dan poslije zaustavio se na granici sela Otišića, u kojemu je bio centar velikosrpske pobune u cetinskom kraju, i susjednog Maljkova, nastanjenog Hrvatima.

Dvadesetak dana nakon toga, 16. rujna, Mladić je ponovno pokrenuo tenkove i drugo topništvo i dan poslije okupirao sva sjeverozapadna naselja bivše općine Sinj, uključujući veći dio Hrvaca na desnoj i Rumina na lijevoj obali rijeke Cetine, obuhvaćajući i branu Peruću i istoimenu hidroelektranu.

"Ako mi bude nešto zatrebalo, ja ću vama narediti. Ja vas neću moliti. Vi morate moliti mene jer ja diktiram uvjete, držim Dalmaciju u blokadi", kazao je bahati Mladić predstavnicima hrvatskih vlasti na pregovorima u Hrvacama 26. rujna 1991. godine. Na tim pregovorima Mladić je, izražavajući patološku zluradost, zaprijetio miniranjem brane Peruća.

U kameru je izjavio: "Ja sam vam rekao da je brana minirana. A vi znate da sam ja vojnik. Ja kad vučem poteze, vučem poteze koji nešto znače, da matiraju protivnika. Vi znate da je miniran i Maslenički most. I to vi znate da sam ja lično uradio sa svojim ljudima i proverio. Što ja uradim, znate da je efikasno i kvalitetno. I u to ne treba sumnjati. Da su potezi vrhunski izvedeni, energično i odlučno, i da ja zato diktiram situaciju u Dalmaciji. Kninski korpus, a ne ja. A ja u ime Kninskog korpusa."

Prijetnja zločinca Mladića ostvarena je 28. siječnja 1993. godine. Toga dana, u 10.52, velikosrpski agresori aktivirali su 30 tona TNT eksploziva postavljenog u kontrolnu galeriju brane u namjeri da je sruše i nizvodno izazovu nezabilježeni ekocid, odnosno vodni val od 500 milijuna kubika vode, od kojega bi smrtno stradalo najmanje 20 tisuća civilnih stanovnika.

Ubijao civile

Samo zahvaljujući činjenici da je u trenutku srpskog aktiviranja eksploziva visina vodostaja u jezeru bila oko pet metara niža od maksimalne, te brzoj reakciji hrvatske strane u spašavanju teško oštećene brane, do planiranog ekocida i genocida nije došlo.

Ratko Mladić je, predvodeći krajem ljeta i u jesen 1991. godine velikosrpsku agresiju na Dalmaciju, ratne zločine činio od Kijeva, Vrlike i sinjskog zaleđa do Zadra i zadarskog zaleđa, Škabrnje, Drniša, Šibenika... Taj siledžija, kojega su hrvatski pregovarači opisivali kao prgavog, tvrdoglavog, bahatog i samoljubivog, koji je uživio u samozvanoj ulozi gospodara života i smrti na području Dalmacije, iživljavao se i liječio svoje komplekse i frustracije ubijajući civile, kao u Škabrnji, ratne zarobljenike, kao na Alebića kuli kod Hrvaca, ili nemoćnu starčad koja je ostala u okupiranim hrvatskim naseljima.

Mladićev teror u Hrvatskoj trajao je do svibnja 1992. godine, kada odlazi na područje Bosne i Hercegovine, gdje tih dana Skupština bosanskih Srba donosi odluku o stvaranju Vojske Republike Srpske, a Mladića imenuju njezinim zapovjednikom, na kojem položaju ostaje sve do prosinca 1996. godine.

Danas, kad je u Haagu izrečena presuda, Mladić je zapravo beznačajan ishlapjeli starac koji je na najbestijalniji način pokušao i dijelom ostvario velikosrpski san. On će biti osuđen za počinjene zločine, ali rezultat njegovih zlodjela, koji se svodi na više od polovine prostora Bosne i Hercegovine znanog kao Republika Srpska, ostaje stvarnost.

Kada se tomu dodaju hvalospjevi srpskih političara "junaku Mladiću", i poslije presude iz Haaga ostaju ozbiljni razlozi za zabrinutost.

Uz konačnu presudu Suda u Haagu za balkanskoga krvnika Ratka Mladića, valja se prisjetiti da mu Međunarodni kazneni sud za bivšu Jugoslaviju nije sudio za cijeli niz zločina koje je taj oficir posrbljene JNA počinio na području Hrvatske.

Svoj krvavi pir, koji će se odvijati u Hrvatskoj i Bosni i Hercegovini, Ratko Mladić počeo je na području Dalmacije. Taj pukovnik JNA službovao je na Kosovu, a u Knin je, na dužnost načelnika štaba 9. korpusa, došao u lipnju 1991. godine. Ubrzo nakon što je izveo niz monstruoznih ratnih zločina, preuzeo je zapovjedništvo nad 9. korpusom.

Najveći krimen kojim su Mladića teretili na Sudu u Haagu bio je genocid u Srebrenici. Međunarodna zajednica nije smatrala potrebnim podebljati optužnicu protiv Ratka Mladića, koji je idejni začetnik jednog puno većeg genocida u pokušaju, miniranja brane Peruća, zlodjela koje je bilo izravna prijetnja životima najmanje 20 tisuća civilnih građana u nizvodnom porječju Cetine.

Kao pukovnik JNA na dužnosti načelnika štaba Kninskog korpusa, Mladić je 25. kolovoza 1991. godine, u ranim jutarnjim satima, pokrenuo ratni stroj iz Knina i napao Kijevo i cijeli vrlički kraj. Dan poslije zaustavio se na granici sela Otišića, u kojemu je bio centar velikosrpske pobune u cetinskom kraju, i susjednog Maljkova, nastanjenog Hrvatima.

Dvadesetak dana nakon toga, 16. rujna, Mladić je ponovno pokrenuo tenkove i drugo topništvo i dan poslije okupirao sva sjeverozapadna naselja bivše općine Sinj, uključujući veći dio Hrvaca na desnoj i Rumina na lijevoj obali rijeke Cetine, obuhvaćajući i branu Peruću i istoimenu hidroelektranu.

"Ako mi bude nešto zatrebalo, ja ću vama narediti. Ja vas neću moliti. Vi morate moliti mene jer ja diktiram uvjete, držim Dalmaciju u blokadi", kazao je bahati Mladić predstavnicima hrvatskih vlasti na pregovorima u Hrvacama 26. rujna 1991. godine. Na tim pregovorima Mladić je, izražavajući patološku zluradost, zaprijetio miniranjem brane Peruća.

U kameru je izjavio: "Ja sam vam rekao da je brana minirana. A vi znate da sam ja vojnik. Ja kad vučem poteze, vučem poteze koji nešto znače, da matiraju protivnika. Vi znate da je miniran i Maslenički most. I to vi znate da sam ja lično uradio sa svojim ljudima i proverio. Što ja uradim, znate da je efikasno i kvalitetno. I u to ne treba sumnjati. Da su potezi vrhunski izvedeni, energično i odlučno, i da ja zato diktiram situaciju u Dalmaciji. Kninski korpus, a ne ja. A ja u ime Kninskog korpusa."

Prijetnja zločinca Mladića ostvarena je 28. siječnja 1993. godine. Toga dana, u 10.52, velikosrpski agresori aktivirali su 30 tona TNT eksploziva postavljenog u kontrolnu galeriju brane u namjeri da je sruše i nizvodno izazovu nezabilježeni ekocid, odnosno vodni val od 500 milijuna kubika vode, od kojega bi smrtno stradalo najmanje 20 tisuća civilnih stanovnika.

Ubijao civile

Samo zahvaljujući činjenici da je u trenutku srpskog aktiviranja eksploziva visina vodostaja u jezeru bila oko pet metara niža od maksimalne, te brzoj reakciji hrvatske strane u spašavanju teško oštećene brane, do planiranog ekocida i genocida nije došlo.

Ratko Mladić je, predvodeći krajem ljeta i u jesen 1991. godine velikosrpsku agresiju na Dalmaciju, ratne zločine činio od Kijeva, Vrlike i sinjskog zaleđa do Zadra i zadarskog zaleđa, Škabrnje, Drniša, Šibenika... Taj siledžija, kojega su hrvatski pregovarači opisivali kao prgavog, tvrdoglavog, bahatog i samoljubivog, koji je uživio u samozvanoj ulozi gospodara života i smrti na području Dalmacije, iživljavao se i liječio svoje komplekse i frustracije ubijajući civile, kao u Škabrnji, ratne zarobljenike, kao na Alebića kuli kod Hrvaca, ili nemoćnu starčad koja je ostala u okupiranim hrvatskim naseljima.

Mladićev teror u Hrvatskoj trajao je do svibnja 1992. godine, kada odlazi na područje Bosne i Hercegovine, gdje tih dana Skupština bosanskih Srba donosi odluku o stvaranju Vojske Republike Srpske, a Mladića imenuju njezinim zapovjednikom, na kojem položaju ostaje sve do prosinca 1996. godine.

Danas, kad je u Haagu izrečena presuda, Mladić je zapravo beznačajan ishlapjeli starac koji je na najbestijalniji način pokušao i dijelom ostvario velikosrpski san. On će biti osuđen za počinjene zločine, ali rezultat njegovih zlodjela, koji se svodi na više od polovine prostora Bosne i Hercegovine znanog kao Republika Srpska, ostaje stvarnost.

Kada se tomu dodaju hvalospjevi srpskih političara "junaku Mladiću", i poslije presude iz Haaga ostaju ozbiljni razlozi za zabrinutost.
