Najava s početka 2021. godine, u jeku pandemije koronavirusa, kako će prvi novodobni zrakoplov u Hrvatskoj, ultralaku letjelicu za dvoje, graditi Brazilac, i to u Primorskom Docu, sada dobiva i građevinske obrise.
Naime, u Gospodarskoj zoni u maloj općini na zapadnom, zagorskom dijelu Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, počeli su pripremni radovi uoči izgradnje prostora gdje će se sutra "slagati" letjelica koja se može kao hidroavion spustiti i na morsku površinu, ali i na tratinu, te zaleđenu snježnu površinu, uz klasično slijetanje na pistu.
Projekt je to Andresa Viniciusa Alvaresa, 39-godišnjaka iz brazilskoga velegrada Sao Paula, koji je odlučio izgraditi hangar za proizvodnju aviona i jedan za skladište, te treći gdje će imati izložbeni prostor, odnosno showroom, uz školu letenja, dok će četvrta zgrada u Primorskom Docu biti - hotel!

Kupnjom zemljišta u trenutno praznoj zoni smještenoj ispod autoceste A1 u lipnju 2020. godine, počelo je gotovo nevjerojatno inozemno ulaganje, budući da je Brazilac upravo u Docu registrirao tvrtku "Pelican aircraft and components", te počeo prikupljati dokumentacije. Malo je sve usporila pandemija, no sada sve polako dobiva i oblike skore realizacije.
Dok se čeka konačno dobivanje građevinske dozvole, provode se pripremne radnje na terenu. Strojevima je počelo ravnanje parcele, gdje će sutra, u fazama, početi i izgradnja.
Ideja je, naime, oformiti aeronautički centar: prvi je korak dopremiti zrakoplove iz Brazila, za početak 10 komada, prodavati ih ili iznajmljivati ili, ako je potrebno, pružati i uslugu popravka. Zatim slijedi proizvodnja, gdje bi se u Primorskom Docu gradili avioni marke "Seamax M22".
Treći dio je hotelijerstvo, gdje bi podizanjem smještajnog objekta kapaciteta do 30 soba imali osiguran smještaj za goste, polaznike škole letenja do korisnika letjelica, koji dolaze uživati u panoramskom pogledu na predivnu Zagoru, prekrasne otoke, baštinske jezgre obalnih gradova, rijeke i jezera, uz fascinantnu pučinu Jadranskog mora.

Sve to će ponuditi projekt "Seamax Aircraft Croatia", u sklopu kojeg je na dvije parcele predviđena izgradnja "Seamax Center Croatia". Radit će se hangar i servis na 1500 četvornih metara, te prodajni i izložbeni prostor na 500 kvadrata, uz školu letenja u zgradi od 300 četvornih metara, a zatim slijedi i izgradnja proizvodnog pogona na 1500 kvadrata, dok će istu površinu imati i hotel.
To u budućnosti znači minimalno 50 novih radnih mjesta, ne računajući potencijalne zaposlenike najavljenog hotela, što raduje Joška Dujmovića, dolačkog načelnika koji je od prvog dana također uključen u projekt kojim bi se aktivirala prazna gospodarska zona.

Najava s početka 2021. godine, u jeku pandemije koronavirusa, kako će prvi novodobni zrakoplov u Hrvatskoj, ultralaku letjelicu za dvoje, graditi Brazilac, i to u Primorskom Docu, sada dobiva i građevinske obrise.
Naime, u Gospodarskoj zoni u maloj općini na zapadnom, zagorskom dijelu Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, počeli su pripremni radovi uoči izgradnje prostora gdje će se sutra "slagati" letjelica koja se može kao hidroavion spustiti i na morsku površinu, ali i na tratinu, te zaleđenu snježnu površinu, uz klasično slijetanje na pistu.
Projekt je to Andresa Viniciusa Alvaresa, 39-godišnjaka iz brazilskoga velegrada Sao Paula, koji je odlučio izgraditi hangar za proizvodnju aviona i jedan za skladište, te treći gdje će imati izložbeni prostor, odnosno showroom, uz školu letenja, dok će četvrta zgrada u Primorskom Docu biti - hotel!

Kupnjom zemljišta u trenutno praznoj zoni smještenoj ispod autoceste A1 u lipnju 2020. godine, počelo je gotovo nevjerojatno inozemno ulaganje, budući da je Brazilac upravo u Docu registrirao tvrtku "Pelican aircraft and components", te počeo prikupljati dokumentacije. Malo je sve usporila pandemija, no sada sve polako dobiva i oblike skore realizacije.
Dok se čeka konačno dobivanje građevinske dozvole, provode se pripremne radnje na terenu. Strojevima je počelo ravnanje parcele, gdje će sutra, u fazama, početi i izgradnja.
Ideja je, naime, oformiti aeronautički centar: prvi je korak dopremiti zrakoplove iz Brazila, za početak 10 komada, prodavati ih ili iznajmljivati ili, ako je potrebno, pružati i uslugu popravka. Zatim slijedi proizvodnja, gdje bi se u Primorskom Docu gradili avioni marke "Seamax M22".
Treći dio je hotelijerstvo, gdje bi podizanjem smještajnog objekta kapaciteta do 30 soba imali osiguran smještaj za goste, polaznike škole letenja do korisnika letjelica, koji dolaze uživati u panoramskom pogledu na predivnu Zagoru, prekrasne otoke, baštinske jezgre obalnih gradova, rijeke i jezera, uz fascinantnu pučinu Jadranskog mora.

Sve to će ponuditi projekt "Seamax Aircraft Croatia", u sklopu kojeg je na dvije parcele predviđena izgradnja "Seamax Center Croatia". Radit će se hangar i servis na 1500 četvornih metara, te prodajni i izložbeni prostor na 500 kvadrata, uz školu letenja u zgradi od 300 četvornih metara, a zatim slijedi i izgradnja proizvodnog pogona na 1500 kvadrata, dok će istu površinu imati i hotel.
To u budućnosti znači minimalno 50 novih radnih mjesta, ne računajući potencijalne zaposlenike najavljenog hotela, što raduje Joška Dujmovića, dolačkog načelnika koji je od prvog dana također uključen u projekt kojim bi se aktivirala prazna gospodarska zona.
