Novoizabrani triljski gradonačelnik Ivan Bugarin (HDZ) morat će voditi gradsku izvršnu vlast bez većine u Gradskom vijeću. Bit će upućen na kohabitaciju s nezavisnom listom svoga prethodnika Ivana Šipića, kojemu je Bugarin bio zamjenik. Na ponovljenoj konstituirajućoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća Trilja, za predsjednicu je izabrana prof. Žana Majić sa Šipićeve nezavisne liste.
Žana Majić je prosvjetna radnica zaposlena u sinjskoj OŠ Ivana Lovrića. Uz pet vijećnika NL-a Ivana Šipića, za nju su glasovala i dva vijećnika Mosta, koji su poslije pregovora s HDZ-om i NL-om Ivana Šipića javno objavili da će sa Šipićevim vijećnicima formirati većinu. Ivan Bugarin i HDZ kojemu je na čelu nadali su se da će upravo oni kao relativni izborni pobjednici formirati većinu, jer od 13 imaju šest vijećničkih mandata.
Posljednjih dana, uoči ponovljene konstituirajuće sjednice, u triljskim kuloarima šuškalo se da bi bar jedan vijećnik mogao podržati HDZ, no to se nije dogodilo. Međutim, za kandidatkinju HDZ-a Ivanu Zivaljić glasovalo je samo šest vijećnika te stranke. Za potpredsjednika Gradskog vijeća izabran je Miljenko Marić, vijećnik Mosta.
HDZ je predložio, a potom odmah povukao prijedlog za potpredsjednika iz redova predstavničke manjine. Između NL-a Ivana Šipića i Mosta postignut je dogovor o rotaciji na dužnosti predsjednika po sistemu godina za godinu. To znači da će Žana Majić dužnost predsjednice obnašati godinu dana, a onda će je zamijeniti vijećnik Mosta.
Uoči ponovljene konstituirajuće sjednice ponovno se javno razbuktao sukob između sadašnjeg i bivšeg triljskog gradonačelnika. Ivan Bugarin na svom Facebook profilu objavio je dokument koji je nazvao "Revizorsko izvješće". Napisao je da je, kako je i obećao, pozvao neovisnog revizora koji je izradio "Elaborat o nalazima iz djelomične revizije proračunskih financijskih izvješća i ostalih pratećih i povezanih evidencija grada Trilja za 2020. i 2021. godinu".
Poslije navoda da je "stručno i neovisno tijelo utvrdilo ovoliki razmjer nezakonitog, nesavjesnog i po štetu građana loše vođenog grada", Bugarin kaže:
– Osjećam tugu i žal što su mnogi naši sugrađani dovedeni u zabludu misleći kako su se u Gradu radili superprojekti i kako takvog čovjeka treba podržati dalje...
Nije trebalo dugo čekati na Šipićev odgovor. Bivši gradonačelnik je ustvrdio da je revizija koju je objavio Bugarin "politički naručeni pamflet, pokušaj javne difamacije sadašnjeg gradonačelnika i njegovih najbližih mentora i suradnika prema svom dugogodišnjem najbližem suradniku". U svom reagiranju Šipić je utvrdio da potpisnik "Elaborata..." nije ovlašteni revizor, kako ga je predstavio Bugarin, jer "nema ovlaštenje za rad Ministarstva financija, što je lako provjerljivo". Navodeći da su u "Elaboratu..." uzimane samo pojedine stavke proračuna i programa iz 2020. i 2021. godine, što je, po Šipiću, "zlonamjerni prikaz stanja i obmana". Uz to Šipić podsjeća da je sadašnji gradonačelnik u to vrijeme bio zamjenik gradonačelnika, te da je imao odobrenje za provođenje konkretnih projekata od 2017. godine. Poslije ovakve "razmjene vatre" može se samo pretpostaviti koliko će biti "tvrda" kohabitacija triljske izvršne i predstavničke vlasti.

Novoizabrani triljski gradonačelnik Ivan Bugarin (HDZ) morat će voditi gradsku izvršnu vlast bez većine u Gradskom vijeću. Bit će upućen na kohabitaciju s nezavisnom listom svoga prethodnika Ivana Šipića, kojemu je Bugarin bio zamjenik. Na ponovljenoj konstituirajućoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća Trilja, za predsjednicu je izabrana prof. Žana Majić sa Šipićeve nezavisne liste.
Žana Majić je prosvjetna radnica zaposlena u sinjskoj OŠ Ivana Lovrića. Uz pet vijećnika NL-a Ivana Šipića, za nju su glasovala i dva vijećnika Mosta, koji su poslije pregovora s HDZ-om i NL-om Ivana Šipića javno objavili da će sa Šipićevim vijećnicima formirati većinu. Ivan Bugarin i HDZ kojemu je na čelu nadali su se da će upravo oni kao relativni izborni pobjednici formirati većinu, jer od 13 imaju šest vijećničkih mandata.
Posljednjih dana, uoči ponovljene konstituirajuće sjednice, u triljskim kuloarima šuškalo se da bi bar jedan vijećnik mogao podržati HDZ, no to se nije dogodilo. Međutim, za kandidatkinju HDZ-a Ivanu Zivaljić glasovalo je samo šest vijećnika te stranke. Za potpredsjednika Gradskog vijeća izabran je Miljenko Marić, vijećnik Mosta.
HDZ je predložio, a potom odmah povukao prijedlog za potpredsjednika iz redova predstavničke manjine. Između NL-a Ivana Šipića i Mosta postignut je dogovor o rotaciji na dužnosti predsjednika po sistemu godina za godinu. To znači da će Žana Majić dužnost predsjednice obnašati godinu dana, a onda će je zamijeniti vijećnik Mosta.
Uoči ponovljene konstituirajuće sjednice ponovno se javno razbuktao sukob između sadašnjeg i bivšeg triljskog gradonačelnika. Ivan Bugarin na svom Facebook profilu objavio je dokument koji je nazvao "Revizorsko izvješće". Napisao je da je, kako je i obećao, pozvao neovisnog revizora koji je izradio "Elaborat o nalazima iz djelomične revizije proračunskih financijskih izvješća i ostalih pratećih i povezanih evidencija grada Trilja za 2020. i 2021. godinu".
Poslije navoda da je "stručno i neovisno tijelo utvrdilo ovoliki razmjer nezakonitog, nesavjesnog i po štetu građana loše vođenog grada", Bugarin kaže:
– Osjećam tugu i žal što su mnogi naši sugrađani dovedeni u zabludu misleći kako su se u Gradu radili superprojekti i kako takvog čovjeka treba podržati dalje...
Nije trebalo dugo čekati na Šipićev odgovor. Bivši gradonačelnik je ustvrdio da je revizija koju je objavio Bugarin "politički naručeni pamflet, pokušaj javne difamacije sadašnjeg gradonačelnika i njegovih najbližih mentora i suradnika prema svom dugogodišnjem najbližem suradniku". U svom reagiranju Šipić je utvrdio da potpisnik "Elaborata..." nije ovlašteni revizor, kako ga je predstavio Bugarin, jer "nema ovlaštenje za rad Ministarstva financija, što je lako provjerljivo". Navodeći da su u "Elaboratu..." uzimane samo pojedine stavke proračuna i programa iz 2020. i 2021. godine, što je, po Šipiću, "zlonamjerni prikaz stanja i obmana". Uz to Šipić podsjeća da je sadašnji gradonačelnik u to vrijeme bio zamjenik gradonačelnika, te da je imao odobrenje za provođenje konkretnih projekata od 2017. godine. Poslije ovakve "razmjene vatre" može se samo pretpostaviti koliko će biti "tvrda" kohabitacija triljske izvršne i predstavničke vlasti.
