Gruzijski državljanin osumnjičen je za pokušaj teškog ubojstva policajca i krijumčarenje migranata kod Metkovića.

Kako se već pisalo, vozač se nije zaustavio na znak zaustavljanja svjetlećom pločicom "stop policija" već je povećao brzinu kretanja vozilom prema policajcuu koji se, izbjegavajući nalet vozila na sebe, bacio na tlo. Istraživanjem je utvrđena sumnja kako se radi o 43-godišnjem državljaninu Gruzije koji je upravljao vozilom mađarskih "tablica".

- Također je utvrđena sumnja kako je u vozilu prevozio sedam migranata, državljane Sirije i Turske, koji su prethodno te večeri nezakonito ušli u Hrvatsku iz Bosne i Hercegovine - priopćila je Policijska uprava dubrovačko-neretvanska.

Osim spomenutog vozila mađarskih nacionalnih oznaka, neposredno prije spomenutog događaja policijski su službenici, u ovoj koordiniranoj akciji sprječavanja nezakonitih migracija, u blizini autocestovnih naplatnih kućica kod sela Čarapine, između Metkovića i vrgorca, zaustavili automobil poljske registracije kojim je upravljao 37-godišnjak, a u svojstvu suputnika s njim su se u vozilu nalazile i dva muškarca u dobi od 40 i 27 godina, svi državljani Gruzije.

Kriminalističkim istraživanjem je utvrđeno kako su upravo oni bili prethodnica vozilu mađarskih oznaka kako bi vozaču davali informacije o policijskim ophodnjama na ruti kretanja iz pravca BiH prema zemljama zapadne Europe.

Državljanin Gruzije (43-godišnjak) koji je upravljao vozilom mađarskih oznaka i ubrzao brzinu kretanja vozilom prema policijskom službeniku je osumnjičen za kazneno djelo pokušaja teškog ubojstva službene osobe za vrijeme obavljanja službene dužnosti prema odredbama Kaznenog zakona.

Također je osumnjičen za kazneno djelo protuzakonitog ulaženja, kretanja i boravka u Hrvatskoj, drugoj državnoj članici Europske unije ili potpisnici Šengenskog sporazuma, a za koje su osumnjičeni i državljani Gruzije koji su se nalazili u vozilu poljskih nacionalnih oznaka u svojstvu prethodnice.

Sedam osoba za koje je utvrđeno da su nezakonito prešle državnu granicu će postupkom readmisije biti vraćene u BiH.

Gruzijski državljanin osumnjičen je za pokušaj teškog ubojstva policajca i krijumčarenje migranata kod Metkovića.

Kako se već pisalo, vozač se nije zaustavio na znak zaustavljanja svjetlećom pločicom "stop policija" već je povećao brzinu kretanja vozilom prema policajcuu koji se, izbjegavajući nalet vozila na sebe, bacio na tlo. Istraživanjem je utvrđena sumnja kako se radi o 43-godišnjem državljaninu Gruzije koji je upravljao vozilom mađarskih "tablica".

- Također je utvrđena sumnja kako je u vozilu prevozio sedam migranata, državljane Sirije i Turske, koji su prethodno te večeri nezakonito ušli u Hrvatsku iz Bosne i Hercegovine - priopćila je Policijska uprava dubrovačko-neretvanska.

Osim spomenutog vozila mađarskih nacionalnih oznaka, neposredno prije spomenutog događaja policijski su službenici, u ovoj koordiniranoj akciji sprječavanja nezakonitih migracija, u blizini autocestovnih naplatnih kućica kod sela Čarapine, između Metkovića i vrgorca, zaustavili automobil poljske registracije kojim je upravljao 37-godišnjak, a u svojstvu suputnika s njim su se u vozilu nalazile i dva muškarca u dobi od 40 i 27 godina, svi državljani Gruzije.

Kriminalističkim istraživanjem je utvrđeno kako su upravo oni bili prethodnica vozilu mađarskih oznaka kako bi vozaču davali informacije o policijskim ophodnjama na ruti kretanja iz pravca BiH prema zemljama zapadne Europe.

Državljanin Gruzije (43-godišnjak) koji je upravljao vozilom mađarskih oznaka i ubrzao brzinu kretanja vozilom prema policijskom službeniku je osumnjičen za kazneno djelo pokušaja teškog ubojstva službene osobe za vrijeme obavljanja službene dužnosti prema odredbama Kaznenog zakona.

Također je osumnjičen za kazneno djelo protuzakonitog ulaženja, kretanja i boravka u Hrvatskoj, drugoj državnoj članici Europske unije ili potpisnici Šengenskog sporazuma, a za koje su osumnjičeni i državljani Gruzije koji su se nalazili u vozilu poljskih nacionalnih oznaka u svojstvu prethodnice.

Sedam osoba za koje je utvrđeno da su nezakonito prešle državnu granicu će postupkom readmisije biti vraćene u BiH.

Gruzijski švercer migranata pokušao ubiti hrvatskog policajca, doznajemo detalje drame na cesti kod Metkovića

Gruzijski državljanin osumnjičen je za pokušaj teškog ubojstva policajca i krijumčarenje migranata kod Metkovića.

Kako se već pisalo, vozač se nije zaustavio na znak zaustavljanja svjetlećom pločicom "stop policija" već je povećao brzinu kretanja vozilom prema policajcuu koji se, izbjegavajući nalet vozila na sebe, bacio na tlo. Istraživanjem je utvrđena sumnja kako se radi o 43-godišnjem državljaninu Gruzije koji je upravljao vozilom mađarskih "tablica".

- Također je utvrđena sumnja kako je u vozilu prevozio sedam migranata, državljane Sirije i Turske, koji su prethodno te večeri nezakonito ušli u Hrvatsku iz Bosne i Hercegovine - priopćila je Policijska uprava dubrovačko-neretvanska.
