Nakon sučaja o kojemu je pisala i ‘Slobodna‘, da je trudnica s Brača pobacila u autu u garaži trajekta nakon što je više sati čekala hitni prijevoz do Splita, o stanju pacijentice koja se trenutno nalazi u KBC-u Split za N1 je govorio dr. Marko Mimica.
- Pacijentica je dobro. Ona nije ugrožena, nije bila ni u jednom trenutku. Ja bih samo napomenuo da se ovdje nije radilo o porođaju, da se radilo o pobačaju, maloj trudnoći od tri mjeseca. Pacijenticu smo zbrinuli prema svim pravilima medicinske struke.
Isto tako bih naglasio da nam je jako žao zbog svega onoga što se njoj dogodilo i kroz što je morala proći, i da mi u svemu tome dajemo podršku, kako s medicinske, tako i s ljudske strane. Stalno s njom komuniciramo, komentiramo s njom situaciju i ona je svjesna svega što se događa i na koji način je liječimo. Svakako, ona je dobro.

Novinarka N1 Nataša Novaković pitala je ginekologa i bi li pacijentica sačuvala trudnoću da je hitna služba došla na vrijeme.
- U ovom slučaju, mi smatramo da ne. Po onom ultrazvučnom nalazu koji je napravljen kad je pacjentica došla, bilo je očito da plod nije nedavno odumro, već je prošlo dan, dva ili tri od tog trenutka. Par sati, u ovom slučaju, nije odigralo ulogu.
Zašto je pacijentica bila poslana kući na Brač?
- Uobičajeni protokol je u ovakvim slučajevima da nakon prvih tableta pacijenticu šaljemo kući jer te tablete ne izazivaju stezanja maternice, već je naručujemo za dva dana i tek onda primamo u bolnicu i dajemo druge tableme. To je uobičajeni postupak, pacijentici je sve objašnjeno... Ona se odlučila vratiti svojoj kući. Naravno da je izrazila želju da ostane u bolnici, iako to rutinski tako ne radimo. A naravno da liječnik u tom trenutku ne može razmišljati vozi li trajekt ili ne.
- Mi koji radimo s pacijentima s otoka, znamo da postoji problem da u lošim vremenskim uvjetima teže dolaze do medicinske skrbi. To je problem koji ne mogu riješiti liječnici ni zdravstveni sustav, već država.

Nakon sučaja o kojemu je pisala i ‘Slobodna‘, da je trudnica s Brača pobacila u autu u garaži trajekta nakon što je više sati čekala hitni prijevoz do Splita, o stanju pacijentice koja se trenutno nalazi u KBC-u Split za N1 je govorio dr. Marko Mimica.
- Pacijentica je dobro. Ona nije ugrožena, nije bila ni u jednom trenutku. Ja bih samo napomenuo da se ovdje nije radilo o porođaju, da se radilo o pobačaju, maloj trudnoći od tri mjeseca. Pacijenticu smo zbrinuli prema svim pravilima medicinske struke.
Isto tako bih naglasio da nam je jako žao zbog svega onoga što se njoj dogodilo i kroz što je morala proći, i da mi u svemu tome dajemo podršku, kako s medicinske, tako i s ljudske strane. Stalno s njom komuniciramo, komentiramo s njom situaciju i ona je svjesna svega što se događa i na koji način je liječimo. Svakako, ona je dobro.
Ranije je Mimica za ‘Slobodnu‘ objasnio što se dogodilo:

Novinarka N1 Nataša Novaković pitala je ginekologa i bi li pacijentica sačuvala trudnoću da je hitna služba došla na vrijeme.
- U ovom slučaju, mi smatramo da ne. Po onom ultrazvučnom nalazu koji je napravljen kad je pacjentica došla, bilo je očito da plod nije nedavno odumro, već je prošlo dan, dva ili tri od tog trenutka. Par sati, u ovom slučaju, nije odigralo ulogu.
Zašto je pacijentica bila poslana kući na Brač?
- Uobičajeni protokol je u ovakvim slučajevima da nakon prvih tableta pacijenticu šaljemo kući jer te tablete ne izazivaju stezanja maternice, već je naručujemo za dva dana i tek onda primamo u bolnicu i dajemo druge tableme. To je uobičajeni postupak, pacijentici je sve objašnjeno... Ona se odlučila vratiti svojoj kući. Naravno da je izrazila želju da ostane u bolnici, iako to rutinski tako ne radimo. A naravno da liječnik u tom trenutku ne može razmišljati vozi li trajekt ili ne.
