Općina Jelsa pokrenula je obnovu svoga Društvenog doma na predjelu Lučica (ex "Mašinoprojekt"), u kojem su prostorije dislociranog odjela Glazbene škole "Josip Hatze" iz Splita i po rezultatima vrlo uspješnog Šahovskog kluba "Jelsa".

Riječ je o devastiranoj i dijelom uništenoj zgradi u kojoj je lokalna vlast ranije uredila jedan dio za javnu namjenu, a najnovija je informacija da je dio aneksa objekta (tavan i terasa) prodan prije početka obnove.

Kupac je, kako doznajemo, poduzetnik Milenko Radišić, a radove obavlja njegova tvrtka "Seoska agrokultura" iz Jelse.

No, dio građana u situaciji kada se na javnoj zgradi miješa društveno i privatno vlasništvo strahuje da je to put u njezinu potpunu privatizaciju, odnosno da bi glazbena škola i šahovski klub u konačnici mogli ostati bez svoga doma. Budući da je iza projekta još uvijek niz otvorenih pitanja, općinskog načelnika Nikšu Peronju pitali smo zbog čega se lokalna vlast odlučila prodati dio objekta.

– Zbog općeg stanja zgrade Općina je angažirala ovlaštene inženjere građevinarstva i statičara koji su utvrdili da je ona doista opasna te da se njezini pojedini dijelovi mogu urušiti. Potom smo izradili projekt sanacije i uređenja, a projekt obnove prijavili smo na natječaj za korištenje novca iz europskih fondova. Međutim, prednost su tada imali dječji vrtići, tako da to nije prošlo u tom pokušaju financiranja, a onda nam je ovlašteni vještak vrijednost tavana i terase aneksa zgrade procijenio na 270 tisuća kuna. Općinski vijećnici su zato donijeli odluku da se taj dio objekta proda i obnovi cijela zgrada, a na javnom natječaju smo za taj dio građevine postigli puno veću cijenu, dobili smo čak 700 tisuća kuna – kaže jelšanski poteštat.

Prema njegovim riječima, novi vlasnik tavana i terase će taj dio objekta urediti o svome trošku, dok je procjena govorila da će uređenje velikog podruma, te prve i druge etaže Društvenog doma, površine 270 četvornih metara, koštati oko milijun kuna.

Obnova je zamišljena u dvije faze, tako da će se najprije urediti glavna zgrada, a tek onda njezin aneks.
Općina će na "utrženi" iznos od prodaje dijela Doma dodati još 300 tisuća kuna vlastitih sredstava da bi u potpunosti uredila svoj dio zgrade. No, hoće li svoje mjesto u njoj izgubiti glazbena škola i šahovski klub "Jelsa"?

– Mogu reći da je Općina provela javni natječaj za prvu fazu radova i oni se sada izvode, a trebali bi biti okončani do 1. srpnja. Najavljujem da ćemo u konačnici imati prekrasno uređen Društveni dom, u kojem će biti prostorije glazbene škole, ali isto tako KUD-a i šahovskog kluba. Dapače, naći će se mjesta i za još poneku uspješnu udrugu, a raspolagat ćemo i jednom polivalentnom dvoranom za razne namjene.Također će biti obnovljene stepenice s obje strane koje se inače koriste kao pješačka staza do mjesta, njih ćemo dobro osvijetliti, postaviti ograde i sve ostalo, tako da i taj prolaz uz obnovljenu zgradu bude lijepo uređen – zaključio je načelnik općine Jelsa.

Općina Jelsa pokrenula je obnovu svoga Društvenog doma na predjelu Lučica (ex "Mašinoprojekt"), u kojem su prostorije dislociranog odjela Glazbene škole "Josip Hatze" iz Splita i po rezultatima vrlo uspješnog Šahovskog kluba "Jelsa".

Riječ je o devastiranoj i dijelom uništenoj zgradi u kojoj je lokalna vlast ranije uredila jedan dio za javnu namjenu, a najnovija je informacija da je dio aneksa objekta (tavan i terasa) prodan prije početka obnove.

Kupac je, kako doznajemo, poduzetnik Milenko Radišić, a radove obavlja njegova tvrtka "Seoska agrokultura" iz Jelse.

No, dio građana u situaciji kada se na javnoj zgradi miješa društveno i privatno vlasništvo strahuje da je to put u njezinu potpunu privatizaciju, odnosno da bi glazbena škola i šahovski klub u konačnici mogli ostati bez svoga doma. Budući da je iza projekta još uvijek niz otvorenih pitanja, općinskog načelnika Nikšu Peronju pitali smo zbog čega se lokalna vlast odlučila prodati dio objekta.

– Zbog općeg stanja zgrade Općina je angažirala ovlaštene inženjere građevinarstva i statičara koji su utvrdili da je ona doista opasna te da se njezini pojedini dijelovi mogu urušiti. Potom smo izradili projekt sanacije i uređenja, a projekt obnove prijavili smo na natječaj za korištenje novca iz europskih fondova. Međutim, prednost su tada imali dječji vrtići, tako da to nije prošlo u tom pokušaju financiranja, a onda nam je ovlašteni vještak vrijednost tavana i terase aneksa zgrade procijenio na 270 tisuća kuna. Općinski vijećnici su zato donijeli odluku da se taj dio objekta proda i obnovi cijela zgrada, a na javnom natječaju smo za taj dio građevine postigli puno veću cijenu, dobili smo čak 700 tisuća kuna – kaže jelšanski poteštat.

Prema njegovim riječima, novi vlasnik tavana i terase će taj dio objekta urediti o svome trošku, dok je procjena govorila da će uređenje velikog podruma, te prve i druge etaže Društvenog doma, površine 270 četvornih metara, koštati oko milijun kuna.

Obnova je zamišljena u dvije faze, tako da će se najprije urediti glavna zgrada, a tek onda njezin aneks.
Općina će na "utrženi" iznos od prodaje dijela Doma dodati još 300 tisuća kuna vlastitih sredstava da bi u potpunosti uredila svoj dio zgrade. No, hoće li svoje mjesto u njoj izgubiti glazbena škola i šahovski klub "Jelsa"?

– Mogu reći da je Općina provela javni natječaj za prvu fazu radova i oni se sada izvode, a trebali bi biti okončani do 1. srpnja. Najavljujem da ćemo u konačnici imati prekrasno uređen Društveni dom, u kojem će biti prostorije glazbene škole, ali isto tako KUD-a i šahovskog kluba. Dapače, naći će se mjesta i za još poneku uspješnu udrugu, a raspolagat ćemo i jednom polivalentnom dvoranom za razne namjene.Također će biti obnovljene stepenice s obje strane koje se inače koriste kao pješačka staza do mjesta, njih ćemo dobro osvijetliti, postaviti ograde i sve ostalo, tako da i taj prolaz uz obnovljenu zgradu bude lijepo uređen – zaključio je načelnik općine Jelsa.

Općina Jelsa pokrenula je obnovu svoga Društvenog doma na predjelu Lučica (ex "Mašinoprojekt"), u kojem su prostorije dislociranog odjela Glazbene škole "Josip Hatze" iz Splita i po rezultatima vrlo uspješnog Šahovskog kluba "Jelsa".

Riječ je o devastiranoj i dijelom uništenoj zgradi u kojoj je lokalna vlast ranije uredila jedan dio za javnu namjenu, a najnovija je informacija da je dio aneksa objekta (tavan i terasa) prodan prije početka obnove.

Kupac je, kako doznajemo, poduzetnik Milenko Radišić, a radove obavlja njegova tvrtka "Seoska agrokultura" iz Jelse.

No, dio građana u situaciji kada se na javnoj zgradi miješa društveno i privatno vlasništvo strahuje da je to put u njezinu potpunu privatizaciju, odnosno da bi glazbena škola i šahovski klub u konačnici mogli...
