Grad Supetar dobio je proračun za 2023. godinu koji će biti težak 6,24 milijuna eura.

Za taj temeljni financijski dokument ruke je podiglo sedam vijećnika vladajuće koalicije SDP-HSU, troje vijećnika iz redova HDZ-a bilo je protiv, baš kao i dva vijećnika s Nezavisne liste Mate Mladine. Predstavljajući proračun, gradonačelnica Ivana Marković (SDP) kazala je da je "ambiciozan, ostvariv, razvojan i socijalno osjetljiv te da se vodilo računa o svim kategorijama stanovništva i svim mjestima koja se nalaze u sastavu grada".

U ime HDZ-ova vijećničkog kluba Nikola Rendić je ustvrdio kako je predloženi proračun nerealan isto kao i svi oni od 2014. godine do danas, te će, po njemu, generirati povećanje zaduživanja i nemogućnost servisiranja tekućih obveza. Iznio je podatak kako su posljednjeg dana lipnja ove godine obveze supetarske "blagajne" iznosile čak 36 milijuna kuna od čega je na naplatu dospjelo 10 milijuna.

Najviše novca u novi proračun trebalo bi se sliti od zajedničkih poreza - 1,3 milijuna eura, od administrativnih prihoda i naknada - 1,1 milijun eura i od gradskih poreza - 955 tisuća eura, dok se iz europskih fondova planira namaknuti 293 tisuće eura.

Na rashodovnoj strani proračuna za komunalne djelatnosti utrošit će se 2,1 milijun eura, dok će se za financiranje osnovne djelatnosti dječjeg vrtića osigurati više od milijun eura. Za otplatu glavnica primljenih kredita i zajmova izdvojit će se 774 tisuće eura.

Kulturi će pripasti 182 tisuće, socijalnoj skrbi 116 tisuća, a za naknade građanima i kućanstvima planirano je 129 tisuća eura. Osigurana su i sredstva za izgradnju lifta koji će omogućiti lakši ulazak u more osobama s invaliditetom i teško pokretljivim osobama.

Od 1. siječnja iduće godine roditelji će usluge u javnoj predškolskoj ustanovi "Mrvica" plaćati 20 posto skuplje. Tako za petosatni program nova cijena iznosi 396 kuna, odnosno 52 eura, umjesto dosadašnje koja je iznosila 330 kuna. Desetosatni program po djetetu stajat će 744 kune, odnosno 98 eura, a za desetosatni jaslički program trebat će izdvojiti 883 kune ili 117 eura.

Irena Caglević, ravnateljica vrtića, kazala je kako s novim povećanjem udio financiranja Grada i dalje iznosi 82 posto, dok roditelji plaćaju 17 posto, a ostatak Ministarstvo obrazovanja. Posljednje poskupljenje vrtića, čulo se na sjednici lokalnog parlamenta, bilo je 2008. godine.

Roditelji s više djece imat će na drugog mališana popust od 20 posto, a za treće dijete 40 posto, dok će roditelji djece s teškoćama u razvoju koja ne polaze punu satnicu određenog programa plaćati 50 posto od utvrđene cijene.

Većina vijećnika se priklonila stajalištu da je poskupljenje nepopularno, ali je nužno ako se želi zadržati predškolski standard i ostale uvjete u kojima se odgajaju najmlađi Supetrani.

Nova skuplja cijena usluge prikupljanja komunalnog otpada neće se primjenjivati od 1. siječnja nego od 1. travnja, a iznosit ć 10 eura za kućanstva i 20 eura za one koji ne pripadaju toj kategoriji.

Gradonačelnica je povukla prijedlog odluke o većoj cijeni paušalnog poreza po krevetu odnosno smještajnoj jedinici za privatne iznajmljivače, što znači da će i u idućoj godini ostati na razini od 300 kuna ili oko 75 eura po krevetu.

Grad Supetar dobio je proračun za 2023. godinu koji će biti težak 6,24 milijuna eura.

Za taj temeljni financijski dokument ruke je podiglo sedam vijećnika vladajuće koalicije SDP-HSU, troje vijećnika iz redova HDZ-a bilo je protiv, baš kao i dva vijećnika s Nezavisne liste Mate Mladine. Predstavljajući proračun, gradonačelnica Ivana Marković (SDP) kazala je da je "ambiciozan, ostvariv, razvojan i socijalno osjetljiv te da se vodilo računa o svim kategorijama stanovništva i svim mjestima koja se nalaze u sastavu grada".

U ime HDZ-ova vijećničkog kluba Nikola Rendić je ustvrdio kako je predloženi proračun nerealan isto kao i svi oni od 2014. godine do danas, te će, po njemu, generirati povećanje zaduživanja i nemogućnost servisiranja tekućih obveza. Iznio je podatak kako su posljednjeg dana lipnja ove godine obveze supetarske "blagajne" iznosile čak 36 milijuna kuna od čega je na naplatu dospjelo 10 milijuna.

Najviše novca u novi proračun trebalo bi se sliti od zajedničkih poreza - 1,3 milijuna eura, od administrativnih prihoda i naknada - 1,1 milijun eura i od gradskih poreza - 955 tisuća eura, dok se iz europskih fondova planira namaknuti 293 tisuće eura.

Na rashodovnoj strani proračuna za komunalne djelatnosti utrošit će se 2,1 milijun eura, dok će se za financiranje osnovne djelatnosti dječjeg vrtića osigurati više od milijun eura. Za otplatu glavnica primljenih kredita i zajmova izdvojit će se 774 tisuće eura.

Kulturi će pripasti 182 tisuće, socijalnoj skrbi 116 tisuća, a za naknade građanima i kućanstvima planirano je 129 tisuća eura. Osigurana su i sredstva za izgradnju lifta koji će omogućiti lakši ulazak u more osobama s invaliditetom i teško pokretljivim osobama.

Od 1. siječnja iduće godine roditelji će usluge u javnoj predškolskoj ustanovi "Mrvica" plaćati 20 posto skuplje. Tako za petosatni program nova cijena iznosi 396 kuna, odnosno 52 eura, umjesto dosadašnje koja je iznosila 330 kuna. Desetosatni program po djetetu stajat će 744 kune, odnosno 98 eura, a za desetosatni jaslički program trebat će izdvojiti 883 kune ili 117 eura.

Irena Caglević, ravnateljica vrtića, kazala je kako s novim povećanjem udio financiranja Grada i dalje iznosi 82 posto, dok roditelji plaćaju 17 posto, a ostatak Ministarstvo obrazovanja. Posljednje poskupljenje vrtića, čulo se na sjednici lokalnog parlamenta, bilo je 2008. godine.

Roditelji s više djece imat će na drugog mališana popust od 20 posto, a za treće dijete 40 posto, dok će roditelji djece s teškoćama u razvoju koja ne polaze punu satnicu određenog programa plaćati 50 posto od utvrđene cijene.

Većina vijećnika se priklonila stajalištu da je poskupljenje nepopularno, ali je nužno ako se želi zadržati predškolski standard i ostale uvjete u kojima se odgajaju najmlađi Supetrani.

Nova skuplja cijena usluge prikupljanja komunalnog otpada neće se primjenjivati od 1. siječnja nego od 1. travnja, a iznosit ć 10 eura za kućanstva i 20 eura za one koji ne pripadaju toj kategoriji.

Gradonačelnica je povukla prijedlog odluke o većoj cijeni paušalnog poreza po krevetu odnosno smještajnoj jedinici za privatne iznajmljivače, što znači da će i u idućoj godini ostati na razini od 300 kuna ili oko 75 eura po krevetu.
