Zemljište tvrtke "Kerum" u stečaju, smješteno na otoku Čiovu s površinom od 369 četvornih metara, prodano je tvrtki "Avid nekretnine" iz Sesveta za 40.100 eura, izvijestila je stečajna upraviteljica Natalija Mladineo.

Prodaja te nekretnine koja je bila u vlasništvu propale tvrtke nekadašnjeg splitskoga gradonačelnika Željka Keruma uslijedila je nakon zaprimljenog procjembenog elaborata prema kojem je početna vrijednost bila procijenjena na 29.302 eura odnosno 79,41 eura po kvadratu.

Na posljednjem ročištu pristigle su dvije ponude zainteresiranih kupaca, tvrtka "Avid nekretnine" istaknula je višu cijenu, dok je 33.582 eura ponudio Duje Miše. U konačnici je kupac postala firma u vlasništvu 27-godišnjeg Ive Dina Hrge koji je ponudio gotovo 109 eura po kvadratu parcele koja je u statusu "zapuštenoga (građevinskog) zemljišta koje nema ni kolni pristup".

U sklopu unovčavanja "Kerumovih" nekretnina nedavno su obavljeni i ponovljeni oglasi za prodaju spremišta u zgradi na Trgu kneza Višeslava u Zadru za koje će se pisane ponude otvarati na novom ročištu zakazanom 24 studenoga.

U dnevnom tisku i na sudskim stranicama oglašena je prodaja četiri spremišta, odnosno Kerumovih šupa o kojima smo nedavno pisali, od ukupno desetak kvadrata koja će se prodavati po početnim cijenama od 2060 do 2270 eura.

Nekretnina će se prodavati u stečajnom postupku prikupljanjem pisanih ponuda, a u slučaju da dva ili više ponuditelja daju jednaku pisanu ponudu provest će se javna dražba po načelu ‘‘tko da više‘‘. Prodaja se obavlja po načelu ‘‘viđeno-kupljeno‘‘, što isključuje sve naknadne prigovore kupca.

Zemljište tvrtke "Kerum" u stečaju, smješteno na otoku Čiovu s površinom od 369 četvornih metara, prodano je tvrtki "Avid nekretnine" iz Sesveta za 40.100 eura, izvijestila je stečajna upraviteljica Natalija Mladineo.

Prodaja te nekretnine koja je bila u vlasništvu propale tvrtke nekadašnjeg splitskoga gradonačelnika Željka Keruma uslijedila je nakon zaprimljenog procjembenog elaborata prema kojem je početna vrijednost bila procijenjena na 29.302 eura odnosno 79,41 eura po kvadratu.

Na posljednjem ročištu pristigle su dvije ponude zainteresiranih kupaca, tvrtka "Avid nekretnine" istaknula je višu cijenu, dok je 33.582 eura ponudio Duje Miše. U konačnici je kupac postala firma u vlasništvu 27-godišnjeg Ive Dina Hrge koji je ponudio gotovo 109 eura po kvadratu parcele koja je u statusu "zapuštenoga (građevinskog) zemljišta koje nema ni kolni pristup".

U sklopu unovčavanja "Kerumovih" nekretnina nedavno su obavljeni i ponovljeni oglasi za prodaju spremišta u zgradi na Trgu kneza Višeslava u Zadru za koje će se pisane ponude otvarati na novom ročištu zakazanom 24 studenoga.

U dnevnom tisku i na sudskim stranicama oglašena je prodaja četiri spremišta, odnosno Kerumovih šupa o kojima smo nedavno pisali, od ukupno desetak kvadrata koja će se prodavati po početnim cijenama od 2060 do 2270 eura.

Nekretnina će se prodavati u stečajnom postupku prikupljanjem pisanih ponuda, a u slučaju da dva ili više ponuditelja daju jednaku pisanu ponudu provest će se javna dražba po načelu ‘‘tko da više‘‘. Prodaja se obavlja po načelu ‘‘viđeno-kupljeno‘‘, što isključuje sve naknadne prigovore kupca.

Kerum u trenu ostao bez vrijednoga građevinskog zemljišta pred vratima Splita, doznajemo tko je kupio ‘zlatne kvadrate‘

Zemljište tvrtke "Kerum" u stečaju, smješteno na otoku Čiovu s površinom od 369 četvornih metara, prodano je tvrtki "Avid nekretnine" iz Sesveta za 40.100 eura, izvijestila je stečajna upraviteljica Natalija Mladineo.

Prodaja te nekretnine koja je bila u vlasništvu propale tvrtke nekadašnjeg splitskoga gradonačelnika Željka Keruma uslijedila je nakon zaprimljenog procjembenog elaborata prema kojem je početna vrijednost bila procijenjena na 29.302 eura odnosno 79,41 eura po kvadratu.

Na posljednjem ročištu pristigle su dvije ponude zainteresiranih kupaca, tvrtka "Avid nekretnine" istaknula je višu cijenu, dok je 33.582 eura ponudio Duje Miše. U konačnici je kupac postala firma u vlasništvu 27-godišnjeg Ive Dina Hrge koji je ponudio gotovo 109 eura po kvadratu parcele koja je u statusu "zapuštenoga (građevinskog) zemljišta koje nema ni kolni pristup".

U sklopu unovčavanja "Kerumovih" nekretnina nedavno su obavljeni i ponovljeni oglasi za prodaju spremišta u zgradi na Trgu kneza Višeslava u Zadru za koje će se pisane ponude otvarati na novom ročištu zakazanom 24 studenoga.

U dnevnom tisku i na sudskim stranicama oglašena je prodaja četiri spremišta, odnosno Kerumovih šupa o kojima smo nedavno pisali, od ukupno desetak kvadrata koja će se prodavati po početnim cijenama od 2060 do 2270 eura.

Nekretnina će se prodavati u stečajnom postupku prikupljanjem pisanih ponuda, a u slučaju da dva ili više ponuditelja daju jednaku pisanu ponudu provest će se javna dražba po načelu ‘‘tko da više‘‘. Prodaja se obavlja po načelu ‘‘viđeno-kupljeno‘‘, što isključuje sve naknadne prigovore kupca.
