Od kraja ožujka mi u mjestu nemamo stalnog liječnika opće prakse, a općina smo od 1.600 ljudi! Dom zdravlja Zadarske županije je već odavno trebao reagirati i omogućiti nam redovnu zdravstvenu zaštitu, ali mi ni sada ne znamo kada ćemo dobiti liječnika i kada će Dom zdravlja konačno donijeti odluku u natječaju koji je zatvoren još 30. travnja, kaže jedan od mještana Kali sumnjajući da se „nešto čudno događa oko popunjavanja mjesne ordinacije”.
Što je uzbunilo Kaljane?
Liječnica koja je u mjestu radila, osuđena je na zatvorsku kaznu zbog izazivanja prometne nesreće sa smrtnom posljedicom, pa je Dom zdravlja u Kali poslao mladu liječnicu koja je bila spremna ostati na tom radnom mjestu. Ali, iz Doma zdravlja nisu reagirali niti raspisivali javni natječaj, pa je mlada liječnica na kraju odustala. Kada je natječaj konačno objavljen, predugo se čeka na izbor liječnika, pa su mještani procijenili da Dom zdravlja odugovlači i čeka da prijašnjoj liječnici istekne zatvorska kazna.
U cijelu se priču uključila i Općina Kali odakle je od Doma zdravlja zatraženo da im se objasni status prijašnje liječnice. Navodno im je odgovoreno da je njen radni odnos „u mirovanju”, ali na pismeno traženje Općina još nije dobila nikakav odgovor.
- Sada nas zanima i što će biti s ovim natječajem jer se priča kako se na njega javila i bivša liječnica, ali se postavlja pitanje kako je mogla dobiti potvrdu o nekažnjavanju koja je u uvjetima natječaja, kaže naš sugovornik.
U Domu zdravlja su nam potvrdili da je natječaj istekao i da su na njega stigle tri prijave od kojih je jednu zaista poslala bivša liječnica u Kalima.
- Doktorica je tražila i dobila neplaćeni dopust u trajanju od godinu dana, na što ima zakonsko pravo. Njezin neplaćeni dopust sam odobravala mjesec po mjesec, kaže ravnateljica Doma zdravlja Renata Bek dodajući da je bivša liječnica još uvijek na neplaćenom dopustu.
Natječaj je zatvoren, kada će biti izabran najbolji kandidat?
- Imamo tri kandidata, a odluka će biti donesena sljedećeg tjedna.
Među njima je i bivša liječnica?
- Da.
Je li zaista dostavila potvrdu o nekažnjavanju?
- Nije i time nije ispunila uvjete natječaja, pa nema izgleda da ostane liječnica u Kalima. Ako netko od preostalih kandidata zadovoljava uvjete, bit će zaposlen, izabrat ćemo novog liječnika, zaključuje Renata Bek.
Ravnateljica je, s obzirom na već kroničnu nestašicu liječnika, zadovoljna činjenicom da je na natječaj za otočnu ordinaciju čak troje kandidata poslalo prijave. Među njima je, po neslužbenim informacijama, i liječnik koji trenutno radi u Hitnoj pomoći.

Dom zdravlja Zadarske županije je već odavno trebao reagirati i omogućiti nam redovnu zdravstvenu zaštitu, ali mi ni sada ne znamo kada ćemo dobiti liječnika i kada će Dom zdravlja konačno donijeti odluku u natječaju koji je zatvoren još 30. travnja, kaže jedan od mještana Kali sumnjajući da se „nešto čudno događa oko popunjavanja mjesne ordinacije”.
Što je uzbunilo Kaljane?
Liječnica koja je u mjestu radila, osuđena je na zatvorsku kaznu zbog izazivanja prometne nesreće sa smrtnom posljedicom, pa je Dom zdravlja u Kali poslao mladu liječnicu koja je bila spremna ostati na tom radnom mjestu. Ali, iz Doma zdravlja nisu reagirali niti raspisivali javni natječaj, pa je mlada liječnica na kraju odustala. Kada je natječaj konačno objavljen, predugo se čeka na izbor liječnika, pa su mještani procijenili da Dom zdravlja odugovlači i čeka da prijašnjoj liječnici istekne zatvorska kazna.
U cijelu se priču uključila i Općina Kali odakle je od Doma zdravlja zatraženo da im se objasni status prijašnje liječnice. Navodno im je odgovoreno da je njen radni odnos „u mirovanju”, ali na pismeno traženje Općina još nije dobila nikakav odgovor.
- Sada nas zanima i što će biti s ovim natječajem jer se priča kako se na njega javila i bivša liječnica, ali se postavlja pitanje kako je mogla dobiti potvrdu o nekažnjavanju koja je u uvjetima natječaja, kaže naš sugovornik.
U Domu zdravlja su nam potvrdili da je natječaj istekao i da su na njega stigle tri prijave od kojih je jednu zaista poslala bivša liječnica u Kalima.
- Doktorica je tražila i dobila neplaćeni dopust u trajanju od godinu dana, na što ima zakonsko pravo. Njezin neplaćeni dopust sam odobravala mjesec po mjesec, kaže ravnateljica Doma zdravlja Renata Bek dodajući da je bivša liječnica još uvijek na neplaćenom dopustu.
Natječaj je zatvoren, kada će biti izabran najbolji kandidat?
- Imamo tri kandidata, a odluka će biti donesena sljedećeg tjedna.
Među njima je i bivša liječnica?
- Da.
Je li zaista dostavila potvrdu o nekažnjavanju?
- Nije i time nije ispunila uvjete natječaja, pa nema izgleda da ostane liječnica u Kalima. Ako netko od preostalih kandidata zadovoljava uvjete, bit će zaposlen, izabrat ćemo novog liječnika, zaključuje Renata Bek.
Ravnateljica je, s obzirom na već kroničnu nestašicu liječnika, zadovoljna činjenicom da je na natječaj za otočnu ordinaciju čak troje kandidata poslalo prijave. Među njima je, po neslužbenim informacijama, i liječnik koji trenutno radi u Hitnoj pomoći.
